Abstract
【解決手段】本発明による廃タイヤ地盤造成材は、廃タイヤ2の筒型積層体1に廃タイヤ2が体積膨張するまで粒状体5を詰め込んで成る廃タイヤ地盤造成材において、ビード部3の曲率を小さく変形させた廃タイヤ2とビード部3を相互に連結して筒型に積層する結合手段から構成し、結合手段をビード部3の相互間を挟み止められる把持体8にすることを特徴にしている。

Description
筒型積層体1は、複数個の廃タイヤ2を積層することで構成されており、廃タイヤ2は、ビード部3がタイヤ内側に湾曲して凹凸状態を形成していることで内部に空洞部分4を形成しており、中央部分には開口6を形成して後述する粒状体5を受け入れるように構成されている。

粒状体5としては、この他にも、「建設発生土」や「浚渫土砂」等であっても採用可能であるが、これらの場合には、中詰めされた粒状体がタイヤとタイヤの隙間から漏れ出るのを防止するために、ある程度以上の粒径を備えた粒状体を選択することが望ましいものである。

Claims (2)
- 廃タイヤの筒型積層体に廃タイヤが体積膨張するまで粒状体を詰め込んで成る廃タイヤ地盤造成材であって、ビード部の曲率を小さく変形させた廃タイヤと該ビード部を相互に連結して筒型に積層する結合手段から構成する廃タイヤ地盤造成材。
- 結合手段が、ビード部の相互間を挟み止められる把持体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の廃タイヤ地盤造成材。
