Abstract
【解決手段】窒化硼素、アルミナ、サイアロン及びアルミン酸塩及び/又はケイ酸塩を含む水性分散体からなることを特徴とする離型剤。この場合において、窒化硼素、アルミナ、サイアロン及びアルミン酸塩及び/又はケイ酸塩の構成比率が、窒化硼素100質量部あたり、アルミナ50〜200質量部、サイアロン20〜80質量部、及びアルミン酸塩及び/又はケイ酸塩が50〜300質量部であり、水の含有率が50〜85質量%であることが好ましい。更には、JIS−K5400の「鉛筆引っかき値」が6H以上の塗膜を形成できるものであることが好ましい。

Description
BN粉末(電気化学工業社製商品名「デンカボロンナイトライドHGPグレード」、平均粒径5μm、黒鉛化指数1.2)、アルミナゾル水溶液(日産化学工業社製商品名「アルミナゾル520」)、サイアロン粉末、アルミン酸ナトリウム(関東化学社製、試薬1級グレード)、ケイ酸ナトリウム(日本化学工業社製商品名「J珪酸ソーダ1号」)及び純水を表1に示す割合で配合し、アトライターミルを用い、1時間混合して離型剤を製造した。その(1)離型性、(2)塗膜付着性、(3)塗膜硬度を測定した。それらの結果を表1に示す。
離型剤を厚み約20μmになるようにステンレス板に塗布し、100℃、1時間乾燥させた。この塗膜上に軟化点約700℃のガラス(旭製作所製「ルッキングガラス」)を乗せ、塗膜を800℃、1時間加熱した。冷却後、ガラスの塗膜からの離型性を評価した。
○:塗膜からガラスを容易に外すことができる
×:ガラスが塗膜に付着し外すことが困難である
(2)塗膜付着性
離型剤を厚み約20μmにステンレス板に塗布・乾燥して得られた塗膜上に、軟化点約700℃のガラス(旭製作所製商品名「ルッキングガラス」)を置き、700℃、1時間加熱した後冷却し、ガラスに付着した塗膜厚みを測定した。
(3)塗膜硬度
上記と同様にして得られた塗膜のJIS K−5400「鉛筆引っかき値」による硬度を測定した。
Claims (5)
- 窒化硼素、アルミナ、サイアロン及びアルミン酸塩及び/又はケイ酸塩を含む水性分散体からなることを特徴とする離型剤。
- 窒化硼素、アルミナ、サイアロン及びアルミン酸塩及び/又はケイ酸塩の構成比率が、窒化硼素100質量部あたり、アルミナ50〜200質量部、サイアロン20〜80質量部、及びアルミン酸塩及び/又はケイ酸塩が50〜300質量部であり、水の含有率が50〜85質量%であること特徴とする請求項1記載の離型剤。
- JIS−K5400の「鉛筆引っかき値」が6H以上の塗膜を形成できるものであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の離型剤。
- 窒化硼素が平均粒径1〜20μm、黒鉛化指数2.0以下の粉末、アルミナがアルミナゾル、サイアロンが組成式Si6−zAlzOzN8−z(但し、1.5<Z<4.2)で表される粉末、アルミン酸塩及び/又はケイ酸塩がそれらのナトリウム塩であることを特徴とする請求項3記載の離型剤。
- ガラス成型用離型剤であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の離型剤。
