Description

The present invention relates to a sterilizing aerosol product suitable for use around a water such as a sink or a cutting board.

。   It is necessary to maintain good hygienic conditions because germs easily propagate around water such as sinks and cutting boards, resulting in unsanitary food poisoning and odor. For this purpose, sterilization and cleaning are performed using alcohol or the like. In this case, an aerosol preparation or a pump preparation is known so that alcohol or the like can be easily treated (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

However, in the conventional products, a sufficient sterilizing effect may not be obtained around water.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a sterilizing aerosol product that can exhibit a sufficient sterilizing effect even around water.

As a result of intensive studies to achieve the above object, the present inventors have obtained knowledge that the disinfection effect around water is influenced by the amount of water contained in the product and the particle size of the sprayed particles. It was. As a result of further investigations on the requirements for obtaining a sufficient sterilization effect, the present inventors have found that the object can be achieved by using the following sterilization aerosol products (1) to (3). It was.
(1) It is characterized by spraying an aerosol content comprising a lower alcohol as an active ingredient and water in a proportion of 20% by weight or less and a propellant so that the average particle size is 50 μm or less. Aerobic products for sterilization.
(2) The aerosol product for sterilization according to (1), wherein the undiluted solution contains one or more of Moso bamboo extract, persimmon extract and grapefruit seed extract.
(3) The aerosol product for sterilization according to (1) or (2), comprising a button having a mechanical breakup mechanism.

The sterilization aerosol product of the present invention can provide a sufficient sterilization effect even around water such as a sink or cutting board. As a result, it is possible to maintain a sanitary state that can suppress the propagation of various germs, and to prevent the generation of malodors. In addition, the aerosol content has good stability, and there is no alteration such as formation of precipitates and coloring over a long period of time. Furthermore, since it is made of lower alcohol, natural ingredients, etc., it is safe to use it on dishes.

In the aerosol product for sterilization of the present invention, one or more of lower alcohols such as methyl alcohol, ethyl alcohol, n-propyl alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, butyl alcohol, and amyl alcohol are used as active ingredients of the aerosol content. Can do. Of these, ethyl alcohol is preferred. Ethyl alcohol may be produced by either a fermentation method or a synthesis method.

The lower alcohol may be contained in the stock solution so as to be 80 to 100% by weight.

As water, 1 type (s) or 2 or more types, such as purified water and ionic water, can be used. When a large amount of water is contained, the active ingredient is diluted and a sufficient sterilizing effect cannot be obtained. Especially when used around water, the amount of dilution of the active ingredient is low because there is a lot of water on the treated surface. It becomes large and adversely affects the sterilization effect. Moreover, it may cause deterioration of the aerosol container due to rust or the like. Therefore, in this invention, water is added so that it may become 20 weight% or less in a stock solution. The lower limit of the water content is 0% by weight. Since lower alcohol generally contains inevitable moisture, the above water content is the amount of water added separately, and the water content of 0% by weight means only the inevitable water contained in the lower alcohol. To do.

As propellants, liquefied petroleum gas such as propane, propylene, n-butane and isobutane, chlorofluorocarbon such as dimethyl ether, CFC, HCFC and HFC, liquefied gas such as liquefied carbon dioxide and liquefied nitrogen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide gas, compressed air, One type or two or more types of compressed gases such as nitrous oxide can be used.

The aerosol product for sterilization of the present invention is prepared by filling an aerosol container with an aerosol content composed of a stock solution containing the above lower alcohol and water and a propellant. At this time, the propellant may be filled as 10 to 60% by weight with respect to 40 to 90% by weight of the stock solution, and the internal pressure is preferably set to 0.2 to 0.5 MPa.

And in order to spray the aerosol content so that it may become an average particle diameter of 50 micrometers or less, a button with a nozzle diameter of 0.4-0.6 mm, a stem diameter of 0.3-0.5 mm, an under tap 1.0-2. It is preferable to use an aerosol container provided with a valve of 2 mm and a vapor tap of 0 to 0.3 mm. In order to obtain a sufficient sterilization effect, the average particle diameter is preferably 40 to 50 μm.

The above average particle diameter means D50 (cumulative 50%) measured by a particle size distribution measuring apparatus and analyzed by an automatic calculation processing apparatus. Specifically, the nozzle hole of the aerosol container is arranged 20 cm away from the laser beam irradiated from the laser beam emitting unit of the particle size distribution measuring apparatus, and the spray from the aerosol container passes the laser beam vertically. Thus, the particle size distribution of the sprayed material is obtained by analyzing with an automatic calculation processing device.

The sterilizing aerosol product of the present invention thus obtained has a spray amount of about 6 to about 10 g / 10 seconds.

