Claims (6)
- 鋼製の外筒と、外筒よりも小径の耐腐食性の金属材製の内筒と、外筒,内筒の間に流込まれて固化した充填材とからなることを特徴とする内・外筒を充填材で結合した2重管方式の煙突。
- 請求項1の煙突において、充填材は流動性の高いモルタルを材料としていることを特徴とする内・外筒を充填材で結合した2重管方式の煙突。
- 請求項1または2の煙突において、外筒,内筒はリング形に形成され上下の外筒,内筒にそれぞれ溶接で連結されて積層されていることを特徴とする内・外筒を充填材で結合した2重管方式の煙突。
- 請求項3の煙突において、積層される外筒の継目はリング形に形成された裏当部材が内側面に嵌合され、積層される内筒の継目はリング形に形成された裏当部材が外側面に嵌合されていることを特徴とする内・外筒を充填材で結合した2重管方式の煙突。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかの煙突において、外筒の内側面と内筒の外側面との一方または双方に充填材の内部に突出したスタッドが設けられていることを特徴とする内・外筒を充填材で結合した2重管方式の煙突。
- 鋼製の外筒と外筒よりも小径の耐腐食性の金属材製の内筒とをリング形に形成して同一の設置面に同軸に設置し、設置された外筒,内筒にそれぞれ外筒,内筒を溶接で連結して積重ね所定高さを構成した後、外筒,内筒の間に流動性の高いモルタルを流込んで固化させて外筒,内筒の間に充填材を形成することを特徴とする内・外筒を充填材で結合した2重管方式の煙突の構築方法。
