レーザ光を用いて、密着性高く、外観に優れ、接合強度が高い溶着部を含む樹脂成形品を製造する方法が望まれる。
【解決手段】
樹脂成形品の製造において、透光性樹脂部材の溶着領域と吸光性樹脂部材の対応する溶着領域を対向配置し、加圧状態とし、レーザビームを透光性樹脂部材から入射し、溶着領域の同一溶着ライン上を繰り返し照射し、溶着ライン全体を同時に加熱し、前記透光性樹脂部材と前記吸光性樹脂部材を溶着する。

Claims (6)
- 透光性樹脂部材の溶着領域と吸光性樹脂部材の対応する溶着領域を対向配置し、加圧状態とし、レーザビームを透光性樹脂部材から入射し、溶着領域の同一溶着ライン上を繰り返し照射し、溶着ライン全体を同時に加熱し、前記透光性樹脂部材と前記吸光性樹脂部材を溶着する樹脂成形品の製造方法。
- 前記透光性樹脂部材がレンズであり、前記吸光性樹脂部材がハウジングである請求項1記載の樹脂成形品の製造方法。
- 前記溶着ラインの同一位置において、前記吸光性樹脂部材がガラス転移温度に達するまでの間に複数回のレーザビームの照射を受ける請求項1または2記載の樹脂成形品の製造方法。
- 前記溶着ラインの同一位置において、前記吸光性樹脂部材が設置時の温度から溶融状態に達するまでの間に複数回のレーザビームの照射を受ける請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の樹脂成形品の製造方法。
- 前記溶着領域が3次元構造を有し、前記レーザビームが前記溶着領域に入射する入射角が位置により変化し、前記レーザビームの走査速度が位置により変化して加熱温度を平均化する請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の樹脂成形品の製造方法。
- 前記透光性樹脂部材が前記吸光性樹脂部材対向面にリブを有し、前記リブが2mm〜3mmの幅、0.5mm〜1mmの高さを有する請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の樹脂成形品の製造方法。
