Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a sheet-like cosmetic sample for laminating a solid cosmetic such as a foundation on a base sheet by screen printing and distributing it as a sample. More specifically, the present invention relates to a cosmetic sample that has almost no omission of the cosmetic layer when the cosmetic is scraped off with a puff during use. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a cosmetic sample that is laminated with a cosmetic corresponding to 4 to 5 trials.
However, the above-described conventional samples can be used without any problem in the normal usage method, but if the consumer scrapes off more than usual, a part of the cosmetic layer may fall off, which is an improvement. Was requested. In addition, in order to enhance the recognition effect of a product with a strong impression of the trial effect, provision of a free sample in which a cosmetic layer corresponding to 4 to 5 doses is formed is also strongly demanded.
スクリーン印刷により形成される化粧料層は、ファンデーションの印刷面積が49mm×34mmの長方形の場合、1回分のお試し分として試供品に設けられる50〜100mg(塗布量として30〜60g/m2 )、2回分では150mg(同約90g/m2 )、3回分では200mg(同約120g/m2 )、4回分では250mg(同約150g/m2 )、5回分では300mg(同約180g/m2 )以上が目途とされている。 The cosmetic layer formed by screen printing is provided with 50 to 100 mg (30 to 60 g / m 2 as the coating amount) provided in the sample as a trial for one time when the printing area of the foundation is a rectangle of 49 mm × 34 mm. 150 mg (approx. 90 g / m 2 ) for 2 doses, 200 mg (approx. 120 g / m 2 ) for 3 doses, 250 mg (approx. 150 g / m 2 ) for 4 doses, 300 mg (approx. 180 g / m) for 5 doses 2 ) The above is expected.
In order to laminate a large amount of cosmetic layer corresponding to 4 to 5 doses, a conventional screen plate for applying a relatively small amount of conventionally used polyester film having a specific surface roughness as described above is used. When it was attempted to perform overprinting, the coating amount could not be increased unless the printing pressure was lowered. For this reason, when the printing pressure is lowered, there is a problem that the dropout during the production process is remarkably increased and the production is impossible. On the other hand, if the printing pressure is increased to such an extent that the drop-off can be reduced, the coating amount decreases, and there is a problem that the necessary coating amount cannot be obtained even if the number of times of printing is repeated four times or more, and the production cannot be performed.
Therefore, there has been no method for providing cosmetics corresponding to 4 to 5 doses, other than using a filling method in which cosmetics are packed into a small container and compressed.
In order to obtain a high coating amount, in the screen printing, a thick film screen printing in which the photosensitive resin film is extremely thick as 50 μm to 1 mm is used as compared with the usual 10 μm. Even when ink is used, only the peripheral portion of the solid printing is printed with a particularly thick thickness, so that it is suitable for a pattern composed of lines and dots, but not suitable for solid printing. When printing solid using a coating solution consisting of a foundation and a solvent, such as a cosmetic sample, the problem is that in one printing, the peripheral edge of the printing is reversed due to poor transfer, and the coating amount cannot be secured. was there.
Therefore, the present invention is intended to solve the above-described problem, and the peripheral layer due to omission of cosmetics or poor transfer during the manufacturing process despite the fact that the cosmetic layer corresponding to 4 to 5 times is laminated. It is an object of the present invention to provide a cosmetic sample that has almost no missing part and that does not cause the cosmetic layer to fall off even if the sample is strongly scraped off with a puff when the sample is used.
When applying a cosmetic such as a foundation, the present inventors have not been able to eliminate a loss due to a transfer defect during printing, so even a thick film screen printing plate that could not be used conventionally is a normal one. It has been found that by performing multiple printing in the same manner as when using a printing plate, omission due to poor transfer is eliminated and the coating amount can be significantly increased. In addition, by removing the printing by using the thick film screen printing plate at least twice, the omission due to the transfer failure of the peripheral portion is eliminated, and the application amount is steadily increased by further increasing the number of times, and the smoothness of the peripheral portion is further increased. It has been found that the desired coating amount can be obtained.
Furthermore, by applying printing using the thick film screen printing plate to the surface of the base material having a specific surface roughness, the falling off of the cosmetic during the manufacturing process is eliminated, and the puff is strongly used when the sample is used. The present inventors have found that the cosmetic layer does not fall off even if scraped off.
The cosmetic sample according to the present invention includes a base sheet, a protective sheet having an opening at which the surface of the cosmetic layer is exposed and laminated on the surface of the base sheet, and a coating laminated on the other surface of the protective sheet. In a cosmetic sample in which a cosmetic layer is laminated on the surface of a base sheet in a sealed space formed by a film layer, the cosmetic layer is measured with a stylus type surface roughness measuring instrument stipulated in JIS B0651. In addition, according to the method described in JIS B0601, the substrate sheet having a surface roughness of a center line average roughness of 3.5 to 10 μm is laminated by printing using a thick film screen printing plate. To do.
Furthermore, the present invention includes a configuration in which the cosmetic layer uses a slurry composed of a cosmetic and a solvent, and printing using a thick film screen printing plate is repeated at least twice.
