Description

The present invention relates to a decorative sheet having a metallic appearance obtained when a metal surface is subjected to scratching (scratching) processing such as hairline processing, and a decorative material using the decorative sheet.

A decorative sheet using a resin as a base material, or a decorative sheet or molded product obtained by laminating and integrating this decorative sheet on an adherend such as a wooden board or a resin molded product, and these are used in various applications as a cosmetic material. Has been. There is a metallic appearance as a kind of design expression in such cosmetics, and one of them is a hair run (processed) expressed by a number of fine line scratches applied by scratching (scratched) process. There are scratch designs such as tone and spin (machining) tone.

Scratch designs for metals obtained by actually applying scratch processing such as hairline processing and spin processing to the surface of the metal plate itself such as aluminum, iron, etc. use a decorative sheet that uses resin as the base material or it. Therefore, it becomes more expensive than a decorative material imitating the scratch design. In addition, when scratch processing is performed on a metal plate, there is also a drawback that the appearance of the gloss or linear pattern is likely to vary due to variations in processing conditions, and the design quality is not stable. Furthermore, in the case of a metal plate, there is also a disadvantage that molding processability is inferior compared with a decorative sheet or a decorative material using a resin sheet.

Therefore, it is obtained by scratching the metal surface using a cheap and reproducible (design quality stability) printing method with a decorative material such as a decorative sheet that uses a moldable resin as a base material. Various methods for applying a scratch design expressing a metallic appearance have been proposed. For example, the following (1) to (4).
(1) It is a plate-shaped decorative material expressing a scratch design with a flat pattern, and the layer constitution is, in order from the surface side, transparent resin plate / hairline pattern ink layer / metal gloss layer (metal powder-containing solid ink layer = shiny ink) Layer), a decorative material (Patent Document 1).
(2) A decorative sheet that expresses a scratch design using an actual concavo-convex pattern, and the layer structure is hairline-like concavo-convex / transparent resin layer / transparent adhesive layer / metal vapor deposition layer / resin in order from the surface side. Layer, decorative sheet (Patent Document 2).
(3) A decorative sheet that expresses a scratch design using an actual concavo-convex pattern, and the layer structure is printed in a hairline pattern in order from the front side (thick film) ink layer / metal gloss layer (metal powder) A decorative sheet (Patent Document 3) containing solid ink layer or metal thin film layer) / base sheet (resin sheet, paper, etc.). However, the ink of the overlay ink layer here has a solid content of 50% or more, and a leveling (flattening) inhibitor composed of organic bentonite or a polyethylene oxide-based activator is added, and is cured after printing. The ink is prevented from flowing and the raised ink layer is flattened, and printing is performed by a known printing method such as gravure printing.
(4) A decorative sheet that expresses a scratch design using an actual concavo-convex pattern, and the layer structure is printed in a hairline pattern in order from the surface side (thick film) ink layer / metal gloss layer (metal powder) A decorative sheet (Patent Document 4) containing solid ink layer or metal thin film layer) / base sheet (resin sheet, paper, etc.). However, the raised ink layer here uses an ionizing radiation curable resin, and as its printing method, a cylindrical intaglio plate having concave and convex portions having the same shape as the hairline shape is used, and at least in the concave portions of the concave and convex portions A substrate sheet to be printed (a substrate sheet on which a metallic gloss layer has been formed) is pressed and coated on the intaglio surface through the resin liquid in a state where a resin liquid of an ionizing radiation curable resin is supplied and filled, and in that state ionizing radiation The resin solution is cross-linked and cured, and the shape of the intaglio surface is shaped, and then the base sheet and the cured resin formed on the surface are peeled off from the intaglio.
Japanese Patent No. 3430069 ([0019], FIG. 2) Japanese Patent No. 2625874 ([Claims], [Example]) Japanese Patent Publication No. 1-32076 Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 4-185407

