Abstract
【解決手段】一方側部に被処理物Wの投入部3を設けると共に他方側部に排出部4を設けてなるケーシング1と、ケーシング内にその羽根部5aが互いに重なり合った状態で回転自在に並設された一対のスクリュウ軸5と、複数個の排出口部12を一対のスクリュウ軸の各羽根部に対向する二個の環状領域Rから各羽根部が重なり合った咬合領域Kを除いた補形領域H内に設けてなる。

Claims (6)
- 一方側部に被処理物の投入部を設けると共に他方側部に排出部を設けてなるケーシングと、該ケーシング内にその羽根部が互いに重なり合った状態で回転自在に並設された一対のスクリュウ軸と、該一対のスクリュウ軸を咬合方向に回転させる駆動機構と、該ケーシングの排出部に設けられ、該一対のスクリュウ軸の咬合回転により混練圧縮移送されてくる被処理物を排出する複数個の排出口部をもつダイスプレートとからなり、上記複数個の排出口部を上記一対のスクリュウ軸の各羽根部に対向する二個の環状領域から該各羽根部が重なり合った咬合領域を除いた補形領域内に設けてなることを特徴とする二軸スクリュウ式押出成型機。
- 上記排出口部に固化成型用の適宜長さ及び内径をもつ排出ノズルを突設してなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の二軸スクリュウ式押出成型機。
- 上記ダイスプレートに該ダイスプレートから突出する上記一対のスクリュウ軸の突出部を軸受する軸受部を設けてなることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の二軸スクリュウ式押出成型機。
- 上記排出ノズルを適宜長さ及び内径をもつサイズの異なる排出用ノズルに着脱変更自在に設けてなることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の二軸スクリュウ式押出成型機。
- 上記ダイスプレートに加熱ヒータを設けてなることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の二軸スクリュウ式押出成型機。
- 上記一対のスクリュウ軸の回転数を可変自在に設けてなることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の二軸スクリュウ式押出成型機。
