Description

The present invention relates to an air conditioner including a plurality of louvers having air conditioning wind direction adjusting fins that can be opened and closed.

In cabs or cabs such as hydraulic excavators, air conditioning is used to eliminate fogging and freezing of the window glass on the front, left, and right sides of the cab body, and to efficiently cool and heat the cab body. By providing a duct for guiding the conditioned air from the apparatus main body to the front side of the driver's seat, providing a movable louver at the upper air outlet of the duct, and providing a movable louver at the lateral air outlet, By selectively switching the direction of the conditioned air blown from the side air outlet toward the upper windshield, left side glass, right side glass, etc., the fog and freezing of each window glass are eliminated, and the conditioned air is also blown. There is an air-conditioning apparatus that sprays air toward the worker so that the work can be performed comfortably (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

On the other hand, it is possible to realize more comfortable work by installing air-conditioning air outlets for eliminating fogging and freezing of each window glass and air-conditioning air outlets for workers. What has been proposed.

For example, as shown in FIG. 8 (a), a container 1 such as a lunch box is arranged behind the operator seat (not shown) in the cab of the excavator, and the lower side of the container 1 Since the air conditioner main body 2 having a temperature adjusting function is disposed in the air conditioner main body 2 and two air conditioning air supply ports 3a and 4a are provided on the side surface of the air conditioner main body 2, these air conditioning air supply ports 3a and 4a are provided. Two air-conditioning ducts 3 and 4 connected to are arranged on the right side of the operator seat along the floor surface.

As shown in FIGS. 8B and 8C, the front air-conditioning air outlet 3 disposed between the front window and the right window of the cab and the right-hand side of the air-conditioning duct 3 and the right-hand side The window air-conditioning air outlet 6 is connected, and the other air-conditioning duct 4 is connected to the tip of the air-conditioning duct 4 with an operator air-conditioning air outlet 7 arranged toward the operator seat. The ducts 3 and 4 supply the conditioned air to the conditioned air outlets 5, 6 and 7.

The front window air-conditioning air outlet 5, the right window air-conditioning air outlet 6, and the operator air-conditioning air outlet 7 are provided at the end of a duct piped in the cover member 8.

Then, by switching the conditioned air supplied from the air conditioner main body 2 to these two air conditioning ducts 3 and 4, the front window conditioned air and the right window conditioned air are obtained, or the operator conditioned air is obtained. Is selected.
Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 7-47835 (first page, FIG. 1)

Thus, conventionally, the two air conditioning ducts 3 and 4 corresponding to the two air conditioning air supply ports 3a and 4a are used for the front window air conditioning air outlet 5 and the right window air conditioning air outlet 6 and for the operator. Although the air-conditioning air outlet 7 is selected, the air-conditioning air is rarely supplied to the two air-conditioning ducts 3 and 4 at the same time. In addition to the limited air volume, the two air conditioning ducts 3 and 4 are installed, so that there is a problem that the installation space becomes large.

The present invention has been made in view of such a point, and an object of the present invention is to provide an air conditioner that can selectively use a plurality of air-conditioning air outlets even if the number of air-conditioning ducts is one.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, an air conditioner main body having a plurality of conditioned air supply ports for supplying temperature-controlled conditioned air, and one air conditioner air supply port connected to the plurality of conditioned air supply ports of the air conditioner main body. An air-conditioning duct, a shell having a plurality of air-conditioning air outlets for blowing out the air-conditioning air supplied through the air-conditioning duct, and each air-conditioning air outlet provided in each of these air-conditioning air outlets is opened or closed. An air conditioner including a plurality of louvers having fins that can be selected in one state, and a plurality of conditioned air supply ports of the air conditioner main body and a plurality of conditioned air outlets of the shell body are provided as one air conditioner. Even when connected by a duct, the louver fins respectively provided at the plurality of air-conditioning air outlets of the shell body are set to either the open state or the closed state, so that substantially from the plurality of air-conditioning air supply ports. Using multiple air conditioning ducts Multiple air-conditioning air supply ports can be used individually in the same way as when air-conditioning air is separately supplied to multiple air-conditioning air outlets, and two air-conditioning ducts can be selected by using one air-conditioning duct. Therefore, the maximum air-conditioning air volume is increased and the installation space is reduced by simultaneously using a plurality of air-conditioning air supply ports, and the total area where the air-conditioning duct is in contact with the air-conditioning air is reduced, so that the thermal efficiency is improved.

