Abstract
【解決手段】 軸体を回転可能に軸支する摺動受け面3が形成された軸受本体12の油孔16に、潤滑油を含油処理してなる焼結含油軸受11について、摺動受け面3に表出する油孔16を残しながら、該摺動受け面3に固体潤滑剤含有金属層15を形成した。そのため、摺動受け面3から潤滑油が軸受11内外に出入りして軸受11と軸体の界面に油膜が形成されるという特徴を損ねることなしに、摩擦係数が小さくて、耐摩耗性に優れた焼結含油軸受11を得ることができる。

Claims (8)
- 軸体を回転可能に軸支する摺動受け面が形成された軸受本体の油孔に、潤滑油を含油処理してなる焼結含油軸受において、
前記摺動受け面に表出する油孔を残しながら、該摺動受け面に固体潤滑剤含有金属層が形成されていることを特徴とする焼結含油軸受。 - 固体潤滑剤含有金属層がフッ素樹脂含有金属層である請求項1記載の焼結含油軸受。
- 固体潤滑剤含有金属層が固体潤滑剤含有ニッケル層である請求項1または請求項2記載の焼結含油軸受。
- 軸受本体がFe系焼結体でなる請求項1〜請求項3何れか1項記載の焼結含油軸受。
- 固体潤滑剤含有金属層中の固体潤滑剤と金属との容積比が、7:3〜4:6である請求項1〜請求項4何れか1項記載の焼結含油軸受。
- 摺動受け面のうち、油孔部分の面積が20%〜60%である請求項1〜請求項5何れか1項記載の焼結含油軸受。
- 固体潤滑剤含有金属層の層厚が1.0μm〜10.0μmである請求項1〜請求項6何れか1項記載の焼結含油軸受。
- 軸体を回転可能に軸支する摺動受け面が形成された軸受本体の油孔に、潤滑油を含油処理してなる焼結含油軸受の製造方法において、
焼結して得た軸受本体をサイジングして、摺動受け面に表出させるべき所望の平均孔径となる油孔よりも大きな平均孔径を有する油孔を該摺動受け面に形成し、
該摺動受け面に固体潤滑剤含有金属層を設けるとともに、該固体潤滑剤含有金属層にて前記油孔の縁を覆って、該摺動受け面に前記所望の平均孔径となる油孔を形成する
ことを特徴とする焼結含油軸受の製造方法。
