Abstract
【課題】低コストで安全性の高い、燃料油等を含む油の改質剤と、その改質剤を含有する油を提供する。
【解決手段】金属磁性粉末の超微粒子を油に対し重量比で0.1ppb〜1ppm含有するように希釈倍率を設定した油改質剤及び、金属磁性粉末の超微粒子を重量比で0.1ppb〜1ppm含有する燃料油を含む油組成物。
Description
更に、ばいじん中の炭素量の削減、集塵効率の改善、排ガス中の硫黄酸化物や窒素酸化物を削減するために鉄酸化物よりなり、その粒度が1mμ以下のものが80%を占める燃料添加剤が知られているが、界面活性剤で水または油に分散し、燃料機関の配管途中で強制的に燃料油に投入する方法で添加量は100ppmでボイラーへの燃料投入の直前に添加する形態である(例えば、特許文献3)。これら従来の燃焼添加剤の燃料油に対する添加量は通常0.01−0.05%の添加量が必要であるため、連続使用していると灰分堆積の問題もあった。
(1)超微粒子の金属酸化物を、より好ましくは、その表面を酸化防止剤や界面活性剤で覆う、あるいは、表面を化学処理し酸化防止処理を行ったものを、溶存酸素の少ない有機溶媒や油脂などの有機物中に配合した場合は、超微粒子は酸化されにくく、強磁性を維持し、さらに、超微粒子濃度を油中に1ppm以下の低濃度にすれば、金属磁性粉末の2次凝集も防止することが可能である。
であり、粒子の重力から浮力と粒子の沈降抵抗力を差し引くと、超微粒子の場合、沈降の加速度が0になり、静止液体中の球形粒子は等速運動(終末沈降速度)でブラウン運動を起こす。等速運動の球形粒子の沈降速度に関してはこのストークスの抵抗則が成立するものとして、粒子の大きさと沈降速度を計算してみる。粒子径が小さい場合はこの計算値より、多少早い等速運動をすると言われているが、粒子径、粒子密度、流体の密度、粘度、温度等の条件により異なるが、粒子径を小さくすると液体中の滞留時間は粒子半径の2乗に反比例するので、水中にあるマグネタイト微粒子の沈降速度を計算で求めてみると、粒子径径1000nmでは沈降速度は2×10−6m/sで1cm沈降するのに1時間半程度だが、粒子径が100nmになると2×10−8m/sとなり1cm沈降するのに6日近く、粒子径が30nmだと60日にも及び、更に、粒径が10nmになると2×10−10m/sとなり、これは1cm沈降するのに600日近くを要するようになる。

- 金属磁性粉末の超微粒子を重量比で0.1ppb〜1ppmの範囲で油に添加する油改質方法。
- 金属磁性粉末の超微粒子を重量比で0.1ppb〜1ppmの範囲で含有する油組成物。
- 金属磁性粉末の超微粒子を重量比で0.1ppb〜1ppmの範囲で含有する軽質油組成物
- 金属磁性粉末の表面が酸化防止処理された請求項1乃至3の金属磁性粉末超微粒子。
- 金属磁性粉末として鉄・ニッケル・コバルト及びその化合物から選ばれる少なくとも1種を使用した請求項1乃至4の金属磁性粉末超微粒子。
- 金属磁性粉末としてフェライトを使用した請求項1乃至4の金属磁性粉末超微粒子。
