そして、上記のような試料1〜5を用いて、レーザーフラッシュ法により熱伝導率の測定を行なった。その結果を図20に示す。この結果から、第一の絶縁性高熱伝導硬質粒子を用いた本発明による絶縁伝熱構造体が熱伝導率に優れることが良く分かる。試料1よりも試料2の方が熱伝導率が高いのは、第一の絶縁性高熱伝導硬質粒子の高熱伝導体層への貫入深さの相違によるものである。すなわち、試料1では、接合層の厚みよりも第一の絶縁性高熱伝導硬質粒子の粒径の方が小さいのに対し、試料2では、第一の絶縁性高熱伝導硬質粒子の粒径よりも接合層の厚みが小さいからである。なお、第一の絶縁性高熱伝導硬質粒子の量は、図21及び図22に示すように、高熱伝導体層を塩化第二鉄溶液で除去し、絶縁体層2の表面を露出させて画像解析することにより求めた。
