Abstract
【解決手段】気液分離手段26のガス部24の圧力Pが圧力設定値Psを超えると、気液分離手段26のガス部24に連なるガス抜きライン30を大気に開放し、ガス部24の圧力Pが圧力設定値Ps以下であれば、ガス抜きライン30を閉鎖する圧力調整弁V1を気液分離手段26に設け、冷媒冷却手段27からBOG凝縮手段23へ導かれる冷媒の流量を制御する2つの流量調整弁V2,V3を設ける。検出された液部温度Tに基づいて算出した飽和圧力Pwよりもガス部圧力検出器29によって検出されたガス部圧力Pが高いとき、圧力調整弁V1の圧力設定値Psを飽和圧力Pwよりも予め定める圧力ΔPだけ高い圧力(Pw+ΔP)に設定する。

Description
液化天然ガス貯蔵タンク内で発生したボイルオフガスを、圧縮するボイルオフガス圧縮手段と、
ボイルオフガス圧縮手段によって昇圧されたボイルオフガスを、冷媒との熱交換によって冷却して凝縮するボイルオフガス凝縮手段と、
前記ボイルオフガス凝縮手段によって液化されたボイルオフガスの凝縮液を、ガス部と液部とに分離する気液分離手段と、
ボイルオフガス凝縮手段によってボイルオフガスに冷熱が吸収された熱交換後の冷媒を、圧縮および膨張させる冷凍サイクルによって冷却する冷媒冷却手段と、
気液分離手段によって気液分離された液部の温度を検出する液部温度検出器と、
気液分離手段によって気液分離されたガス部の圧力を検出するガス部圧力検出器と、
圧力設定値が可変とされ、気液分離手段のガス部の圧力が圧力設定値を超えると、前記気液分離手段のガス部に連なる流路を開放し、前記ガス部の圧力が圧力設定値以下であれば、前記ガス部に連なる流路を閉鎖する圧力調整弁と、
冷媒圧縮手段からボイルオフガス凝縮手段へ導かれる冷媒の流量を制御する流量調整弁と、
前記液部温度検出器によって検出された液部温度に基づいて算出した飽和圧力よりも前記ガス部圧力検出器によって検出されたガス部圧力が高いとき、圧力調整弁の圧力設定値を、前記液部温度に基づいて算出した飽和圧力よりも予め定める圧力ΔPだけ高い圧力に設定する制御手段とを含むことを特徴とする液化天然ガスのボイルオフガス再液化装置である。
前記凝縮によって生成したボイルオフガスの凝縮液を、気液分離器に導いてガス部と液部とに分離し、
前記気液分離器の液部の温度から求めた飽和圧力よりも前記ガス部の圧力が高いとき、前記気液分離器のガス部の圧力が計算によって求めた圧力設定値に達するまで、前記ガス部からガスを排出し、同時に気液分離器内の液部から液体ガスを回収し、
前記ガス部からのガスの排出は、前記計算によって求めた圧力設定値に対して上限値と下限値とを決定し、前記計算によって求めた圧力設定値が上限値に達したとき、前記熱交換器に供給される冷媒の流量を増加させ、前記計算によって求めた圧力設定値が下限値に達したとき、前記熱交換器に供給される冷媒の流量を減少させることを特徴とする液化天然ガスのボイルオフガス再液化方法である。

Claims (3)
- 液化天然ガスが貯蔵される液化天然ガス貯蔵タンクと、
液化天然ガス貯蔵タンク内で発生したボイルオフガスを、圧縮するボイルオフガス圧縮手段と、
ボイルオフガス圧縮手段によって昇圧されたボイルオフガスを、冷媒との熱交換によって冷却して凝縮するボイルオフガス凝縮手段と、
前記ボイルオフガス凝縮手段によって液化されたボイルオフガスの凝縮液を、ガス部と液部とに分離する気液分離手段と、
ボイルオフガス凝縮手段によってボイルオフガスに冷熱が吸収された熱交換後の冷媒を、圧縮および膨張させる冷凍サイクルによって冷却する冷媒冷却手段と、
気液分離手段によって気液分離された液部の温度を検出する液部温度検出器と、
気液分離手段によって気液分離されたガス部の圧力を検出するガス部圧力検出器と、
圧力設定値が可変とされ、気液分離手段のガス部の圧力が圧力設定値を超えると、前記気液分離手段のガス部に連なる流路を開放し、前記ガス部の圧力が圧力設定値以下であれば、前記ガス部に連なる流路を閉鎖する圧力調整弁と、
冷媒圧縮手段からボイルオフガス凝縮手段へ導かれる冷媒の流量を制御する流量調整弁と、
前記液部温度検出器によって検出された液部温度に基づいて算出した飽和圧力よりも前記ガス部圧力検出器によって検出されたガス部圧力が高いとき、圧力調整弁の圧力設定値を、前記液部温度に基づいて算出した飽和圧力よりも予め定める圧力ΔPだけ高い圧力に設定する制御手段とを含むことを特徴とする液化天然ガスのボイルオフガス再液化装置。 - 前記制御手段は、圧力調整弁に対して設定した圧力設定値が予め定める上限値に達したとき、冷媒の流量を制御する流量調整弁を閉鎖する方向に制御し、前記圧力調整弁に対して設定した圧力設定値が予め定める下限値に達したとき、前記流量調整弁を開放する方向に制御することを特徴とする請求項1記載の液化天然ガスのボイルオフガス再液化装置。
- 液化天然ガスの貯蔵タンク内に発生したボイルオフガスを、圧縮した後、熱交換器に導いて冷媒との熱交換による冷却によって凝縮させ、
前記凝縮によって生成したボイルオフガスの凝縮液を、気液分離器に導いてガス部と液部とに分離し、
前記気液分離器の液部の温度から求めた飽和圧力よりも前記ガス部の圧力が高いとき、前記気液分離器のガス部の圧力が計算によって求めた圧力設定値に達するまで、前記ガス部からガスを排出し、同時に気液分離器内の液部から液体ガスを回収し、
前記ガス部からのガスの排出は、前記計算によって求めた圧力設定値に対して上限値と下限値とを決定し、前記計算によって求めた圧力設定値が上限値に達したとき、前記熱交換器に供給される冷媒の流量を増加させ、前記計算によって求めた圧力設定値が下限値に達したとき、前記熱交換器に供給される冷媒の流量を減少させることを特徴とする液化天然ガスのボイルオフガス再液化方法。
