[0003] When a matte feeling is required on the surface, for example, the following method has been used. (1) In the case of the simultaneous decorating method of injection molding, a matting agent is not added to the decorating sheet itself, and irregularities such as squeezing are provided on the mold surface of the injection mold. Then, since the irregularities of the mold surface are formed on the surface of the decorative sheet in contact with the mold surface during molding, the surface of the decorative molded product (decorative sheet) is matted as an irregular surface. (2) A decorative sheet without a matting agent is used, which is formed by embossing or the like on the surface in advance to form a mat.
(3) A matting agent is added to the base sheet to make the decorative sheet itself matte.

However, the above (1)
In the method of (1), the surface gloss can be adjusted (matte, low gloss) by irregularities such as squeezing in the simultaneous injection molding decorating method. However, when two types of matte products and mirror products are manufactured, injection molding Since at least two molds (at least the cavity surface portion) are required, there is a problem that the cost is increased. In the above method (2), when the decorative sheet is formed by vacuum forming or the like, the heat of heating and softening the sheet returns the unevenness of the surface of the decorative sheet, so that the matte disappears and the matte surface disappears. In some cases. Furthermore, in the case of simultaneous decoration by injection molding, the matte disappeared more easily because the unevenness was restored even by the heat and pressure of the resin at the time of injection molding. In addition, in the method (3), the amount of the matting agent added to the base sheet (mixing ratio) increases in order to make the surface matte. However, in this case, since the decorative sheet used for injection molding or the like has a thickness of about 100 to 300 μm, the integrated diffusion light amount in the thickness direction increases, and the appearance becomes whitish (whitening), and the sheet is formed by a matting agent. It becomes brittle and the formability of the decorative sheet is reduced. On the other hand, when the thickness of the base material sheet is extremely thin, there has been a problem that molding defects such as wrinkles or tears are insufficient during molding.

[0005] That is, an object of the present invention is to provide a decorating sheet for matte decorating of an adherend, which results in whitening (decrease in transparency) of the decorating sheet itself and poor molding (wrinkles and tears). The purpose of the present invention is to provide a matte design without causing deterioration in moldability and loss of matte feeling. Furthermore, when the decoration method is simultaneous injection molding decoration, without raising the cost of the injection mold,
It is to give a matte design.

[0007] Thus, the base sheet contains a matting agent to provide a matte design (first resin base sheet), and the moldability is maintained without the matting agent. The layer (first resin base sheet), which is divided into a layer (first resin base sheet) and a matting agent, is made of fluororesin, so that the resin has slipperiness and durability. Depending on the properties, even the thin film (the first resin base sheet) can prevent the matting agent from falling off and the layer itself from being worn. For this reason, the layer (the second resin substrate sheet) that maintains the moldability is thickened so that the main body of the total thickness as a decorative sheet can be secured here, and the resin of this layer is an acrylic resin. The moldability is maintained by the thermoplasticity. Moreover, since the transparency and easy adhesion of the acrylic resin can be utilized, the appearance of the decorative sheet can be prevented from being whitened even when a matting agent is used.
Further, since the matting is provided by the addition of a matting agent, the matting does not disappear during molding. As a result of the above, when the decorative sheet is used to decorate the adherend by molding the sheet, the decorative sheet does not suffer from poor molding (wrinkles and tears), reduced moldability, and loss of matte feeling. A matte design can be provided. Also,
Due to the matting, the decorating sheet itself is kept transparent without whitening, and can be decorated with a matte and transparent feeling.
In addition, if this decorative sheet is applied to simultaneous decoration by injection molding, a matte design can be provided by the decorative sheet itself, so that the cost of the injection molding die is lower than when a matte surface is formed by the injection molding die. The matte design can be provided by avoiding the rise.

[0008] The injection molding simultaneous decorating method of the present invention comprises:
Insert the decorative sheet between the male and female molds with the second resin base sheet side facing the injection resin side, then clamp both molds, and flow into the cavity formed by both molds. The resin in the state was injected, and after the resin was solidified, the mold was opened to obtain a decorative molded product in which the decorative sheet was laminated on the surface of the resin molded product.

[First and Second Resin Base Sheets] In the present invention, the base sheet 3 comprises a first resin base sheet 1 and a second resin base sheet 2. A first resin substrate sheet 1 made of a transparent fluororesin to which a matting agent a has been added is disposed on the surface of the substrate sheet 3 (the surface exposed to the outermost surface when laminated on the adherend). With this, matte to the surface and
Due to the abrasion resistance and heat and chemical resistance of fluororesin,
The matte design of the surface can be maintained better. As a result, the first resin base sheet can be made thinner while maintaining the matte design, as compared with the case where another resin is used. Then, on the back surface side of the base sheet 3, the second resin base sheet 2 made of a transparent acrylic resin without a matting agent is disposed. This imparts transparency, moldability (thermoplasticity), and easy adhesion to an adherend. In addition, since the first resin base sheet can be formed into a thin film by using a fluororesin, the second resin base sheet can mainly play a necessary total thickness as a decorative sheet.