As described above, regarding the scratch design, there have heretofore been decorative materials having the structures as described in (1) to (4), but all of these have the following problems.
In the cosmetic material of (1), since the appearance design is reproduced only by the pattern of the ink layer by printing, the design is monotonous and flat, and the irregular appearance unique to the hairline, that is, the light incident angle of the illumination light or the observer There is little change in brightness with changes in the viewing angle. Moreover, since the base material is a plate, it is inferior in moldability because of the plate.
In the decorative sheet of (2), the uneven appearance and the like are improved by the actual unevenness formed on the surface than in (1), but the forming process (of the decorative sheet) accompanied by heating and stress application like the simultaneous injection molding method is performed. When done, surface irregularities disappear due to the heat and stress. Further, there is a problem that dirt easily collects in the concave and convex portions, and that the accumulated dirt is difficult to remove.
In the decorative sheet of (3), the build-up ink layer that reproduces the unevenness of the hairline receives external force properly, and therefore the build-up ink layer is easily damaged and peeled off by external force. In addition, since the raised ink layer is simply formed on the metallic luster layer, the hairline-like scratch design is monotonous, and the depth and sharpness are poor. In addition, as in (2) above, there is a problem that dirt easily accumulates in the concave and convex portions on the surface and the accumulated dirt is difficult to remove. Therefore, a decorative sheet of the following (4) was proposed in which a harder ionizing radiation curable resin was used for the raised ink layer, and the ink was cured in the printing intaglio.
In the decorative sheet of (4), both the printing device and the ink are special and expensive. Further, the raised ink layer that protrudes greatly concentrates stress when it receives external force, which is better than the above (3), but the hairline pattern is easily damaged by external force. Further, there is a problem that dirt easily accumulates in the concave and convex portions, and that the accumulated dirt is difficult to remove.

As described above, the object of the present invention is to realize a scratch design that expresses a scratch-like metallic appearance by a planar method in which the design is not lost by molding and the surface hardly accumulates contamination. It is providing the decorative sheet and the decorative material using the same with the three-dimensional effect by the unevenness | corrugation of this.

In order to solve the above problems, the decorative sheet of the present invention has a scratch-like pattern layer and a metallic luster layer formed in this order on the back side of the transparent resin sheet, and the decorative sheet outermost surface is formed on the front side of the transparent resin sheet. It was set as the scratch processing metal-tone decorative sheet of the structure in which the glossiness pattern layer used as a scratch-like glossiness difference pattern was formed.

By adopting such a configuration, due to the synergistic effect of the scratch pattern by the glossy pattern layer on the outermost surface and the scratch pattern by the scratch pattern layer inside through the transparent resin sheet, Even with a flat printed pattern, a scratch-like metallic appearance can be obtained with a three-dimensional appearance (uneven appearance with different glitter depending on the viewing angle unique to scratching). In addition, the three-dimensional effect is a flat printed pattern that is not based on actual unevenness due to embossing, etc., so during the molding process of a sheet where heat and stress are applied to the decorative sheet, such as the injection molding simultaneous lamination method and the vacuum molding lamination method Does not disappear. In addition, since there are no recesses on the surface of the decorative sheet, contamination does not easily accumulate on the surface.

The scratch-processed metallic decorative sheet of the present invention has a configuration in which a colored transparent ink layer is further formed between the metallic luster layer and the scratch-like pattern layer in the above configuration.

By adopting such a configuration, when the color of the colored transparent ink layer (or, if the metallic gloss layer is a glitter ink layer), the ink is adjusted and the color is matched during printing, And different colors such as hues (hue, lightness, saturation) can be individually matched and managed, and color matching of colored metallic luster (metallic luster and color tone) becomes easy. Thus, since both layers can be adjusted individually, a clear colored metallic luster can be easily obtained.

The scratch-processed metallic decorative sheet of the present invention has a configuration in which a colorless transparent ink layer is further formed between the colored transparent ink layer and the metallic gloss layer in the above configuration.

By setting it as such a structure, since a colorless and transparent ink layer isolate | separates between a colored transparent ink layer and a metallic luster layer, clearer colored metallic luster can be obtained easily.

Further, the scratch-processed metallic decorative material of the present invention is a decorative material having a structure in which the scratch-processed metallic decorative sheet having any one of the above structures is laminated on an adherend.

By setting it as such a structure, the effect described with each said decorative sheet can be acquired also with decorative materials, such as a molded article and a three-dimensional thing. In particular, even in a configuration in which the decorative sheet is molded and laminated on an adherend by a molding process in which heat and stress are applied to a scratch-processed metallic decorative sheet such as an injection molding simultaneous lamination method or a vacuum molding lamination method, Will not disappear.

