Description

The present invention relates to a human-derived mite attractant and a human-derived mite attractant precursor cleaning composition, a human-derived mite attractant and a human-derived mite attractant precursor removing method, and a tick-induced mitigation detergent composition Related to things.

Accompanying the recent increase in the temperature and humidity of indoor spaces due to the high sealing of houses, it has become an environment in which mites, molds, etc. tend to propagate on futons, sofas, mats, etc., and its influence on the human body has become a problem. Various mites have been developed for mites in the house because they cause allergic diseases such as bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis and dermatitis.

Various drugs such as pyrethroids, carbamates, and organophosphorus are used as mite control agents, but these drugs are highly toxic and are not preferred for safety in homes, especially in families with children. It was. In addition, these conventional mite control agents have low volatility, so even if the effect is obtained in a directly applied place, the effect is particularly weak in a place with poor air permeability such as the inside of a carpet, sofa, or futon.

In addition, since mite carcasses and feces are allergenic substances, there is a demand for a control agent that not only kills mites directly but also has a strong repellent action. As a tick repellent, a tick control agent (Patent Documents 1 and 2) using linalool or carvone, a plant essential oil component that is considered to be relatively safe, has been proposed, but these effects are not sufficient.

Further, as an insect repellent material that does not use a control agent, Patent Document 3 includes cotton made of ultrafine fibers of 1 denier or less, or a woven or non-woven fabric whose surface is cotton-like or whose surface is raised or planted. A tick control device is described. Patent Documents 4 and 5 describe insect-proof fiber structures in which ultrafine fiber layers having a predetermined fiber interval are arranged on the outer periphery of a fiber assembly. Patent Document 6 describes an insect-proof sheet for a tatami floor made of a nonwoven fabric having a predetermined fiber gap, a predetermined fiber diameter, and a predetermined fiber filling rate. Further, Patent Document 7 describes an allergen-resistant bedding cover in which a long fiber nonwoven fabric layer made of a polypropylene polymer is laminated and integrated on both surfaces of an ultrafine fiber nonwoven fabric layer made of a polypropylene polymer.

However, since the insect repellent materials described in each of the above publications use ultrafine fibers, they have a drawback that they do not feel good as a cover material for bedding, furniture, etc., and mites remain in the fibers.

Patent Documents 8, 9, and 10 describe a method for combating attracted ticks using a tick attractant. However, if they could not be removed, there were many inconveniences because they only collected ticks. Since there are many mite-inducing substances in human secretions or in human secretions, bedding that is in direct contact with humans could not be expected to have a tick-inducing effect by a known method.

Patent Documents 11 and 12 describe a tick control method using a tick repellent substance. However, the mite repellent effect in the presence of the mite attractant could not be expected.

On the other hand, recent washing machines tend to have higher bath ratio (clothing / washing water), shorter operation time, lower power agitation, etc. in response to environmental / energy problems and economy. In the cleaning composition, the human-derived tick attractant and the human-derived tick attractant precursor tend not to be sufficiently washed. For this reason, there is a demand for a detergent having a high detergency for human-derived mite attractant and human-derived mite attractant even with low mechanical strength. Patent Document 13 describes a detergent containing a lipid-degrading enzyme and excellent in sebum accumulation dirt. However, it is not preferable because lipid-degrading causes an increase in human-derived tick-inducing substances such as nonanal.

(Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus)

The tick attracting inhibitory effect was evaluated as follows.
1. Test mite Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus
2. Test method (2-1)
Place two unwashed new pillow covers cut into 4 cm squares on one end in the longitudinal direction of a 22 cm x 11 cm glass dish, and put two filter papers cut into 4 cm squares on the other end. 500 to 600 test mites were placed in the section. This was placed in a plastic sealed container adjusted to a relative humidity of 85% or higher with saturated saline and stored at 25 ° C. in a completely dark state. After 24 hours, the total number of mites on both the front and back sides of the pillow cover or filter paper and the lower test mites was counted, and the number of ticks adhering to the new pillow cover and filter paper was 26 and 29, respectively. It was confirmed that the pillow cover itself has no tick-inducing action.
(2-2)
In order to confirm that tick attracting substances are attached to the used pillow cover, unwashed used pillow cover [used in (2-1)] and filter paper [(2-1) Using the same test as in (2-1) above, the number of ticks adhering to the used pillow cover was 403 and the number of ticks adhering to the filter paper was 36. It was confirmed that a tick attracting substance adhered to the pillow cover.
(2-3)
Two pieces of used pillow covers that have been confirmed to have a tick attracting substance cut into 4 cm squares have a powder detergent composition shown in Table 1 at 0.0833 mass%, 20 ° C., and 1 L. Using the washing solution dissolved in the solution, it was usually washed with a targotometer (80 rpm × 10 minutes). Thereafter, it was rinsed with tap water, dried, and used as a sample for a tick attraction test. Using this sample and filter paper [same as that used in (2-1)], the same test as in (2-1) was performed, and the total number of mites adhering to each was counted. The results are shown in Tables 1 and 2.