The thickness of the first resin substrate sheet may be set according to the required degree of matting. Generally, if the thickness is 50 μm or less, the performance is often satisfied. Note that the minimum thickness of the first resin base material sheet is larger than the average particle size of the matting agent, and is 10 μm in view of film formability and film strength.
It is preferable that the degree is not less than about.

When laminating the first resin base sheet and the second resin base sheet, since the fluororesin is poor in chemical adhesiveness, the resin forming both sheets is heated and melted. In this state, a method of co-extrusion from a T-die and fusing both sheets simultaneously with film formation is preferable. In addition, using a sheet that has already been formed into a film, the adhesive surface is subjected to surface adhesion treatment such as corona discharge treatment or plasma treatment to generate a polar functional group such as a hydroxyl group or a carboxyl group on the adhesion surface, thereby increasing wettability. And then lamination can be performed by a dry lamination method via an adhesive layer such as a two-component curable urethane resin or epoxy resin.

The simultaneous injection molding and decorating method of the present invention can take various forms in the conventionally known simultaneous injection molding and decorating method, except that the above-described decorative sheet of the present invention is used as the decorative sheet to be used. Things. For example, basically, in a mode in which the decorative sheet is preformed or not,
Either is acceptable. Further, the decorative sheet may or may not be preheated. Note that the decorative sheet is usually preheated at the time of preforming. However, in order to maximize the effect of the decorative sheet of the present invention, it is preferable that the decorative sheet is formed anyway.

Of course, when the decorative sheet has a large drawing, it is preferable to carry out preforming. On the other hand, when the decorative sheet has a small drawing, the decorative sheet may be formed only by the resin pressure of the resin in the flowing state to be injected. At this time, if the drawing is shallow, the decorative sheet may be formed only by the resin pressure of the resin in the flowing state to be filled in the mold at the same time as the resin injection without preforming. Further, even when the decorative sheet is formed by resin pressure, the decorative sheet may utilize the heat of the injection resin without preheating. In addition, the pre-molding of the decorative sheet is usually performed by using the injection mold also as the vacuum mold, but before supplying the decorative sheet between the molds, the decorative mold is decorated with another vacuum mold outside the mold. Preforming such as vacuum forming of a sheet (offline preforming) may be used. However, preforming is
A mode in which the injection molding die and the vacuum molding die are used in combination is preferable in that the decorative sheet can be efficiently and accurately laminated. However, in the case where the preformed decorative sheets are collectively manufactured in another place in advance, the preforming is preferably in the form of off-line preforming. In the description of the present invention, vacuum forming includes vacuum pressure forming.

The injection molding simultaneous decorating method of the present invention will be described with reference to a conceptual diagram of FIG. In addition, the form described here is a form in which the decorative sheet is heated and softened between the molds, preliminarily molded by vacuum molding with an injection mold, and then resin is injected by clamping before the mold is clamped. .
This form is more preferable when the decorative sheet is deeply drawn out of the various combinations of the preforming and preheating of the decorative sheet described above. Also, this is one of the modes in which the effect of the decorative sheet of the present invention can be utilized. It should be noted that the decorative sheet used in the simultaneous injection molding decorative method of the present invention may be either a single sheet or a continuous strip.

First, as shown in FIG. 2A, the injection mold includes a mold Ma having a runner (runner) and a gate (gate) communicating with the injection nozzle, and a suction hole 4 in the cavity surface.
A pair of molds Mb having the number 1 and also serving as a sheet preform is used. These molds are made of metal such as iron or ceramics. Both molds Ma and Mb in the mold open state
The decorative sheet S is supplied in between, and the decorative sheet S is fixed to the mold Mb by pressing it with a sheet clamp 42 having a frame shape in plan view. At this time, the side of the second resin base sheet (relative to the first resin base sheet) of the decorative sheet naturally faces the injection resin side on the right side in the drawing. Next, the decorative sheet is appropriately heated and softened by a heater (not shown) inserted between both molds. The heating is, for example, non-contact radiation heating, but may be conduction heating by contact. Then, the decorative sheet is sucked through the suction hole and vacuum formed, and the decorative sheet is preformed along the cavity surface of the mold Mb. Next, the heater is retracted from between the two dies, the two dies are clamped as shown in FIG. 2B, and a cavity formed by the two dies is filled with a resin in a flowing state such as a heated and molten state. After the resin is solidified by cooling or the like, the mold is opened and the molded product is taken out. Then, if the unnecessary portion of the decorative sheet is trimmed appropriately, the decorative sheet is laminated on the resin molded product to obtain a decorative molded product having a configuration.