(1) According to the scratch-processed metal-tone decorative sheet of the present invention, a metal-tone appearance of a scratch design having a three-dimensional effect (uneven appearance with different glitter depending on the difference in viewing angle unique to scratch processing) can be obtained. In addition, the three-dimensional effect does not disappear in the molding process in which heat and stress are applied to the decorative sheet such as the simultaneous injection molding lamination method and the vacuum molding lamination method. In addition, since there is no concave portion on the surface of the decorative sheet, contamination does not easily accumulate on the surface.
(2) If a colored transparent ink layer is provided between the metallic luster layer and the scratch-like pattern layer, it is easy to match the colored metallic luster (metallic luster and color tone), and a clear colored metallic luster is easily obtained.
(3) Furthermore, if a colorless transparent ink layer is provided between the colored transparent ink layer and the metallic gloss layer, a clearer colored metallic gloss can be easily obtained.
(4) Further, according to the scratch-processed metallic decorative material of the present invention, the effect of each decorative sheet can be obtained even with a decorative material such as a molded product or a three-dimensional object. In particular, even when a decorative sheet is formed and laminated on an adherend, such as an injection molding simultaneous lamination method or a vacuum forming lamination method, the three-dimensional effect of the scratch design does not disappear.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

〔Overview〕
First, FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view illustrating one embodiment of the scratch-processed metallic decorative sheet of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view illustrating an example of a scratch-processed metallic decorative material having a structure in which, for example, a scratch-processed metallic decorative sheet as shown in FIG. 1 is laminated and integrated on an adherend.

The scratch-processed metallic decorative sheet 10 illustrated in FIG. 1 has a scratch-like pattern layer 2 and a metallic luster layer 3 formed on the back side of the transparent resin sheet 1 in this order by printing or the like, while the front side has a scratch-like gloss difference. The pattern layer 4 is formed, and the glossy pattern layer 4 forms a glossy pattern with a scratch-like pattern on the outermost surface of the decorative sheet. The gloss pattern is, for example, a pattern in which the transparent resin sheet 1 has a comparatively high gloss (gloss) and the gloss pattern pattern 4 has a comparatively low gloss (matte). Further, in the scratch-processed metallic decorative sheet 10 of FIG. 1, an adhesive layer 5 is further provided on the back side (the adhesive layer 5 is provided as necessary). Although not clearly shown in FIG. 1, a configuration in which a colored transparent ink layer 7 is further interposed between the metallic gloss layer 3 and the scratch-like pattern layer 2 (see FIG. 3), or further, the colored transparent ink layer 7 and the metal The colored metallic luster, such as a configuration in which the colorless transparent ink layer 8 is interposed between the gloss layers 3 (see FIG. 4), can be made clearer.

2, the scratch-processed metallic decorative material 20 illustrated in FIG. 2, for example, has a scratch-processed metallic decorative sheet 10 as shown in FIG. 1 laminated on an adherend 6 such as a resin molded product or a wooden board. It is integrated with the body. In FIG. 2, the adhesive layer 5 may be derived from a decorative sheet, but may be applied to an adherend or a decorative sheet during lamination.

Hereinafter, each component will be described in more detail.

[Transparent resin sheet]
The transparent resin sheet 1 may be any transparent one, and a thermoplastic resin sheet (film) can be used. What is necessary is just to employ | adopt suitably a conventionally well-known thing as a thermoplastic resin of a resin sheet according to a use. For thermoplastic resin sheet, required molding when applying decorative sheeting method such as injection molding simultaneous lamination method, vacuum molding lamination method, etc. This is preferable in that processability is obtained. Examples of the thermoplastic resin include polyolefin resins such as polypropylene, polyethylene, and olefin thermoplastic elastomer, polyester resins such as polyethylene terephthalate and polybutylene terephthalate, polymethyl methacrylate, polymethyl acrylate, and polyethyl methacrylate. Such as acrylic resin, ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer) resin, polycarbonate, thermoplastic urethane resin, and vinyl chloride resin. Further, these resins are used alone or in a mixture of two or more, and the resin sheet is used as a single layer or a multilayer (laminate) of these resins.

Moreover, a transparent resin sheet can be used in order to express a gloss pattern on the outermost surface of the decorative sheet together with the gloss pattern pattern (see FIG. 5 described later). In order to adjust the gloss of the transparent resin sheet to a low gloss or the like, a known gloss adjustment technique such as addition of a matting agent described in the gloss pattern layer described later may be used. The transparent in the transparent resin sheet may be colored transparent or translucent. For example, a translucent matte resin sheet or the like.

