Abstract
【解決手段】本発明により、ステータアセンブリ10内のダンパースプリング2と内側エアシール1の回転を防止する回転防止装置が実現する。この回転防止装置は、内側エアシール円弧セグメントの中央のスロット12内に設けられた突出部8によって構成される。この突出部8は、ダンパースプリングのスロット14と、ステータセグメントの切欠き部18に係合し、これにより、ダンパースプリング2と内側エアシール1のステータアセンブリ10に対する各方向の回転を阻止する。

Claims (11)
- 内側エアシール円弧セグメントの中央のスロット内に設けられた突出部を備え、かつ、
上記突出部は、上記ダンパースプリングと上記内側エアシールのステータアセンブリに対する双方向の回転を阻止するように、上記ダンパースプリングのスロットと、ステータセグメントの切欠き部とに係合することを特徴とする、
ステータアセンブリ内のダンパースプリングと内側エアシールの回転を阻止する回転防止装置。 - 上記突出部はT字形の外形をなし、かつ、上記スロットはT字形をなすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転防止装置。
- 上記突出部は、上記内側エアシールに蝋付けされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転防止装置。
- 上記突出部は、上記ダンパースプリングの上記スロットに係合するように、上記内側エアシール表面から半径方向外側に突出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転防止装置。
- 上記突出部は、上記切欠き部に係合するように内側エアシール前面から軸方向前方に突出し、かつ、2つのステータクラスタの間に閉じこめられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転防止装置。
- リング状に配置されかつ内側ケースに嵌合した、複数のステータクラスタアセンブリ、を備え、かつ、
各ステータクラスタアセンブリは、内側エアシールと、ダンパースプリングと、上記ダンパースプリングと上記内側エアシールとの上に組み付けられた複数のステータクラスタと、を備え、
各ステータクラスタアセンブリは、上記ダンパースプリングと上記内側エアシールの上記ステータクラスタに対する回転を阻止するように中央に配設された回転防止手段、をさらに備えることを特徴とするステータアセンブリ。 - 上記回転防止手段は、内側エアシール円弧セグメントの中央のスロット内に設けられた突出部を備え、かつ、上記突出部は、上記ダンパースプリングのスロットとステータクラスタの切欠き部とに係合することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のステータアセンブリ。
- 上記突出部はT字形の外形をなし、かつ、上記スロットはT字形をなすことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のステータアセンブリ。
- 上記突出部は、上記内側エアシールに蝋付けされることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のステータアセンブリ。
- 上記突出部は、上記ダンパースプリングの上記スロットに係合するように、上記内側エアシール表面から半径方向外側に突出することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のステータアセンブリ。
- 上記突出部は、上記切欠き部に係合するように内側エアシール前面から軸方向前方に突出し、かつ、2つのステータクラスタの間に閉じこめられることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のステータアセンブリ。
