Abstract
【解決手段】本ショーケースは、冷媒を圧縮する圧縮機6、ドレン水蒸発用を兼ねる凝縮器用ファン7bの回転により通風され冷媒を凝縮する凝縮器7、貯蔵室2内を冷却する蒸発器5を有する冷凍サイクル3を具備したショーケースにおいて、ドレン水蒸発用の蒸発皿8の水位を検知センサ8cを設け、この検知センサ8cで検知した水位情報に基づき、凝縮器用ファン7bが停止中でも強制的に回転させるように制御して、蒸発皿8に送風し、ドレン水の蒸発を促進する。また、オーバフロー用受皿11だけ機械室カバー4aを開けることにより保守点検ができるように配置する。

Claims (4)
- 冷媒を圧縮する圧縮機、ドレン水蒸発用を兼ねる凝縮器用ファンの回転により通風され冷媒を凝縮する凝縮器、貯蔵室内を冷却する蒸発器を有する冷凍サイクルを具備したショーケースにおいて、ドレン水蒸発用の蒸発皿と、この蒸発皿の水位を検知する検知センサを設け、この検知センサで検知した水位情報に基づき、前記凝縮器用ファンが停止中でも強制的に回転させるように制御して、前記蒸発皿に送風し、ドレン水の蒸発を促進することを特徴とするショーケース。
- 冷媒を圧縮する圧縮機、ドレン水蒸発用を兼ねる凝縮器用ファンの回転により通風され冷媒を凝縮する凝縮器、貯蔵室内を冷却する蒸発器を有する冷凍サイクルを具備したショーケースにおいて、ドレン水蒸発用の蒸発皿と、前記蒸発皿のドレン水を蒸発させる蒸発用ヒータと、前記蒸発皿の水位を検知する検知センサを設け、この検知センサで検知した水位情報に基づき、所定時間前記蒸発用ヒータには通電せず、前記凝縮器用ファンを高速回転して前記蒸発皿に送風し、ドレン水の蒸発促進を行い、所定時間経過後蒸発用ヒータに通電するように制御することを特徴とするショーケース。
- 圧縮機、凝縮器及びこの凝縮器に送風する凝縮器用ファンが下部の機械室内に収納されたショーケースにおいて、前記機械室内において前方から前記凝縮器、前記凝縮器用ファンの順に配置され、さらに機械室内の凝縮器用ファンの後方にドレン水蒸発用の蒸発皿が設けられ、この蒸発皿からオーバフローするドレン水を受けるオーバフロー用受皿を機械室内底板上で、蒸発皿の下方から機械室の前方に至る位置に載置し、前記オーバーフロー用受皿を機械室の前面側に設けられた機械室カバーを開けることにより取り外し可能に配置したことを特徴とするショーケース。
- 請求項3に記載のショーケースにおいて、前記機械室とその上部の庫内とを仕切る庫内底板の庫内排水口を手前側に設け、機械室内でこの排水口から流出するドレン水を後方の蒸発皿まで導く導水路を設けたことを特徴とするショーケース。
