Abstract
【解決手段】 例えば、排ガスと冷却水の温度差によって熱電モジュール3により発電を行う排熱回収装置において、熱電モジュール3の高温側端面に絶縁材60を介して配置される集熱フィン4は、基部40の第1の表面40a側に排気の流れ方向に沿って延在する板状の多数のフィン41が設けられており、基部40の厚みが排気の流れの中心部側で薄く、排気の流れの周縁部側で厚く形成されており、熱膨張によってフィン41の先端部の間隔が拡大するのを抑制する手段として作用する。

Claims (5)
- 板状の基部の第1の表面から所定の間隔で略平行に延在している複数の板状のフィンを有している集熱フィンを、該フィンの延在方向を排気の流れ方向に略一致させて排気管内に配置し、前記基部の第1の表面の裏面となる第2の表面側に熱電素子の高温側を配置し、該熱電素子の低温側に所定の冷媒を導入して温度差によって発電を行う排熱回収装置において、
前記集熱フィンの基部と反対の先端部間の間隔が拡大するのを抑制する抑制手段をさらに備えていることを特徴とする排熱回収装置。 - 前記抑制手段は、排気管の中心部側に位置するフィンの根本の基部の厚さを排気管の周縁部側に位置するフィンの根本の基部の厚さに比べて薄くすることで構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の排熱回収装置。
- 前記抑制手段は、前記フィンを根本部以外で連結する連結部材であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の排熱回収装置。
- 前記抑制手段は、前記基部の第2の表面の、隣接する前記フィンの中間に対応する位置に設けた複数の溝であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の排熱回収装置。
- 前記熱電素子は、前記溝間にその高温側を密接していることを特徴とする請求項4記載の排熱回収装置。