In the invention according to claim 2, the shell in the air conditioner according to claim 1 is located at a corner between the front window and the one side window in the cab surrounding the operator seat of the work machine, A decorative cover having a plurality of air-conditioning air outlets for storing a wiper motor for driving a wiper provided in the front window and blowing out the air-conditioning air, and the plurality of louvers adjust the direction of the air-conditioning air blown to the front window A louver for a front window, a louver for a side window that adjusts the direction of conditioned air blown to one side window, and an louver for an operator provided to face an operator seat. Open the front window louvers and side window louvers at the air-conditioning air outlets on the wiper motor's decorative cover located at the corner between the front window and one side window in the driver's cab. Roux By closing the front window and side windows, the glass of the front window and side windows can be quickly frosted and frozen, and the front window louver and side window louver can be closed and the operator louver can be opened to allow Ensure sufficient conditioned air required by the operator sitting on the seat.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, even when the plurality of conditioned air supply ports of the air conditioner main body and the plurality of conditioned air outlets of the shell are connected by a single air conditioning duct, By setting the fins of the louvers provided in the air outlets to either the open state or the closed state, it is possible to substantially change the air conditioning air outlets to a plurality of air conditioning air outlets using a plurality of air conditioning ducts. A plurality of air-conditioning air supply ports can be individually used as in the case of supplying air-conditioning air separately, and by using one air-conditioning duct, a plurality of air-conditioning can be used as compared with the case where two air-conditioning ducts are selectively used. Simultaneous use of the air supply port can increase the maximum air-conditioning air volume, reduce the installation space, and further reduce the total area where the air-conditioning duct is in contact with the air-conditioning air, thereby improving the thermal efficiency.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, the front window louver and the side window louver provided on the decorative cover of the wiper motor located at the corner between the front window and the one side window in the operating room of the work machine. By opening the louver and closing the operator louver, it is possible to quickly eliminate fogging and freezing of the glass on the front window and side window, and by closing the front louver and side window louver and opening the operator louver. Sufficient conditioned air required by the operator sitting on the operator seat in the cab can be secured.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to an embodiment shown in FIGS.

As shown in FIG. 2, in the cab 12 serving as a cab surrounding the operator seat 11 of a work machine such as a hydraulic excavator, on the backrest portion 11 a of the operator seat 11 and the back portion of the head support portion 11 b, A container 13 such as a resin lunch box blown into the hollow is disposed, and an air conditioner unit 14 serving as an air conditioner main body having a temperature adjusting function is disposed below the container 13.

As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, a plurality of square and circular air-conditioning air outlets 15 and 16 are provided on the upper surface portion of the container portion 13 installed at the back of the operator seat 11. That is, the container portion 13 is provided with a storage recess 18 that can be inserted when the backrest portion 11a and the head support portion 11b of the operator seat 11 are tilted into a frame plate 17 formed in a square frame shape. An upper end portion of a door plate 19 that can be folded in two is pivotally supported by a pin 20 so as to be freely opened and closed. The upper end portion of the door plate 19 is detachable from the pin 20 in an open state, and can be removed from the opening portion of the storage recess 18.

As shown in FIG. 4, an electrical component replacement port 22 closed by a screwed cover 21 is cut out on the front surface of one side portion of the frame plate 17. 1, 2, and 4, a circuit board 24 on which electrical components such as a fuse 23 f and a relay 23 r are mounted is attached by a support member 25. Therefore, by removing the cover 21 and opening the electrical component replacement port 22, electrical components such as the fuse 23f attached to the circuit board 24 can be replaced.

