Abstract
【解決手段】各プローブ8は、被検者体内の骨に対して超音波を送受波して骨短軸断面42内において超音波ビームを形成する。エコートラッキング処理部20は、各プローブ8ごとに、エコー信号のゼロクロス点を表面ポイントとして抽出してトラッキングし、各プローブ8を基準とする骨表面の位置を計測する。形状データ生成部22は、既知のプローブ8の位置と計測された骨表面の位置とから、骨短軸断面42のx軸方向の直径やy軸方向の直径を算出する。変形量演算部26は、荷重を掛けない場合の直径および荷重を掛けた場合の直径から、x軸方向の歪み量またはy軸方向の歪み量を演算する。

Claims (6)
- 骨の短軸断面内において、複数方向から超音波ビームを形成して各超音波ビームに対応した複数のエコー信号を取得する送受波手段と、
前記各エコー信号ごとに骨表面に対応する表面ポイントを特定し、複数のエコー信号から得られる複数の表面ポイントに基づいて、前記骨の短軸断面の形状データを生成する形状測定手段と、
前記骨に対して外的作用を及ぼした場合における前記形状データの変化に基づいて、骨の力学的特性を反映した特性情報を生成する特性情報生成手段と、
を有することを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項1に記載の超音波診断装置において、
前記送受波手段は、互いに異なる方向から超音波ビームを形成する複数のプローブを含む、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項1に記載の超音波診断装置において、
前記送受波手段は、複数の振動素子が円周状に配置されたアレー振動子を含む、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項1に記載の超音波診断装置において、
前記形状測定手段は、骨の短軸断面の形状変化に応じて前記各表面ポイントをトラッキングする、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項1に記載の超音波診断装置において、
前記形状測定手段は、前記形状データとして、3点以上の前記表面ポイントの位置を測定し、
前記特性情報生成手段は、前記特性情報として、前記骨に対して外的作用を及ぼした場合における前記表面ポイントの変位から前記骨の短軸断面の歪み量を演算する、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項1に記載の超音波診断装置において、
前記形状測定手段は、前記形状データとして、3点以上の前記表面ポイントを結んだ複数の直線で囲まれた領域の面積を求める、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。
