Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、少なくとも1つの軸受け14によって支持される回転シャフト15およびフレーム10を有し、かつ少なくとも2つの異なる作動スピードで作動し得る、ガスタービンエンジンのような回転エンジンのための軸受け14支持体11、12に関するものであって、組み合わせられた異なる剛性を有する少なくとも2つの機械的支持構造体11、12を備え、これらの異なる剛性のうちの1つで軸受け14を支持することを特徴としている。本発明は、このように導入される剛性力が、エンジンシャフトの不平衡質量によって生成される励起力に直接的に対抗し得るから、機械構造体の使用が、いかなる液圧機器の存在をも回避するという利点を有している。

Claims (7)
- 少なくとも1つの軸受け(14)によって支持される回転シャフト(15)およびフレーム(10)を有し、かつ少なくとも2つの異なる作動スピードで作動し得る、ガスタービンエンジンのような回転エンジンのための軸受け(14)支持体(11、12)であって、軸受け(14)を低い剛性および高い剛性のうちの1つで支持するように組み合わせされた、低い剛性を有する少なくとも1つの機械的支持構造体(12)と、高い剛性を有する1つの支持構造体(11)とを備え、低い剛性を有する支持構造体(12)は、エンジンが、決定された回転周波数(fp)よりも低いスピード(f)で作動しているときに、高い剛性を有する支持構造体(11)と結合され、且つエンジンが、回転周波数(fp)よりも高いスピード(f)で作動しているときに、高い剛性を有する支持構造体(11)から結合が解かれることを特徴とする、支持体。
- 低い剛性を有する支持構造体(12)が、径方向の歯(16)を備え、高い剛性を有する支持構造体(11)が、歯(16)と協働するハウジング(17)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の支持体。
- ハウジング(17)は、低い剛性を有する支持構造体(11)と高い剛性を有する支持構造体(12)とが相互に対して結合するように、歯(16)と協働する部分(17B)を備える、請求項2に記載の支持体。
- ハウジング(17)が、高い剛性を有する支持構造体(11)を低い剛性を有する支持構造体(12)から結合を解くための径方向クリアランス(J)を有して歯(16)と協働する部分(17A)を備え、該クリアランスは、回転シャフトの不平衡質量効果よりも大きい、請求項3に記載の支持体。
- 低い剛性を有する支持構造体(12)が、スクワラルケージ(13)の形態をとっていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の支持体。
- 少なくとも3つの異なる作動スピードで作動するエンジンのために、組み合わされた異なる剛性を有する少なくとも3つの支持機械構造体を備え、異なる剛性のうちの1つで軸受け(14)を支持する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の支持体。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の軸受け支持体における、他の構造体よりもむしろ1つの構造体を作動させる手段を制御するためのサーボ制御システムであって、前記手段は、エンジンおよび/またはエンジンが取り付けられた航空機の制御コンピュータを介して、シャフトスピードまたは振動振幅に応じて制御される、システム。