As shown in FIG. 1, the conditioned air outlet 31 connected above the air conditioner unit 14 extends from the lower part on the back side of the container 13 to the plurality of conditioned air outlets 15, 16 on the back side of the container 13. A duct portion 32 that is integrally blow-molded is connected. An intermediate portion of the duct portion 32 is provided with a throttle portion 32a that once squeezes the duct passage at the central position of the container portion 13, and the upper side through the throttle portion 32a is enlarged over the entire width of the container portion 13. An enlarged portion 32b is provided. As shown in FIG. 4, the enlarged portion 32 b swells above the storage recess 18 of the container portion 13 and is connected to the plurality of air-conditioning air outlet portions 15 and 16.

Of the plurality of air-conditioning air outlets 15 and 16 that receive the supply of the air-conditioned air whose temperature is adjusted through the duct portion 32, the two air-conditioning air outlets 15 near the center are formed in a square shape, and these air-conditioning air outlets 15 is provided with an overall louver 33 capable of circulatingly supplying conditioned air to the entire cab 12 as a rear louver for setting the blowing direction of the conditioned air, that is, a rear vent louver.

On the other hand, the two air-conditioning air outlets 16 at the left and right ends are formed in a circular shape so as to have an opening surface inclined forward by setting an angle so as to rise slightly forward. As a rear louver that sets the blowing direction of conditioned air, that is, a rear vent louver, a local louver 34 capable of supplying conditioned air from the back toward at least the operator sitting on the operator seat 11 rotates in any direction. It is provided to be movable.

As shown in FIG. 5A, the local louver 34 has a circular frame 36 formed in a circular shape as shown in FIG. 5 (b) and 5 (c), a plurality of wind direction adjusting fins 37 serving as openable and closable fins are pivotally supported so as to be able to adjust the wind direction by adjusting the angle, and are connected to the respective wind direction adjusting fins 37. This is a round louver that is interlocked by the operating member 38 so that the wind direction adjusting fins 37 are always kept parallel.

Since each of these wind direction adjusting fins 37 is formed in a shape that becomes a disk that is in close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the frame body 36 in the fully closed state, the operation member 38 rotates these wind direction adjusting fins 37. As shown in FIG. 5 (c), it is possible to close the inside of the frame 36 in a fully closed state and adjust the opening angle of each wind direction adjusting fin 37 as shown in FIG. 5 (b). However, it is possible to adjust the wind direction in an arbitrary direction by adjusting the angle in the longitudinal direction of each wind direction adjusting fin 37 by rotating the frame body 36 in the circumferential direction.

As shown in FIG. 1, since the air conditioning unit 14 has two air conditioning air supply ports 40a and 40b on the side surface, a common cover-shaped air conditioning air is provided so as to cover these air conditioning air supply ports 40a and 40b. A lead-out portion 40 is connected to the side of the air-conditioning unit 14, and a single resin-made air-conditioning duct 41 blow-molded integrally with the air-conditioning air lead-out portion 40 is provided on the right side of the operator seat 11 along the floor surface. As shown in FIG. 6, the conditioned air derivation section 42 connected to the front of the air conditioner unit 14 as shown in FIG. 6 is provided with an conditioned air blowout installed below the operator seat 11 as shown in FIG. Connected to box 43.

As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 6, a resin wiper motor decorative cover as a shell having a plurality of air-conditioning air outlets for blowing the air-conditioning air supplied from the air-conditioning unit 14 at the tip of the air-conditioning duct 41. 44 (hereinafter simply referred to as “decorative cover”) is connected. As shown in FIG. 2, the decorative cover 44 is disposed at a corner between the front window 45 and the right window 46 as one side window in the cab 12, and a wiper provided on the front window 45. The wiper motor for driving 47 and the link mechanism (both not shown) are covered.