In addition, the transparent resin sheet has a spatial depth sensation in the scratch design by placing a distance in the thickness direction between the scratch pattern by the gloss difference pattern on the front side of the transparent resin sheet and the scratch pattern by the scratch-like pattern layer on the back side. This sense of depth leads to the reproduction of a three-dimensional effect.

[Scratch-like pattern layer]
The scratch-like pattern layer 2 is a pattern layer that expresses a scratch pattern composed of a large number of fine line scratches obtained by scratch processing such as a hairline (processing) pattern and a spin (processing) pattern. The scratch-like pattern layer gives the appearance of a scratch pattern to the metallic luster of the metallic luster layer positioned on the lower side (lower side when viewed from the observation side). Therefore, the scratch-like pattern layer does not completely cover the lower metallic gloss layer, but is partially formed so that the metallic gloss layer is partially visible in the scratch pattern, or the entire surface is a transparent or translucent pattern. Form. Further, since the scratch-like pattern layer is a fine scratch pattern, it may be formed as a binary non-gradation pattern. The gradation may be expressed by a single color, may be expressed by multicolor printing, or a combination thereof. For example, a two-color printing with two gradations without gradation, and a pattern composed of two colors of the same hue. Specifically, the hairline pattern may be a random combination of a dark gray hairline pattern and a light gray hairline pattern, or the periphery of the dark brown hairline pattern may be surrounded by a light brown border. It can be illustrated.

In addition to the scratch pattern, other patterns such as a wood grain pattern may be added as the scratch pattern layer. More complicated design expression is possible.

The scratch pattern layer can be formed by a known printing method, but a known ink may be appropriately selected and used for the printing ink in consideration of the material of the transparent resin sheet. For example, an acrylic resin, a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer, a polyester resin, a cellulosic resin, a polyurethane resin, or the like or a mixture containing these is used as the binder resin. In addition, as colorants, inorganic pigments such as titanium white, carbon black, chrome lead, chrome vermilion, and cobalt blue, organic pigments such as aniline black, quinacridone red, isoindolinone yellow, and phthalocyanine blue, or dyes are used. It is done.

[Glossy metallic layer]
The metallic luster layer 3 is a layer that imparts a metallic luster feeling. The metallic luster feeling may be a gloss imitating the metallic luster feeling in addition to literally metallic luster. The metallic luster in the present invention includes so-called pearl luster. As such a metallic luster layer, a known layer may be appropriately employed, and specifically, a bright ink layer by printing or coating, a metal thin film layer by vapor deposition, electroless plating, or the like may be mentioned. .

The glitter ink layer is obtained by dispersing a glitter pigment in a resin binder. Examples of the glitter pigment include metal powder such as aluminum powder, copper powder and brass powder, metal foil pieces, and titanium dioxide-coated mica. And pigments having a pearly luster or interference gloss composed of foil pieces such as bismuth oxychloride. In addition, although the resin of a resin binder is suitably employ | adopted according to a use, what was listed by the said scratch tone pattern layer etc. are used, for example. In the glitter ink layer, a colorant may be further added to the resin binder to color the metallic luster exhibited by the glitter pigment used. Also, metallic gloss layers (and colored transparent ink layers described later) such as glitter ink layers and metal thin film layers are usually formed as a solid layer on the entire surface, but for example, characters, figures, geometric patterns, etc. A pattern may be expressed by forming it as a partial solid layer that is solid only inside the pattern.

[Colored transparent ink layer]
In the present invention, the colored transparent ink layer 7 can be interposed between the metallic gloss layer 3 and the scratch-like pattern layer 2 (see FIG. 3). The formation method of the colored transparent ink layer can be performed by known printing or coating as in the case of the glitter ink layer. The composition of the ink or paint is, for example, a binder resin selected from the same binder resins as the glitter ink layer, organic pigments (or dyes) such as isoindolinone yellow, quinacridone red, and phthalocyanine blue, yellow lead, chromium A colorant selected from one or more of inorganic pigments such as vermilion and cobalt blue is blended to obtain a desired color tone. In addition, the transparency of the extent that does not impair the glitter of the glitter ink layer as a base is ensured. The colored transparent ink layer imparts a desired color tone to the glitter ink layer while maintaining the glitter. As the color tone, for example, a golden or brass color is expressed as a yellow color tone, a red copper color is reproduced as a reddish brown color tone, a blue metallic color as a blue color tone, or a green color tone Or a green metallic color.

