Abstract
【解決手段】多数の合成樹脂製の輪状片2を互いに重ね合わせて筒状体2aとなし、該筒状体の中心部又は外周部に支持部材3を設けて前記の輪状片を固定した部材において、前記の輪状片の隣接面に突起部21を備え、該突起部が隣接する輪状片の間に介在して、隣接する輪状片相互間に僅かな間隙が形成され、該間隙部Gに濾過助剤又は/及び被濾過物質を保持するように構成されてなる。前記の輪状片2に変えて、外周縁部に輪状片の肉厚部よりも薄い鍔部25を設けた鍔付き輪状片を適宜間隔をおいて割り込ませてもよい。

Description
懸濁重合(suspention polymerization)による平均重合度P700〜P800のポリ塩化ビニルを素材とする輪状片2を射出成形によって作成した。 輪状片2は、前記実施の形態及び図1〜図4に記載したものとほぼ同様であって、外径が約25mm、肉厚部の最大厚みが約1mm、肉厚部24の最大肉厚と突起部21の肉厚との差を約0.045mmとした。次に、この輪状片2を突起部21が形成されている面を上向きにして、断面がY字状の支持部材3に挿通した後、該支持部材3の両端を固定用ナット4,4によって締め付けて輪状片2を固定し、筒状体2aからなる液体濾過フィルターを得た。前記支持部材3は、懸濁重合による平均重合度P1000〜P2300のポリ塩化ビニルを押出成形によって形成したものを用いた。
前記の実施例1において、輪状片2の外周縁部に輪状片の肉厚部よりも薄い肉厚(約0.4〜0.5mm)の鍔部を設けた以外は、前記実施例1と同様の鍔付き輪状片2’を得た。この鍔付き輪状片2’を鍔の無い複数枚の輪状片2の中間に適宜の間隔をおいて割り込ませた以外は実施例1と同様の筒状体2aからなる液体濾過フィルターを得た。

Claims (4)
- 多数の合成樹脂製の輪状片を互いに重ね合わせて筒状体となし、該筒状体の中心部又は外周部に支持部材を設けて前記の輪状片を固定した部材において、前記の輪状片の隣接面に突起部を備え、該突起部が隣接する輪状片の間に介在して、隣接する輪状片相互間に僅かな間隙が形成され、該間隙部に濾過助剤又は/及び被濾過物質を保持するように構成されてなることを特徴とする液体濾過フィルター。
- 前記の輪状片は、縦断面が楕円状、流線形状、紡錘形状、円形状又は多角形状の何れかからなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の液体濾過フィルター。
- 前記の輪状片は、その内側に前記支持部材を係止させるための係止部を備えると共に、該係止部の左右両側乃至左右何れか一方の側に輪状片の肉厚部よりも薄い肉厚の識別部を設け、前記輪状片を重ね合わせたときに該識別部によって前記輪状片の突起部のある面が同一方向に向いていることを確認できるように構成されてなる請求項1記載の液体濾過フィルター。
- 前記の輪状片の外周縁部に輪状片の肉厚部よりも薄い肉厚の鍔部を設け、該複数枚の鍔付き輪状片を、多数の鍔の無い輪状片を連続して重ね合わせたその中間に、互いに間隔をおいて割り込ませて筒状に構成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の液体濾過フィルター。