As shown in FIGS. 7 (a) and 7 (b), the decorative cover 44 is integrally blow-molded with a duct portion 51 to which air-conditioned air whose temperature is adjusted from the air conditioner unit 14 is supplied. As shown in FIG. 4, adjacent to the rear side of the duct portion 51, a wiper motor / link storage portion 52 for storing the wiper motor and the link mechanism is integrally formed in a concave shape, and is formed at the edge of the wiper motor / link storage portion 52. A mounting plate portion 53 fixed to a member on the cab 12 side is integrally formed, and a monitor mounting portion 54 is integrally formed on the upper side of the duct portion 51. A monitor base storage recess is formed on a side surface of the monitor mounting portion 54. 55 and a monitor mounting screw 56 are provided.

Then, as shown in FIG. 3, the mounting base 58 of the monitor 57 is fitted into the monitor mounting portion 54 of the decorative cover 44, and the mounting base 58 of the monitor 57 is fixed by the monitor mounting screw 56. Further, the mounting plate portion 53 of the decorative cover 44 is fixed to the member 59 on the cab 12 side with a bolt 60.

The duct part 51 integrally blow-molded with the decorative cover 44 is connected to the air conditioning duct 41 and has a hollow body part 62 on the lower end connection port part 61 that receives the supply of conditioned air from the air conditioner unit 14. A U-shaped neck portion 63 is continuously provided on the upper side of the body portion 62. As shown in FIG. 7A, the left side surface of the body portion 62 is used as a circular air-conditioning air outlet portion. The air-conditioning air outlet 64 is opened, and as shown in FIG. 7B, the right window air-conditioning air outlet 65 serving as a rectangular air-conditioning air outlet extending in the vertical direction is opened on the right side of the neck 63. An operator air-conditioning air outlet 66 serving as a cylindrical air-conditioning air outlet is opened at the upper end surface of 63.

As shown in FIG. 7 (a), a drink holder fitting groove 71 is provided from the body portion 62 to the neck portion 63. The drink holder fitting groove 71 and a plurality of locations on the opposite side are provided with protrusions for locking the drink holder. Since the portion 72 is provided in a protruding manner, the drink holder forming member 73 fitted from the body portion 62 to the inside of the neck portion 63 as shown in FIG. A louver mounting plate portion 74 continuously disposed below the monitor 57 is integrally formed on the upper portion of the drink holder forming member 73, and a drink holder 75 is integrally formed on the lower portion.

As shown in FIG. 7, the air-conditioning air outlets 64 for the front window air-conditioning air outlet 64, the right-window air-conditioning air outlet 65, and the operator-use air-conditioning air outlet 66 that are integrally formed with the decorative cover 44. As shown in FIG. 2, louvers having fins that can open and close these air-conditioned air outlets are provided.

That is, the front window air-conditioning air outlet 64 formed in a circular shape on the body portion 62 of the duct portion 51 is fitted with a front window louver 77 as a round louver so as to be openable and closable to constitute a front window defroster. In addition, the right window air-conditioning air outlet 65 formed in the neck 63 with a vertically long rectangular shape is a general rectangular louver that adjusts the air-conditioning air blown to the right window 46 in the vertical and horizontal directions. The right window louver (not shown) is attached so as to be openable and closable to constitute a right window defroster.

Further, the opening of the cylindrical air conditioning air outlet 66 for the operator that protrudes from the front end surface portion of the neck 63 has a louver mounting plate 74 of the drink holder forming member 73 that is continuously located below the monitor 57. An operator louver 78 as a louver attached to the mounting hole so as to be openable and closable is disposed opposite to the operator seat 11 and is inclined with respect to the face of the operator sitting on the operator seat 11 by the operator louver 78. Air conditioned air can be supplied from the front.

