Abstract
2段圧縮機の圧縮要素の圧力差変化に伴う冷媒漏れ量を低減し、体積効率と圧縮機効率を向上する。
【解決手段】
密閉容器13内に電動機14を収納し、低圧用圧縮要素20aと高圧用圧縮要素20bとを積層状に重ねた回転圧縮要素と、回転軸2を支持する副軸受19と、を備えたロータリ式2段圧縮機において、低圧用圧縮要素20a及び高圧用圧縮要素20bのそれぞれは、円筒形状のシリンダ10と、シリンダ10の内壁に沿って偏心して回転する円筒形のローラ11と、ローラ11の外周とシリンダ10内壁できる空間を仕切る平板状のベーン18を備え、低圧用圧縮要素20aのベーン18からシリンダ10の内壁とローラ11の外周とのクリアランスが最小となる位置までの角度θ1を150°から210°とした。

Claims (5)
- 密閉容器内に電動機を上部に収納し、電動機に駆動され2つの偏心部を有する回転軸と、電動機の下部に回転軸を支持する主軸受けと、中間仕切板を介して低圧用圧縮要素と高圧用圧縮要素とを積層状に重ねた回転圧縮要素と、該回転圧縮要素の下部に回転軸を支持する副軸受けと、を備えたロータリ式2段圧縮機において、
前記低圧用圧縮要素及び前記高圧用圧縮要素のそれぞれは、円筒形状のシリンダと、前記シリンダの内壁に沿って偏心して回転する円筒形のローラと、前記ローラの外周と前記シリンダ内壁できる空間を仕切る平板状のベーンを備え、
前記低圧用圧縮要素の前記ベーンから前記シリンダの内壁と前記ローラの外周とのクリアランスが最小となる位置までの角度θ1を150°から210°としたことを特徴としたロータリ式2段圧縮機。 - 請求項1に記載のものにおいて、前記高圧用圧縮要素の前記ベーンから前記シリンダの内壁と前記ローラの外周とのクリアランスが最小となる位置までの角度θ2を(θ1+20°)から(θ1+60°)としたことを特徴としたロータリ式2段圧縮機。
- 請求項1に記載のものにおいて、前記低圧用圧縮要素の前記シリンダの内壁と前記ローラの外周とのクリアランスを5から20μmとしたことを特徴としたロータリ式2段圧縮機。
- 請求項1に記載のものにおいて、前記高圧用圧縮要素の前記シリンダの内壁と前記ローラの外周とのクリアランスを5から20μmとしたことを特徴としたロータリ式2段圧縮機。
- 請求項1に記載のものにおいて、前記低圧用圧縮要素で吸気される低圧力をPs、前記高圧用圧縮要素で吐出される高圧力Pdとし、前記低圧用圧縮要素で吐出される中間圧Pmとし、Pm/(Pd+Ps)0.5を0.75から1.0としたことを特徴としたロータリ式2段圧縮機。
