Abstract
【解決手段】下部水槽1a、1b、1cを有し、該下部水槽1a、1b、1cから散布水を熱交換媒体が通る熱交換流路2に散布して前記熱交換媒体を冷却する密閉式冷却塔C1、C2、C3を複数併設した冷却設備において、前記それぞれの下部水槽1a、1b、1c内の散布水が相互に均一に混合されるように隣設した下部水槽1a、1b、1c間を連絡する流路Sと、前記それぞれの下部水槽1a、1b、1c中の散布水を混合する手段を備えてなり、好ましくは、前記それぞれの下部水槽1a、1b、1c中の散布水を混合する手段が、一つの下部水槽1cから他の下部水槽1aに散布水を供給する送水ポンプ9であり、また、前記それぞれの下部水槽1a、1b、1c内に設けた整流板11、あるいは集水トラフ12であり、あるいはまたそれぞれの下部水槽に跨る仕切板13である冷却設備。

Claims (5)
- 下部水槽を有し、該下部水槽から散布水を熱交換媒体が通る熱交換流路に散布して前記熱交換媒体を冷却する密閉式冷却塔を複数併設した冷却設備において、前記それぞれの下部水槽内の散布水が相互に均一に混合されるように隣設した下部水槽間を連絡する流路と、前記それぞれの下部水槽中の散布水を混合する手段を備えたことを特徴とする冷却設備。
- それぞれの下部水槽中の散布水を混合する手段が、一つの下部水槽から他の下部水槽に散布水を供給する送水ポンプである請求項1に記載の冷却設備。
- それぞれの下部水槽中の散布水を混合する手段が、それぞれの下部水槽内に設けられた整流板であって、それぞれの密閉式冷却塔内の熱交換流路に散布されて落下する散布水が、隣接した下部水槽に誘導されるように設けられた整流板である請求項1に記載の冷却設備。
- それぞれの下部水槽中の散布水を混合する手段が、それぞれの下部水槽内に設けられた集水トラフであって、それぞれの密閉式冷却塔内の熱交換流路に散布されて落下する散布水が、他の下部水槽に誘導されるように設けられた集水トラフである請求項1に記載の冷却設備。
- それぞれの下部水槽中の散布水を混合する手段が、それぞれの下部水槽に跨る仕切版であって、それぞれの密閉式冷却塔内の熱交換流路に散布されて落下する散布水が、他の下部水槽に誘導されるように設けられた仕切板である請求項1に記載の冷却設備。