The present invention can be variously modified, and in the above-mentioned stock solution, the extract of moso bamboo extract, koji extract, grapefruit seed extract, flavonoid, green tea extract, rooibos tea extract, yucca extract, olive leaf extract powder , Chitosan, oolong tea extract, grape seed extract, mule layer extract, perilla oil, tea dry extract, licorice oil extract, moso bamboo dry extract, perilla extract, mustard extract, broccoli powder, ginger extract, egonoki extract Containing one or more functional plant extracts such as, Kawaramugi extract, honoki extract, forsythia extract, maple extract, pepper extract, citrus seed extract, raw soybean extract, pimenta extract can do. These may be used by selecting their contents and combinations according to the purpose of sterilization, sterilization, antifungal, deodorization and the like. In particular, in the sterilization, it is preferable to use a combination of Moso bamboo extract, persimmon extract, and grapefruit seed extract, and 0.001 to 1% by weight in the stock solution. These may be commercially available, Bamboo legend (manufactured by Nippon Oil & Fats Co., Ltd.) as Mosouchi extract, Pancil BA-200E-1 (manufactured by Release Kagaku Kogyo Co., Ltd.) as strawberry extract, Desfan-10 (as grapefruit seed extract) ABC Techno) or the like can be used.

In addition to this, the stock solution may contain a dispersant such as glycerin, a fragrance, a surfactant, a stabilizer, an antioxidant, a rust inhibitor, a disinfectant, a deodorant, and the like as necessary. .

The aerosol product for sterilization of the present invention may be configured to include a button having a mechanical breakup mechanism as shown in FIG. 1 in addition to the spray mechanism. 1A is a cross-sectional view, and FIG. 1B is a view of the nozzle hole portion viewed from the back side (that is, the right side in the drawing). With such a mechanical breakup mechanism, the spray pattern can be made fine mist (softly spread mist). As a result, the aerosol content can be sprayed uniformly over a wide area. The diameter of the nozzle nozzle is 0.3 to 0.5 mm, and the number of grooves (channels) for turning and spraying is preferably 4 to 8 (4 in FIG. 1).

Moreover, when 5 to 20% by weight of water is contained in the undiluted solution, after-draw (liquid dripping after spraying) may occur. By using a button equipped with a mechanical breakup mechanism, after-draw Can be suppressed. At this time, a cylindrical rod (center post) or baffle plate (not shown) as shown in the figure is inserted into the space in the tube connecting the nozzle and the valve so that the space is about 200 to about 270 mm 3. Is good.

As another spraying mechanism, a rotating nozzle (such as that described in Japanese Patent Application No. 2003-48809) in which the aerosol content is sprayed in the forward direction of the rotating surface can also be used.

However, in any spray mechanism, it is necessary to adjust the shape and size of each component so that the average particle diameter of the sprayed material is 50 μm or less.

The aerosol product for sterilization of the present invention can be used in a sink, a drain, a cooking table, a cutting board, a kitchen knife, a dining table, a kitchen counter, and the like.

EXAMPLES The present invention will be described in more detail with reference to examples below, but the present invention is not limited to these examples.

Figure 2005200341

In addition, commercially available pump-type sterilizing spray products (containing fermented alcohol 50-60%, plant extract and purified water) were used for comparison (in Table 2, commercial products A and B). . Prior to the test, only the contents of each of the sterilizing aerosol products of Example 1 and Example 2, the commercial product A and the commercial product B were allowed to act on each bacterium, and all were killed within 30 seconds. It was confirmed that the sterilization effect was the same.

80 μL of each bacterium was applied to a dry wooden cutting board (6.7 cm × 7.5 cm), and the sterilization aerosol products of Example 1 and Example 2, a commercial product A, and a commercial product B were used respectively. 2 was sprayed. In addition, although the spraying amount differs as described, all are in the range of 0.4 to 0.6 g in terms of alcohol and are almost the same amount. Then, the stamp medium was pressed against the coated surface for 5 seconds to transfer each bacterium, and after storage at 37 ° C. for 18 hours, the number of viable bacteria in the medium was counted. In advance, the number of viable bacteria when a similar bacterial transfer treatment was performed on a dry wooden cutting board was determined, and the sterilization rate (%) was calculated from the following formula. Further, 76 μL of water was applied to a wooden cutting board to make it wet, and the test was performed in the same manner. The results are shown in Table 2.

Bacterial eradication rate (%) = (viable cell count in untreated medium-viable cell count in spray-treated medium) ÷ viable cell count in untreated medium x 100

Figure 2005200341
Figure 2005200341

As described in Table 2, the sterilization aerosol product of the present invention has a high sterilization rate (%) for each bacterium in both the dry state and wet state of the wooden cutting board. It was confirmed that the fungus effect was obtained. On the other hand, in the commercial product, the sterilization effect was not sufficient even when the wooden chopping board was dry, and the sterilization rate (%) was greatly reduced when the wooden chopping board was wet.

(Test Example 2)
Using the sterilization aerosol product of Example 1, a stability test was performed under the following conditions. That is, 50 mL of the aerosol contents were put in a glass bottle, and the lid was covered with a glass test bottle valve (A5D (D) 7769 (1.2 × 3) G-34; manufactured by Maruichi Co., Ltd.). placed. After 1 day, 10 days, 1 month, and 2 months, the formation of precipitates and the discoloration of the aerosol contents were visually confirmed. Further, the same test was performed under the condition of 40 ° C.

The results of the test are as shown in Table 3, and the aerosol content of the sterilization aerosol product of the present invention is not discolored under any conditions of 5 ° C. and 40 ° C., which causes a practical problem. Precipitation was not seen and it was confirmed that it was stable.
