Abstract
【解決手段】波形帯状で略半円周形のヒータエレメント5の両端に端子部52を設け、2つのヒータエレメント5・5の端子部52を互いに面接触させて略円周形を構成し、円筒状の炉壁3の内周に沿って周設する載置台4を積重し、各載置台4の載置部41にそれぞれ略円周形を構成するヒータエレメント5・5を載置して端子部52を固定し、面接触する一方側の端子部52・52から他方側の端子部52・52へ向かってヒータエレメント5・5に並列的に電流を流し、ヒータ部51の発熱で炉内の半導体ウェハを加熱する熱処理炉。

Claims (4)
- 略孤形帯状のヒータエレメントに、上下端まで延びる複数の突条を周方向の所定間隔毎に曲成し、円筒状の炉壁の内周に沿って周設される載置部を上下方向の所定間隔毎に設け、各載置部に該ヒータエレメントを該炉壁の内周に沿って載置し、該ヒータエレメントで該炉内の被処理体を加熱することを特徴とする熱処理炉。
- 前記ヒータエレメントに設ける端子部の固定だけで該ヒータエレメントを固定することを特徴とする請求項1記載の熱処理炉。
- 前記載置部で周方向に略隙間が無い略円周形を構成するヒータエレメントに対し、該略円周形の一方側の端子箇所から他方側の端子箇所へ並列的に電流を流すことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の熱処理炉。
- 前記略孤形帯状のヒータエレメントを略半円周形とし且つその両端に端子部を設け、該ヒータエレメントの2つの両端の端子部を互いに接触させ前記略円周形を構成することを特徴とする請求項3記載の熱処理炉。