In the case where the metallic luster is colored (colored), the colored transparent ink layer 7 is colored compared to the colored ink layer added to the glittering ink layer. Then, for the ink of the colored transparent ink layer itself and the ink of the glitter ink layer formed as a metallic gloss layer, the glitter and color tone (hue, lightness) of these inks are adjusted at the time of fleshing and printing. , Saturation) can be individually adjusted and managed, and color matching of colored metallic luster (and its color tone) becomes easy. Accordingly, advantages in productivity and final design quality can be obtained. As a result, a clear colored metallic luster is easily obtained by this colored transparent ink layer.

[Colorless transparent ink layer]
In the present invention, when the colored transparent ink layer 7 is provided, a colorless transparent ink layer 8 may be further interposed between the colored transparent ink layer 7 and the metallic gloss layer 3 (see FIG. 4). The colorless and transparent ink layer can be formed by known printing or coating. The colorless transparent ink layer has an effect of making it possible to express a more vivid colored metallic luster by separating the glitter ink layer from the colored transparent ink layer. The colorless and transparent ink layer is a layer in which the same binder resin as that of the glittering ink layer is used and no colorant is added. The thickness of the colorless and transparent ink layer is usually 1 to 200 μm. When the thickness is less than 1 μm, the effect of sharpening the coloring property of the colored metallic luster cannot be obtained sufficiently. On the other hand, if the thickness exceeds 200 μm, the scratch-like pattern appears to float from the glittering ink layer, resulting in an unnatural appearance. In addition, materials are wasted. As a printing or coating method, when the thickness of the colorless and transparent ink layer is a relatively thin film of about 1 to several μm, the thickness is several 10 to 10 by a method such as gravure printing (or gravure coating) or roll coating. In the case of a relatively thick film of about 200 μm, methods such as comma coating, knife coating, curtain flow coating, and die coating are employed. In the case of a relatively thick film, the resin composition of the colorless and transparent ink layer may be formed by a method in which the resin composition is heated and melted instead of as an ink (solution or dispersion), and this is extrusion-coated from a T die. Is possible.

[Scratch-like gloss pattern: gloss pattern layer, etc.]
The scratch-like gloss pattern is a pattern in which a scratch-like pattern is expressed by the difference in surface gloss. This scratch-like gloss pattern is obtained by the cooperative action of the gloss pattern layer 4 and other layers (specifically, the transparent resin sheet 1 and the like). As the gloss pattern, various conventionally known modes such as a gloss mat pattern may be appropriately employed depending on the application. The gloss difference is not only a combination of gloss and matt, but also a combination of gloss and high gloss and low gloss, or a combination of matt and high gloss. It is a combination that has a difference in luster anyway, such as a combination of low matte. In the present invention, regardless of the glossy state or the matte state, the higher gloss is referred to as high gloss, and the lower gloss is referred to as low gloss.

FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view illustrating various typical modes for realizing a gloss pattern. FIG. 5 shows a case where the scratch-like gloss pattern is expressed by the gloss pattern layer 4 and the transparent resin sheet 1, and only the gloss pattern pattern 4 and the transparent resin sheet 1 related to the explanation are illustrated. is there. That is, FIG. 5A shows an aspect in which the gloss pattern is composed of the gloss pattern layer 4 and the transparent resin sheet 1 having a gloss higher than that of the gloss pattern layer. The transparent resin sheet 1 is set to high gloss g in m. FIG. 5B shows an embodiment in which the gloss pattern is composed of a gloss pattern layer 4 and a transparent resin sheet 1 having a lower gloss than the gloss pattern layer. FIG. 5B shows the gloss pattern layer. 4 is high gloss g and the transparent resin sheet 1 is low gloss m. Further, FIG. 5C is a layer having a gloss difference similar to that of FIG. 5B, but the transparent resin sheet 1 having a lower gloss than the gloss pattern layer 4 is composed of at least two layers. The difference pattern layer side is the low gloss layer 1B, and the other layer is the gloss layer 1A. The low-gloss layer 1B may be provided by printing or coating ink that has been made low-gloss by adding a matting agent or the like with a solid surface. As the ink, a low gloss glossy pattern layer ink or the like can be used. Alternatively, the high-gloss layer 1A and the low-gloss layer 1B can be obtained as a laminate of these at the same time as sheet formation by multilayer extrusion.

