Abstract
【解決手段】耐磁気コア部分2、32と、該コア部分2、32の実質的に外面を覆う非導電性のシース部分3、33とを備える外部固定要素1、10、30である。最上部及び最下部及び腰に対する任意のフレーム形態にて使用したとき、ロッド1、ピン30及び締め止め具10は、患者にとって特にMRIに対し安全であり、ここで、静磁場2テスラ、時間−変化磁場最大20テスラ/秒及び患者の全身に対し平均化した比吸収率(SAR)最大0.4ワット/kgという通常のMRI磁場パラメータが適用される。

Description
更なる目的及び有利な効果は、従属請求項の特徴を通じて実現され、また、本発明の一例としての実施の形態は、添付図面に開示されている。
他方、少なくとも内側には、すなわち、締め止め具のジョー40の周りにて絶縁シース34にて被覆された、例えば、チタン製の締め止め具本体のような、非導電性の締め止め具10を設けることも可能である。好ましくは、締め止め具の外側にも絶縁シース33が設けられるようにする。
左方向への断面図で示し且つ、図面の右部分にて側方向に示した、締め止め具10の図である、図3には、絶縁シース34、33を有する締め止め具10が図示されている。締め止め具10のコアを構成する要素32は、炭素繊維又はチタン製とすることができるが、アルミニウムを使用することが好ましい。
締め止め具10がジョー40の内側部に、ロッド1のシース3の外面を把持する幾つかの歯41を有する場合、図3に示した絶縁体34は、以下に説明するように、異なる仕方にて機能することができる。ロッド1はコア2及びシース3を備えているから、締め止め具の歯41は、シース3内に入る。該歯41は、上記ロッド1と共に使用し得るように締め止め具10のコア材料で製造することができ、チタン又はアルミニウムで出来ており、従って強磁性ではないが、導電性である。ジョー40の歯41は、例えば、0.3mmの長さを有し、ここで、シース3は例えば、0.7mmの半径方向厚さを有する。このようにして、多分導電性であるロッドコア2が導電性歯41と接触しないことが保証される。ピン30を保持するために使用されるであろう歯についても同一のことが当てはまろう。しかし、その他の実施の形態において、絶縁シース41は、ジョー40の領域内でも十分に伸びることもできる。
ロッド1又はピン30の電気抵抗率は、1kOhm・cm以上であることが好ましい。
時間−変化磁場:最大20テスラ/秒
比吸収率(SAR):全身に対する平均値最大0.4ワット/kg
次の条件が満たされれば、装置はMRIに対して安全であると考えられる:
フレームの材料に加わる力に起因して手足が動く危険性がないこと、
時間−変化磁場に起因して神経又は筋肉が刺激される危険性がないこと、
RF磁界の結果として、フレーム内に誘導された電流及び温度に起因して全身の体温が1℃以上上昇する危険性がないこと。

Claims (10)
- 耐磁気コア部分(2、32)と、該コア部分(2、32)の外面を実質的に覆う非導電性のシース部分(3、33)とを備える、外部固定要素(1、10、30)。
- 請求項1に記載の外部固定要素(1、10、30)において、耐磁気コア部分(2、32)がチタン又はアルミニウム或いは炭素繊維にて出来ており、且つ(又は)非導電性シース部分(3、33)が樹脂材料にて出来ている、外部固定要素。
- 請求項2に記載の外部固定要素(1、10、30)において、耐磁気コア部分(2、32)が炭素繊維にて出来ており、非導電性シース部分(3、33)が樹脂トランスファー成形(RTM)方法の間、同時押出し成形された樹脂材料にて出来ている、外部固定要素。
- 請求項1ないし3の1つに記載の外部固定要素において、円筒状シース(3)を有する円筒状ロッド(2)である、外部固定要素。
- 請求項1ないし3の1つに記載の外部固定要素において、円筒状シース(3)を有する円筒状ピン(30)である、外部固定要素。
- 請求項1ないし3の1つに記載の外部固定要素において、前記コア部分を形成するコア本体(32)と、前記シース部分を形成する非導電性面とを有する締め止め具(10)である、外部固定要素。
- 請求項6に記載の外部固定要素において、締め止め具(10)が歯(41)を有するジョー(40)を備える、外部固定要素。
- 請求項1ないし7に記載の1組みの外部固定装置、特に、少なくとも1つの締め止め具(10)と、1つのロッド(1)又はピン(30)とを備える、外部固定装置。
- 請求項8に記載の外部固定装置において、任意の締め止め具(10)のジョー(40)における歯(41)の長さが、任意のロッド(1)又はピン(30)の絶縁性シース(3)の厚さよりも短い、外部固定装置。
- 請求項8又は9に記載の外部固定装置において、トルクが増大するとき、コア(2)とシース(3)との間の表面が分離する前に、締め止め具(10)がシース(3)の円周に沿って滑り始めるような仕方にて、ロッド(1)又はピン(30)の主回転軸(5)の周りにトルクが加わったとき、ロッド(1)又はピン(30)のコア(2)及びシース(3)が、互いに保持するようにした、外部固定装置。