[Injection Resin] In the simultaneous decorating method for injection molding of the present invention, the resin to be injection-molded is not particularly limited, and may be a known resin. What is necessary is just to select according to the required physical properties of a product, cost, etc. If it is a thermoplastic resin, it may be an ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer) resin, a styrene resin, an acrylic resin, a vinyl chloride resin, a polycarbonate resin, a polyolefin resin, or the like. In the case of a curable resin, it is a two-liquid curable resin, for example, an uncured resin liquid such as a urethane resin, an unsaturated polyester resin, or an epoxy resin. The thermoplastic resin is melted by heating and injected in a fluid state, and the curable resin (the uncured product) is injected in a flowing state at room temperature or appropriately heated. Note that, as the injection resin, a resin colored by adding a coloring agent may be used as appropriate depending on the application. As the coloring agent, a known coloring agent as described above for the decorative layer may be used. In addition, the injection resin contains, as necessary, various known additives such as silica, alumina, talc, calcium carbonate, inorganic powders such as aluminum hydroxide, fillers such as glass fibers, stabilizers, and lubricants. .

Decorative molded article: In the decorative molded article of the present invention, at least a transparent acrylic resin-free second resin base sheet without a matting agent and a matting agent are added to the resin molded article. By laminating a fluororesin surface matte and transparent first resin base sheet in this order, the surface is a molded product decorated with a matte design. The decorative molded article of the present invention having such a configuration can be obtained by, for example, suitably laminating the decorative sheet of the present invention on a resin molded product. In addition, as the lamination method, for example, the above-described simultaneous injection molding decoration method of the present invention can be used. Of course, the decorative molded article of the present invention can be made of another material (for example, the first resin base sheet and the second resin base sheet) without using the decorative sheet of the present invention described above or the simultaneous injection molding and decorating method of the present invention. The resin base sheet and the resin base sheet are separately laminated on a resin molded product), or a product produced by another method (for example, a vacuum molding lamination method) may be used. However, it is a matter of course that the injection molding simultaneous decorating method of the present invention produces the molding and the decorating simultaneously by one.
It is preferable because it can be formed in a process and the production efficiency is good.

The decorative sheet is laminated on the surface of the resin molded article simultaneously with the molding of the resin molded article by the simultaneous injection molding and decorating method of the present invention as shown in the conceptual diagram of FIG. A decorative molded product P of the present invention having a configuration was obtained. In addition,
The injection molding simultaneous decorating method was performed in such a manner that a female mold for injection molding was used as a vacuum mold, a decorative sheet was inserted between the molds, then heated and softened, and preformed by vacuum molding. In the preforming of the decorative sheet, after heating to a sheet temperature of 110 ° C. by infrared radiation heating, the decorative sheet was made to follow the female mold cavity surface by vacuum suction from the female mold side. Then, injection resin temperature 2
A heat resistant ABS resin (heat resistant temperature: 95 ° C.) was injected at 40 ° C. under a condition of a mold temperature of 70 ° C., and the decorative sheet was integrated with the resin molded product to form a decorative molded product. The injection mold had a mirror-finished cavity surface and a width of 40 mm and a length of 4 mm.
A mold for forming a vehicle interior panel of 00 mm was used.

Comparative Example 1 In Example 1, 20 parts by mass of a silica particle having an average particle size of 3 μm as a matting agent was used as a matting agent with respect to 100 parts by mass of a polymethyl methacrylate-based transparent acrylic resin. A decorative sheet was produced using a 125 μm thick resin sheet formed from a resin composition to which was added. However, this decorative sheet has a matte effect that is too strong, the grain pattern looks white due to the whitening of the base sheet, and the design appearance is poor, and it is judged that evaluation up to further trial production of molded articles is unnecessary. .

(1) According to the decorative sheet of the present invention, a matte design can be provided without causing molding defects (wrinkles and tears), deterioration in moldability, and loss of matte feeling. In addition, since the sheet is matte, the decorating sheet itself is not whitened, the transparency is maintained, and the matte sheet can be decorated with transparency. (2) According to the simultaneous injection molding decoration method of the present invention,
The effect of the decorative sheet of the present invention can be obtained, the cost of the injection mold increases, molding defects (wrinkles and tears), moldability decreases,
A matte design having transparency can be provided without causing loss of matte feeling and whitening. (3) Further, according to the decorative molded product of the present invention, the effect of the decorative sheet or the simultaneous injection molding and decorating method can be enjoyed. That is, a matte design having transparency can prevent increase in cost of the injection mold, poor molding (wrinkles and tears), decrease in moldability, loss of matte feeling, and whitening (decrease in transparency) which occur during manufacturing. It becomes a molded product.
