Abstract
【解決手段】表面130を横断する動きを、その表面130から光111を反射して干渉パターン310を生成することにより、追跡するシステム、方法、およびデバイスが提供される。センサ301〜305が表面上を移動する結果として、干渉パターン310の寸法の検出に対応する少なくとも1つの信号パターン401c、403c、405c、501c、502c、504cが生成される。検出された寸法は想定寸法値と関連付けられて、センサ301〜305が移動した距離が割り出される。

Claims (10)
- 表面を横切る動きを追跡する方法であって、
前記表面から光を反射することにより、干渉パターンを生成するステップと、
センサが前記表面を移動する結果として、前記干渉パターンの態様の検出に対応する少なくとも1つの信号パターンを生成するステップと、
前記検出された態様を想定値と関連付けて、前記センサが移動した距離を割り出すステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記想定値として前記干渉パターンに関する期待値の統計的平均を用いるステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記想定値が小斑点の平均的な幅又は長さである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記干渉パターンの態様の検出に対応する信号パターンをそれぞれ生成する複数のセンサをリンクするステップと、
前記リンクされたセンサの信号を比較して、コンピュータ・ナビゲーション・デバイスが移動する方向を割り出すステップと、
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 表面に対するデバイスの動きを追跡するシステムであって、
干渉パターンに対するセンサの動きに関する信号パターンを検出する、前記デバイス内のセンサと、
前記検出された信号パターンを比較し、前記表面に対して前記デバイスが移動した距離を割り出すプロセッサと、
を備えている、システム。 - 前記センサのうちの幾つかは互いにリンクされ、前記プロセッサは、前記センサのうちのリンクされたものからの信号を比較して、前記デバイスに関する動きの方向を割り出すようにさらに動作する、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 小斑点からなる干渉パターンを生成する、前記デバイス内のコヒーレント光源をさらに備え、前記信号パターンが前記小斑点の少なくとも1つの寸法に依存しており、前記割り出すことが前記少なくとも1つの寸法に関する想定値を前記デバイスが移動した前記距離と関連付けることを含む、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- コンピュータにナビゲーション情報を入力するデバイスであって、
干渉パターンを生成する電磁放射源と、
センサの配置であって、該センサのそれぞれが信号パターンを生成し、該センサが複数の信号パターンを生成して、該信号パターンのうち少なくとも2つが互いにリンクされている場合に、得られた信号を用いて前記デバイスの動きの方向を割り出すことができるようにする、センサの配置と、
を備えている、デバイス。 - 前記光源がコヒーレント光源であり、前記干渉パターンが小斑点から構成され、前記信号パターンが前記小斑点のうちの少なくとも1つにおける寸法の検出に依存している、請求項8に記載のデバイス。
- 前記配置が、第1の直線に配列された少なくとも3つのセンサと、第2の直線に配列された少なくとも3つのセンサと、を備え、前記第1の直線と前記第2の直線とは直交している、請求項9に記載のデバイス。
