Abstract
【解決手段】 酸素よりも窒素を選択的に吸着する吸着剤を充填した吸着塔、該吸着塔に加圧空気を供給および/または吸着塔を減圧する機能を備えたポンプ手段、該ポンプ手段を取り囲むボックス手段を備えた酸素濃縮装置に於いて、該ボックス手段内を負圧にするファン、および該ボックス手段に該ポンプ手段の任意の場所に吹き付ける噴流を発生させる複数の細孔を備え、且つ該細孔における風流の風速が15m/sec以下となる細孔口径およびファン排気風量を有することを特徴とする酸素濃縮装置。

Description
[インピンジメント冷却の冷却効果]
インピンジメント冷却の効果を並行対流冷却と比較した。コンプレッサの代替手段としてダミーヒータを用い、図1に示すようにダミーヒータを内蔵した円筒状のボックスに真空ポンプを接続し、排気流量を変化させてダミーヒータ表面温度と外気温との差(ΔT)を比較した。円筒とダミーヒータ表面間距離を19mmとし、ダミーヒータの発熱量を75Wとし、並行対流冷却で冷却したもの(図2)に比較して、ノズル径6mmΦ、ノズル長3mm、ノズル先端・ダミーヒータ間距離19mmのノズル28本を14×2列としたインピンジメント冷却の方(図3)が有意な冷却効果を示し、流量に依存して冷却効果を増すことが明らかになった(図4)。
図1に示す装置を用い、冷却風量とΔT、ノズル圧損の影響を調べた。ダミーヒータの発熱量を75Wとし、ノズル径4mmΦ、ノズル長10mm、ノズル先端・ダミーヒータ間距離17mmのノズル28本を3列(9本/10本/9本)に配置し、冷却風量を100L/min〜300L/minに変化させた場合、風量増加に従ってダミーヒータ表面温度と外気温との差(ΔT)が小さくなり有意な冷却効果を示すが、ノズル圧損が増加する(図5)。
本発明の酸素濃縮装置に使用するコンプレッサの場合、外気を取り込んでコンプレッサを冷却する為、外気温とコンプレッサ表面温度との差(ΔT)を30℃以下となるようにファン風量を設定する。図8に示すようにインピンジメント冷却で、ΔT=30℃、20℃でコンプレッサ動力と冷却風量には直線関係が認められる。外気温度35℃の場合、コンプレッサ表面温度を65℃以下にする風量をもつファンを使用する。
図10に本発明の酸素濃縮装置に使用可能なレシプロ型コンプレッサの断面模式図を示す。ボックスは、樹脂製(NBR製、厚み5mm)で、ボックス内に発砲ポリウレタン製遮音材(厚み5mm)を設け、2ヘッド型のレシプロ型コンプレッサ(ポンプ発熱量100W、ポンプ単体騒音60dBA)を設置し、排気ファンで排気冷却する装置とした。ボックス内面とレシプロ型コンプレッサ外面との間の間隙は19mmとなるようにボックス内表面の構造を成形加工した。レシプロ型コンプレッサの2つのシリンダ部分の周囲のボックス部分には、各28個所、内径6mmΦの細孔を設けた。排気ファンは200LPMの能力を有するターボファンであり、ファン翼径φ50mmのものを設置した。装置全体の重量は500gである。
Claims (4)
- 酸素よりも窒素を選択的に吸着する吸着剤を充填した吸着塔、該吸着塔に加圧空気を供給および/または吸着塔を減圧する機能を備えたポンプ手段、該ポンプ手段を取り囲むボックス手段を備えた酸素濃縮装置に於いて、該ボックス手段内を負圧にするファン、および該ボックス手段に該ポンプ手段の任意の場所に吹き付ける噴流を発生させる複数の細孔を備え、且つ該細孔における風流の風速が15m/sec以下となる細孔口径およびファン排気風量を有することを特徴とする酸素濃縮装置。
- 該ファン及び該細孔が、該コンプレッサの消費電力に対する該細孔における風速が0.05m/sec・W以上である送風能力及び細孔であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の酸素濃縮装置。
- 該ファン及び該細孔が、該コンプレッサの消費電力に対する該細孔における風速が0.1m/sec・W以下である送風能力及び細孔ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の酸素濃縮装置。
- 該ファンが、酸素濃縮装置の設定使用環境である最大外気温度と該ポンプ手段の表面温度との差が30℃以下となる冷却風量を有する送風能力を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載の酸素濃縮装置。