The gloss pattern pattern 4 can be formed by a known printing method or coating method using ink. As the above-mentioned scratch tone pattern layer, a known material is appropriately adopted as the binder resin of the ink, and a known gloss such as a matting agent is added in order to adjust the gloss to low gloss. According to the adjustment technique. However, if the glossy pattern layer completely hides the metallic luster of the lower layer, the metallic luster at the part where the patterned glossy pattern layer is formed will disappear. It is preferable to ensure transparency so as not to occur. In this respect, the matting agent preferably has transparency. Examples of such matting agents include inorganic matting agents composed of particles such as silica, spherical silica, alumina, kaolinite, calcium carbonate, barium sulfate, and glass, polycarbonate resins, acrylic resins, and polyamide (nylon) resins. Organic matting agents such as urea resins and silicon resins can be used. The particle shape of the matting agent is spherical, polyhedral, scale-like or the like. The particle size of the matting agent is about 1 to 10 μm. The addition amount of the matting agent may be such that the difference in gloss between the high gloss portion and the low gloss portion can be visually discerned. Further, as the matting agent, it is also preferable to select a matting agent that is excellent in abrasion resistance because the gloss pattern layer is the outermost surface layer. Matting agents such as spherical silica and alumina are examples.

By the way, in this invention, although a scratch pattern is provided twice by a glossiness difference pattern and the above-mentioned scratch-like pattern layer, these patterns (patterns) do not need to be position-synchronized. However, the center axis of the circle needs to be matched in the case of a spin (processed) tone pattern including a concentric circle pattern even though it is a scratch tone. In this respect, a hairline-like pattern, which is a pattern of a large number of straight line segments, only needs to be matched to the direction of the line segment, and therefore there is an advantage that pattern position synchronization is unnecessary and is easy to produce. Of course, the scratch-like patterns expressed by the scratch-like pattern layer and the glossy-pattern layer are similar patterns, that is, hairline-like patterns and spin-tone patterns.

[Adhesive layer]
An adhesive layer 5 may be provided as needed as the backmost layer of the scratch-processed metallic decorative sheet. The adhesive layer is a layer for assisting adhesion when the decorative sheet is adhered and laminated to the adherend. As the adhesive for the adhesive layer, a conventionally known resin such as a heat-sensitive adhesive, a solvent activated adhesive, or an ionizing radiation curable adhesive may be appropriately employed depending on the adherend and the lamination method. For example, a heat-sensitive adhesive using a thermoplastic resin such as an acrylic resin, a vinyl acetate resin, a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer, a styrene resin, a polyamide resin, a vinyl polymer such as chlorinated polypropylene, or a rubber resin. .

[Other layers]
In addition to the above, other layers may be appropriately combined as necessary. For example, a concealing colored solid layer is provided by printing or coating on the lower side of a metallic luster layer (particularly when formed with a glittering ink layer that is less concealing than the metal thin film layer). Thereby, in the scratch-processed metal-like decorative material in which the scratch-processed metal-like decorative sheet is laminated on the adherend, it is possible to prevent the color or pattern of the adherend surface from appearing as an appearance and impairing the design. The ink used for the colored solid layer is usually a high hiding pigment such as titanium white or carbon black.

Alternatively, as other layers, a primer layer or the like that is provided between the respective layers to improve interlayer adhesion may be appropriately provided.

The color tone of the colored solid layer on the back side of the metallic gloss layer is preferably the same color as the metallic gloss layer. If a colored transparent ink layer is also present, the same color system as the mixed hue of both the colored transparent layer and the metallic luster layer is used. By doing so, the colored solid layer can supplement the metallic luster (or metallic luster and color tone) of the scratch-processed metallic decorative sheet of the present invention. As a result, the concealability of the colored solid layer itself can be improved. In addition to this, when the scratch-processed metallic decorative sheet of the present invention is laminated on an adherend having a concavo-convex shape while being molded into that shape, the metallic gloss layer is thinly extended, When the hue of the colored solid layer and the metallic luster layer is set to the same system, the colored solid layer of the same color is visible even if the metallic luster layer is transmitted. Therefore, the change in the color tone of the scratch-processed metallic decorative sheet due to the elongation of the metallic luster layer becomes inconspicuous. The thickness of the colored solid layer is usually about 1 to 5 μm, although it depends on the concealability of the layer and the degree of elongation when the adherend is laminated. The hue of the colored solid layer is adjusted by adding various chromatic colorants in addition to the high hiding pigment. The chromatic colorant may be selected from the same colorants as listed in the description of the scratch-like pattern layer.