The front window louver 77 and the operator louver 78 are the round louvers shown in FIG. 5, similar to the local louver 34 on the container 13 described above, and the air conditioning air outlet for the front window of the decorative cover 44. As shown in FIG. 5 (a), a frame 36 formed in a circle as shown in FIG. 5 (a) is rotatably fitted in 64 or in the mounting hole of the louver mounting plate 74, and FIG. ) As shown in (c), a plurality of wind direction adjusting fins 37 are pivotally supported so that the wind direction can be adjusted by adjusting the angle, and each wind direction adjusting fin 37 is always parallel by the operation member 38 connected to each of these wind direction adjusting fins 37. It is interlocked to maintain

5 (b). On the other hand, by adjusting the angle of the longitudinal direction of each wind direction adjusting fin 37 by rotating the frame body 36 in the circumferential direction, the front window louver 77 extends in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction extending from the lower part to the upper part of the front window 45. The wind direction can be adjusted, and the operator louver 78 can adjust the wind direction in the vertical and horizontal directions of the operator.

The right window air-conditioning air outlet 65 can be closed to a fully closed state by at least a rectangular right window louver (not shown).

Next, the function and effect of this embodiment will be described.

As shown in FIG. 5 (c), the air direction adjusting fins 37 are closed so as to be in close contact with each other or the frame 36, thereby opening the duct portion 51 of the decorative cover 44 as shown in FIG. The front window air conditioning air outlet 64 is closed in a fully closed state by a front window louver 77. Similarly, the operator air conditioning air outlet 66 is closed in a fully closed state by an operator louver 78. The right window air conditioning air outlet 65 is closed in a fully closed state by a square right window louver (not shown).

Therefore, even when the plurality of conditioned air supply ports 40a, 40b of the air conditioner unit 14 and the plurality of conditioned air outlet portions 64, 65, 66 included in the duct portion 51 of the decorative cover 44 are connected by one air conditioning duct 41, The wind direction adjusting fins 37 of the front window louver 77, the right window louver (not shown) and the operator louver 78 provided in the plurality of air conditioning air outlets 64, 65, 66 of the decorative cover 44 are opened or opened. By setting to either one of the closed states, substantially the same as when separately supplying the conditioned air from the plurality of conditioned air supply ports 40a, 40b to the plurality of conditioned air outlets using the plurality of air conditioning ducts A plurality of conditioned air supply ports 40a and 40b can be used individually.

For example, when supplying conditioned air whose temperature is set for the window from one conditioned air supply port 40a, the front window louver 77 and the right window louver (not shown) are opened and the operator louver 78 is closed. Thus, the front window 45 and the right window 46 can be quickly removed from fogging and freezing, and when the conditioned air supplied to the operator is supplied from the other conditioned air supply port 40b, the louver for the front window is used. By closing the louver 77 and the right window louver and opening the operator louver 78, it is possible to secure sufficient conditioned air immediately required by the operator sitting on the operator seat 11 in the cab.

Thereby, the air-conditioning duct 41 can be made into one without arrange | positioning the air-conditioning duct for windows and the air-conditioning duct for operators separately from the past, and also by making the air-conditioning duct 41 into one. Compared to the selective use of two air conditioning ducts, simultaneous use of a plurality of air conditioning air supply ports 40a, 40b can increase the maximum air conditioning air volume and reduce the installation space. Since the total area where 41 comes into contact with the conditioned air is reduced, the amount of heat absorbed and released can be reduced and the thermal efficiency can be improved.

Further, when the window glass under the front window 45 is fogged, the front window louver 77 is as shown in FIG. 5B with respect to the front window air conditioning air outlet 64 of the decorative cover 44. The angle of the opening angle of each wind direction adjusting fin 37 is adjusted while rotating the frame body 36 in the circumferential direction, and the angle of each wind direction adjusting fin 37 is adjusted diagonally downward so that the lower part of the front window 45 The wind direction is adjusted so that the air-conditioning wind hits, and fogging and freezing of the lower window glass are eliminated.

