Abstract
【解決手段】接続バスバー12は、有底筒体13の閉塞端よりも薄い板厚を有して有底筒体13の閉塞端に溶接される負極溶接板部27aを一部に有して有底筒体13の閉塞端に対向する負極対向部27と、封口板14よりも薄い板厚を有して封口板14に溶接される正極溶接板部28aを一部に有して封口板14に対向する正極対向部28と、負極対向部27および正極対向部28間を連結する連結部29とを有して一体成形され、接続バスバー12の負極溶接板部27aおよび正極溶接板部28aを除く部分の板厚が、有底筒体13の閉塞端および封口板14のうち薄い方の肉厚よりも厚く形成される。

Claims (4)
- 負極側の有底筒体(13)と、該有底筒体(13)の開口端を塞ぐようにして絶縁部材(15)を介して前記有底筒体(13)の開口端部に取付けられる正極側の封口板(14)とをそれぞれ有する一対の電池(11)が、両電池(11)の一方の前記有底筒体(13)の閉塞端ならびに前記両電池(11)の他方の前記封口板(14)に溶接される接続バスバー(12)を介して接続される電池の接続構造において、前記接続バスバー(12)は、前記有底筒体(13)の閉塞端よりも薄い板厚を有して有底筒体(13)の閉塞端に溶接される負極溶接板部(27a)を一部に有して有底筒体(13)の閉塞端に対向する負極対向部(27)と、前記封口板(14)よりも薄い板厚を有して封口板(14)に溶接される正極溶接板部(28a)を一部に有して封口板(14)に対向する正極対向部(28)と、負極対向部(27)および正極対向部(28)間を連結する連結部(29)とを有して一体成形され、前記接続バスバー(12)の前記負極溶接板部(27a)および前記正極溶接板部(28a)を除く部分の板厚が、前記有底筒体(13)の閉塞端および前記封口板(14)のうち薄い方の肉厚よりも厚く形成されることを特徴とする電池の接続構造。
- 前記負極溶接板部(27a)および前記正極溶接板部(28a)には、プロジェクション溶接用の突起(32,33)がそれぞれ突設されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電池の接続構造。
- 前記連結部(29)が、前記負極対向部(27)の前記負極溶接板部(27a)を除く部分ならびに前記正極対向部(28)の正極溶接板部(28a)を除く部分の板厚よりも薄く形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の電池の接続構造。
- 前記連結部(29)が略U字状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項3記載の電池の接続構造。