[Scratch-processed metal-like decorative material]
As shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 2, the scratch-processed metal-like decorative material of the present invention is formed by laminating the above-described scratch-processed metal-like decorative sheet 10 on the adherend 6 through the adhesive layer 5 as appropriate. It is a decorative material with an integrated structure. The lamination method and the adherend are not particularly limited, and a method and material corresponding to the application may be appropriately employed. In particular, the feature of the present invention can be effectively utilized by laminating a scratch-processed metallic decorative sheet by heating and stretching, that is, in a state where heat and stress are applied, and laminating and laminating on an adherend ( For example, it is a decorative material obtained by injection molding simultaneous lamination method, vacuum forming lamination method). Here, typical ones of various conventionally known lamination methods and adherends will be described below.

[Lamination method of decorative sheet on adherend]
Examples of the lamination method when laminating a scratch-processed metallic decorative sheet (hereinafter simply referred to as a decorative sheet) on an adherend include the following methods.
(1) A roller lamination method in which a plate-shaped adherend is pressed with a pressure roller and laminated with an adhesive layer interposed therebetween.
(2) As described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 50-19132, Japanese Patent Publication No. 43-27488, etc., a decorative sheet is inserted between both male and female molds for injection molding to close both molds. An injection molding simultaneous painting method in the form of a so-called injection molding simultaneous lamination method in which a molten resin is injected and filled from a gate and then cooled and a decorative sheet is adhered and laminated on the surface simultaneously with the molding of the resin molded product. In the injection molding simultaneous lamination method, when a decorative sheet is formed, after the decorative sheet is placed in the mold for injection molding as described above, before the decorative sheet is molded, before being placed in the mold. There is a form in which a decorative sheet is formed.
(3) As described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 56-45768 (overlay method), Japanese Patent Publication No. 60-58014 (vacuum press method), etc., a decorative sheet is provided on the surface of a three-dimensional adherend such as a molded article. Is a so-called vacuum forming lamination method in which a decorative sheet is laminated on an adherend by a pressure difference caused by at least vacuum suction from the adherend side.
(4) As described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 61-5895, Japanese Patent Publication No. 3-2666, etc., an adhesive layer is interposed in the major axis direction of a columnar adherend such as a cylinder or a polygonal column. A so-called lapping method in which a decorative sheet is sequentially pressed and adhered to a plurality of side surfaces constituting an adherend by a plurality of rollers having different directions while supplying the decorative sheet.
(5) In addition, as a further processing method for a decorative material in which a decorative sheet is laminated to form a plate or the like, as described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 15-31122, JP-A-48-47972, First, a decorative sheet is laminated on a plate-shaped adherend through an adhesive layer to form a decorative board, and the cross section reaches the interface between the decorative sheet and the adherend on the surface opposite to the decorative sheet. There is also a so-called V-cut or U-cut processing method in which a V-shaped or U-shaped groove is cut, an adhesive is applied in the groove, and then the groove is bent to form a box or columnar body.

[Adherent]
As the adherend 6, one having a shape and a material corresponding to the application is used. For example, the shape is a plate material such as a flat plate or a curved plate, a three-dimensional article, a sheet (or film), or the like. The material is, for example, a polyolefin resin, acrylic resin, polyester resin, polystyrene resin, ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer) resin, phenol resin, vinyl chloride resin, cellulose resin, rubber plate, three-dimensional Resin materials used as shaped articles or sheets, wood veneers, wood plywood, particle boards, wood fiber boards such as MDF (medium fiber board), wood materials used as three-dimensional shaped articles, iron, aluminum Plate materials such as metal materials used as three-dimensional shaped articles or sheets, ceramics such as glass and ceramics, non-cement ceramic materials such as gypsum, non-ceramic ceramic materials such as ALC (lightweight cellular concrete) plates, etc. Ceramic materials used as three-dimensional articles, etc., or exclusively as sheets Quality paper that need, paper Japanese paper or the like, carbon, asbestos, glass, and a non-woven or woven fabric made of fibers such as synthetic resin.

