Claims (6)
- 平行レーザビームを出力する高品質レーザビーム発生装置と、出力されるレーザビームを加工物に向けて照射する第1のXY2軸回転ミラーユニットと、加工物支持治具とを少なくとも備えることを特徴とする樹脂溶着装置。
- 第1のXY2軸回転ミラーユニットが高品質レーザビーム発生装置からのレーザビームの出射方向に沿って移動可能となっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の樹脂溶着装置。
- 第1のXY2軸回転ミラーユニットからのレーザビームを受けることのできる第2のXY2軸回転ミラーユニットをさらに備えており、第2のXY2軸回転ミラーユニットは加工物の第1の2軸回転ミラーユニットの照射面と交差する面へ向けてレーザビームの照射を行うことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の樹脂溶着装置。
- 加工物支持治具は加工物に対する回転1軸を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の樹脂溶着装置。
- 加工物支持治具は加工物に対する回転2軸を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の樹脂溶着装置。
- 加工物へのレーザビーム照射角を求める手段と、求められたレーザビーム照射角に応じてエネルギ密度が所定値になるように高品質レーザビーム発生装置の出力を制御する手段とをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の樹脂溶着装置。
