低層部に物販店舗や飲食店舗等の従用途施設を設けるとともに、上層部にホテルや集合住宅等の主用途施設を設けた複合用途の建物本体に対して、自走式駐車場を付設した複合施設であって、
建物本体の上層部の平面形状をロ形としてその中心部に低層部の屋上面を底面とするボイド部を設けて、そのボイド部の内側に前記自走式駐車場を設け、
建物本体の低層部には外部から自走式駐車場に通じる進入用車路を設けたことを特徴とする自走式駐車場付き複合施設。
