上端開口状とされる半円筒形状の冷却用水槽内に内包される搬送用スクリューコンベアーによって袋詰め食品が冷却搬送される冷却装置において、
前記搬送用スクリューコンベアーのスクリュー羽根の歯先に沿って周設される弾性体より形成される捕捉部と、
前記冷却用水槽の終端側壁に袋詰め食品取り出し口を介して連設される払い出し槽と、
該払い出し槽内に冷却水とともに搬送される袋詰め食品が冷却水と共に払い出される払い出し羽根と、
該払い出し羽根により払い出される冷却水が収納される収納槽と、
該収納槽に収納される冷却水を冷却用水槽内へ圧送するための循環用ポンプと、
該循環用ポンプにより循環される冷却水を冷却用水槽内へ噴出する冷却水噴出部を備える
ことを特徴とする袋詰め食品の冷却装置。