On the other hand, when fogging or the like occurs in the upper window glass of the front window 45, the front window louver 77 is as shown in FIG. 5B with respect to the front window air-conditioning air outlet 64 of the decorative cover 44. By adjusting the opening angle of each wind direction adjusting fin 37 to the circumferential direction while rotating the frame body 36 in the circumferential direction, and adjusting the angle of each wind direction adjusting fin 37 diagonally upward, the upper portion of the front window 45 is adjusted. The wind direction is adjusted so that the conditioned air hits, and the upper window glass is removed from fogging and freezing.

In this way, the front window louver 77 adjusts the frame 36 in the circumferential direction relative to the front window air-conditioning air outlet 64 of the decorative cover 44, while rotating the frame 36 in the circumferential direction. By adjusting the angle of the wind direction adjusting fin 37, the decorative cover 44 located at the corner between the front window 45 and the right window 46 in the cab 12 of the work machine extends from the lower part to the upper part of the front window 45, and Two-dimensional wide-range air-conditioning air blowing direction adjustment over the left and right of each part can be realized appropriately, and the air direction is adjusted so that the air-conditioning air hits the desired part of the lower or upper part of the front window 45, and this lower or upper part is adjusted. The fogging and freezing of the window glass can be reliably eliminated.

Further, since the circular frame 36 is rotatably fitted in the circular front window air-conditioning air outlet 64 of the decorative cover 44, a complicated shaft support structure is not required and the structure can be simplified.

In addition, a duct part 51 having an air-conditioning air outlet 64, 65, 66 to which conditioned air is supplied from the air-conditioning unit 14 is integrally formed with the decorative cover 44 for storing the wiper motor, whereby a separate duct part is provided on the decorative cover 44. Can be saved, and the duct portion 51 can be compactly formed on the decorative cover 44, thereby saving space.

Furthermore, since the monitor mounting portion 54 is integrally formed with the decorative cover 44 that houses the wiper motor, the monitor 57 can be easily and compactly mounted via the monitor mounting portion 54.

In addition, air-conditioning air blowing on the upper surface of the container 13 from the lower part on the back side of the container 13 that receives the supply of air-conditioned air adjusted in temperature from the air-conditioning unit 14 below the container 13 located behind the operator seat 11. By integrally forming the duct part 32 on the back side of the container part 13 over the outlet parts 15 and 16, it is possible to save the trouble of assembling the duct part 32 to the container part 13, and the duct on the back side of the container part 13 The portion 32 can be compactly formed, and space can be saved.

The air conditioner blown out toward the upper part of the cab 12 from the overall louver 33 provided at each of the two air-conditioning air outlets 15 near the center of the upper surface of the storage case 13 installed in the rear part of the operator seat 11. Since the wind flows along the ceiling surface in the cab 12 toward the front window 45, and further descends along the front window 45 and then circulates backward, it is mainly useful for air conditioning in the entire cab 12.

On the other hand, the local louvers 34 on both the left and right sides respectively provided on the left and right air conditioning air outlets 16 of the top surface of the container 13 installed in the back of the operator seat 11 are connected to the air conditioning air outlet 16 of the container 13. On the other hand, by rotating the circular frame 36 shown in FIG. 5 in the circumferential direction and adjusting the angle of the wind direction adjusting fins 37 in the frame 36 with respect to the frame 36, a two-dimensional wide range. The air-conditioning wind blowing direction can be adjusted.

For example, when supplying conditioned air from the operator's louver 78 to the operator obliquely from the front, the local louver 34 passes through the left and right side portions of the backrest portion 11a of the operator seat 11 and the head receiving portion 11b. Since the conditioned air can be supplied to the operator from behind, sufficient conditioned air can be directly supplied to the operator in the cab 12.

Alternatively, the local louvers 34 on both the left and right sides of the circular frame body 36 shown in FIG. By adjusting the angle of the wind direction adjusting fins 37 in the body 36 to the left and right sides or the rear, respectively, the conditioned air adjusted by the wind direction adjusting fins 37 is supplied to the left window and the right window 46 or the rear window of the cab (see FIG. (Not shown) can also be directly supplied, and the fogging and freezing of these window glasses can be quickly eliminated.
