Abstract
【課題】
ペンが位置エンコード液晶ディスプレイパネルに完全に接触しなくても位置エンコード液晶ディスプレイパネル上のペンの位置を確実に認識することができる位置エンコード液晶ディスプレイパネルを提供すること。
【解決手段】
透明前面パネル、前記透明前面パネルの前面内部に形成された透明材料からなる光散乱形状部、及び、該光散乱形状部の裏面を光反射材料で被覆してなる光反射層、を含む位置エンコード液晶ディスプレイパネルであって、前記光反射層には、前記透明前面パネル上における位置情報を発信可能な位置情報発信部分が形成されており、前記光散乱形状部は、入射光を散乱させる形状に形成される位置エンコード液晶ディスプレイパネル。

Claims (9)
- 透明前面パネル、
前記透明前面パネルの前面内部に形成された透明材料からなる光散乱形状部、及び、
該光散乱形状部の裏面を光反射材料で被覆してなる光反射層、
を含む位置エンコード液晶ディスプレイパネルであって、
前記光反射層には、前記透明前面パネル上における位置情報を発信可能な位置情報発信部分が形成されており、
前記光散乱形状部は、入射光を散乱させる形状に形成されることを特徴とする位置エンコード液晶ディスプレイパネル。 - 前記光反射層の下に遮光層が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の位置エンコード液晶ディスプレイパネル。
- 前記透明前面パネルの表面の隣接する前記光反射層間に、カラーフィルターが設けられることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の位置エンコード液晶ディスプレイパネル。
- 前記光散乱形状部は、1本以上の断面半円状又は断面多角形状の溝状物からなる形状であることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の位置エンコード液晶ディスプレイパネル。
- 透明前面パネルの表面の少なくとも一部に透明材料からなる光散乱形状部を形成する光散乱形状部形成ステップ、及び、
前記光散乱形状部の表面の少なくとも一部を光反射材料で被覆して光反射層を形成する光反射層形成ステップを含むことを特徴とする反射光散乱構造物の製造方法。 - 前記光散乱形状部形成ステップは、
前記透明前面パネルの表面の少なくとも一部を前記透明材料で被覆して透明膜層を形成する透明膜層形成ステップ、及び、
前記透明膜層の少なくとも一部の表面を部分的に除去して前記光散乱形状部を形成する透明膜層エッチングステップからなることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の反射光散乱構造物の製造方法。 - 前記光散乱形状部形成ステップは、前記透明前面パネルの表面を部分的に除去して前記光散乱形状部を形成する透明前面パネルエッチングステップであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の反射光散乱構造物の製造方法。
- 前記光反射層形成ステップの後に、さらに、前記光反射層の表面に遮光層を形成する遮光層形成ステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項5〜請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の反射光散乱構造物の製造方法。
- 前記遮光層形成ステップの後に、さらに、前記遮光層が形成されていない部分に複数のカラーフィルターを配置するカラーフィルター配置ステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の反射光散乱構造物の製造方法。
