FIG. 6 is an operation diagram of a fuel pump case equipped with the fuel pump according to the present invention. The fuel that has entered the fuel pump 43 from the suction port 91 through the suction filter 92 as indicated by the arrow c is shown by the arrow from the discharge port 81 of the fuel pump. The fuel can flow more smoothly to the fuel outlet 83 by the action of the guide surface 84 that inclines so as to enter the fuel passage 82 as indicated by d and go from the discharge port 81 toward the fuel outlet 83. When the fuel pressure in the fuel passage 82 rises above a predetermined pressure, this fuel flows through the relief valve 88 as shown by an arrow e.

The fuel discharged from the discharge port 81 of the fuel pump is guided by a guide surface 84 arranged to be inclined to the fuel passage 82 and gradually changes its direction and enters the fuel supply pipe 85.
The fuel gently changes its direction by the guide surface 84 and smoothly flows into the fuel supply pipe 85, so that there is little disturbance in the flow.

Further, since the relief valve 88 is integrated with the fuel pump case 80, additional parts related to the relief valve 88 are not required, and the space around the fuel pump case 80 with many restrictions can be saved.

Furthermore, the guide surface 84 that is inclined so that the fuel discharged from the discharge port 81 of the fuel pump smoothly moves toward the fuel outlet 83 is formed by inclining the wall surface 104 of the fuel pump case 80.
Since the guide surface 84 is formed by inclining the wall surface 104 of the fuel pump case 80, the fuel in the fuel passage 82 can flow smoothly without preparing an additional member.

FIG. 7 is a diagram showing another embodiment of FIG. 3 and shows that the fixing member 101 is placed on the fuel pump case 80 and the fuel pump case 80 is fixed by the tightening nut 102.
In this figure, the number of tightening nuts 102 is eight, but the number of tightening nuts 102 can be changed as necessary.
Further, the upper surface 107B of the case mounting bracket 96B is provided with a step part 201 having a step downward along the mounting hole, and further provided with a water drain passage 202.

FIG. 8 is a diagram showing another embodiment of FIG. 4, and a case mounting bracket 96B is provided on the upper side of the fuel tank 42 so that the fuel pump case 80 is fitted, and a bolt 98 is attached to the case mounting bracket 96B via a sub bracket 97B. It shows that.

FIG. 9 is an arrow view of a sub bracket according to another embodiment of the present invention. Reference numeral 116 denotes a leg 116 and 98 of the sub bracket 97B.
As shown in the figure, a drainage passage 202 is disposed at one location below the bolt 98 between the bracket legs 116.
According to another embodiment, the floor can be easily flattened because the pump can be arranged low. In addition, water can be reliably removed from the stepped portion.

The material of the seal member of the pump case according to the present invention may be rubber or plastic.
In addition, the shape of the seal member is a two-lip type in the present embodiment, but a one-lip type or a plurality of lip types may be used.
Furthermore, although the fuel pump case of the present invention is applied to a motorcycle built in a fuel tank in the embodiment, it can also be applied to a tricycle and can be applied to a general vehicle.