Among these, the feature of the present invention is utilized in a three-dimensional article made of a resin molded product, a wooden material, or the like, in which a decorative sheet is heated and molded and laminated mainly on a non-planar surface.

In addition, when using resin for a to-be-adhered body, it is also a preferable aspect to make it the same hue with the hue of resin, and the hue of the glittering ink layer used as the metallic luster layer 3. FIG. By using the same hue, there is little variation in the base color of the decorative sheet, and it can be obtained stably. In addition, when the resin of the adherend has a hue for its own reason (for example, black) and the color is an obstacle as the base color of the decorative sheet, a colored solid layer is provided below the metallic gloss layer, etc. Thus, the color of the adherend can be concealed, but in this case, the hue of the resin of the adherend and the hue of the glitter ink layer are naturally different.

The use of the scratch-processed metallic decorative sheet and the resulting scratch-processed metallic decorative sheet according to the present invention is not particularly limited, but for example, interior materials for various vehicles such as automobiles, trains, vehicles, aircraft, ships, etc. It can be used for various other uses such as uses, surface cosmetic materials for cabinets of low-electricity / OA equipment such as televisions, various packaging containers such as bottles, cosmetic containers and accessory cases, and miscellaneous goods such as prizes and accessories.

A transparent acrylic resin sheet having a 60 degree gloss value of 40 and a thickness of 125 μm is used as the transparent resin sheet 1, and black ink using carbon black as a colorant is gravure-printed on the transparent resin sheet to create a scratch-like hairline pattern. The pattern layer 2 is formed, and further, a glitter ink using an aluminum foil piece having an average particle diameter of 10 μm as a glitter pigment is gravure-printed thereon, and the glitter ink layer as a metallic gloss layer 3 is solid and thick. It was formed to 3 μm. Further, an adhesive layer 5 was formed thereon with a thickness of 4 μm by gravure printing.

Next, on the opposite surface of the transparent resin sheet 1, a glossy pattern layer expressing a hairline pattern similar to the previously performed hairline pattern with matte ink (60 degree gloss value 20) having a lower gloss than that of the transparent resin sheet. No. 4 was formed by gravure printing to express a scratch-like gloss pattern with high gloss on the transparent resin sheet and low gloss on the gloss pattern layer. Note that the binder resin of the ink used for forming each of the scratch pattern layer, the glitter ink layer, the gloss pattern layer, and the adhesive layer is 1: 1 of vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer and acrylic resin. It was set as the mixed resin of mass ratio. As a result, a desired scratch-processed metallic decorative sheet 10 was obtained. The scratch design that expresses the scratch-like metallic appearance has become rich in three-dimensionality. The results are shown in Table 1 together with other examples.

In Example 1, except that the gloss of the transparent resin sheet 1 was changed to that of 60 degree gloss value 10 and the gloss of the matte ink of the glossy pattern layer was changed to that of 60 degree gloss value 40, Example 1 Similarly, a scratch-processed metallic decorative sheet was prepared. The scratch design that expresses the scratch-like metallic appearance has become rich in three-dimensionality.

In Example 1, the colored transparent ink layer 7 having a thickness of 2 μm was made solid by gravure printing so as to be between the glittering ink layer as the metallic gloss layer 3 and the scratch-like pattern layer 2. Except for the formation, a scratch-processed metallic decorative sheet 10 as shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. In addition, the ink of the colored transparent ink layer was a blue transparent ink using a one-to-one mass ratio mixture of an acrylic resin and vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer as a binder resin, and using phthalocyanine blue as a colorant. . The scratch design expressing the scratch-like metallic appearance was rich in three-dimensionality, and both the luster of the metallic luster and the blue color were clear.

In Example 1, a colored transparent ink layer 7 having a thickness of 2 .mu.m and a solid transparent ink layer 8 having a thickness of 2 .mu.m was further gravure printed on the scratch pattern layer 2 in this order. After the formation, a scratch-processed metallic decorative sheet 10 as shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 4 was prepared in the same manner as in Example 1 except that the glittering ink layer as the metallic gloss layer 3 was formed. The scratch design expressing the scratch-like metallic appearance was rich in three-dimensionality, and both the luster of the metallic luster and the blue color were clearer than in Example 3. The binder resin for the colorless and transparent ink layer was a 1 to 1 mass ratio mixture of acrylic resin and vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer.