In the present invention, since printing using a thick film screen printing plate is repeated twice or more, omission due to poor transfer at the peripheral portion can be eliminated, the peripheral portion of the cosmetic layer becomes smooth, and the coating amount is greatly increased. be able to. Overprinting is different from sliding a squeegee a plurality of times in a single printing, in which printing is repeated after a cosmetic layer once wet is formed on the surface of the base sheet. Even if the squeegee is slid a plurality of times in one printing, it is not possible to eliminate the omission due to poor transfer at the peripheral edge. In the present invention, two times of printing performed twice are referred to as two times overprinting, three times overprinting is referred to as three times overprinting, and four times overprinting is referred to as four times overprinting.
The cosmetic layer of the cosmetic sample of the present invention is laminated on the surface of the cosmetic receiving layer having a surface roughness of 3.5 to 10 μm centerline average roughness formed on the surface of the base sheet. It is a feature.
Thus, the base material sheet used for the cosmetic sample of the present invention is a polycarbonate film having a surface roughness with a centerline average roughness of 3.5 to 10 μm, and a cosmetic layer is directly laminated on the surface thereof. It is characterized by.
Since it is laminated on the surface having a center line average roughness of 3.5 to 10 μm, the adhesion with the cosmetic layer is increased, it can be prevented from falling off in the production process, and the cosmetic layer can be used when the sample is used. Dropping is eliminated.
In addition, the printing pressure can be increased as compared with the case where a high coating amount is obtained using a normal screen printing plate, so that the cosmetic layer can be formed firmly, and can be prevented from falling off during the manufacturing process. Even when scraping strongly, the cosmetic layer will not fall off, improving the sense of removal during user use.
The thick film screen printing plate used when forming the cosmetic layer of the cosmetic sample of the present invention is characterized in that a photosensitive resin film having a thickness of 100 to 400 μm is added to a 30 to 100 mesh screen. Is. The thickness of the photosensitive resin film is determined in consideration of the balance between the number of printings and the target application amount.
As the screen mesh of the thick film screen printing plate used in the present invention, 30 to 100 mesh can be used, preferably 35 to 80 mesh, more preferably 40 to 60 mesh. If it exceeds 100 meshes, it is difficult to eliminate omission due to transfer failure, which is not preferable. Printing using a thick-film screen printing plate such as the mesh range described above is preferable because the cosmetic layer can be formed firmly, and can be prevented from falling off in the manufacturing process. In particular, when a screen of 60 mesh or less is used, it is preferable that a clear mesh pattern is exhibited on the entire surface of the applied cosmetic layer, resulting in a design effect.
If the number of times of printing is 2 times or more, there is no particular problem, preferably 3 times, and the appearance of the cosmetic layer surface is improved by 3 times of printing, and a clear mesh pattern is exhibited on the entire surface. In consideration of efficiency, it is preferable to finish the process up to four times. When overprinting, for example, it is possible to print under the same conditions using a single printing machine, for example, printing with two or more printing machines using the same mesh screen, or using different mesh screens. It is also possible to use it for overprinting. In addition, when printing is performed 3 times or more, it is possible to make the mesh pattern on the surface of the cosmetic layer inconspicuous by using a screen printing plate of the last printing having a mesh size exceeding 60 mesh.
In addition, when performing overprinting, it is necessary to repeat the next printing while the surface of the layer printed previously is wet with the solvent. When the solvent on the surface of the previously printed layer is volatilized and the next printing is repeated after the surface is dried, the surface of the previous printing layer is transferred to the screen printing plate and the overprinting becomes impossible. If the interval from the previous printing to the next printing is 3 seconds to 1 minute, the solvent on the surface will not be volatilized, so the next printing can be repeated. This interval is preferably within 30 seconds, and more preferably within 10 seconds.
Any known volatile solvent can be used for slurrying the cosmetic so that it can be screen-printed. For example, lower alcohols such as ethyl alcohol and isopropyl alcohol, low-boiling hydrocarbons, low-boiling silicone oils, Examples include cyclic silicone, water, or a mixture thereof. The mixing ratio is appropriately adjusted according to the composition of cosmetics and printing conditions.
Next, it was confirmed that printing failure was improved by the number of times of overprinting when a thick film screen printing plate was used.
(Experimental Example 1) Using isopropyl alcohol as a solvent, foundation C was diluted to a mass concentration of 58% to prepare a slurry, and a biaxially stretched polyester film (trade name Lumirror E125D20 manufactured by Toray Industries, Inc.) Using a 40-mesh thick film screen printing plate (resin film thickness 300 μm) (surface roughness 1.2 μm), printing was repeated three times with a printing area of 34 mm × 49 mm, and the state of the printed surface was observed every number of times. Table 1 shows the observation of the printed surface and the coating amount. The case where there was no omission in printing at the peripheral edge due to poor transfer was indicated as ◯, the case where there was a slight omission as Δ, and the case where there were many omissions as x. As for the mesh pattern, a clear pattern was marked with ◯, a partially visible pattern was marked with Δ, and a printed surface was poor and could not be evaluated with x.
Usually, cake-type foundations used in a compact form are obtained by compressing and solidifying a pigment whose surface has been treated with oil, a surfactant or the like. Even in a sample manufactured by screen printing as in the present invention, a solvent is used but a component having a substantially binding force is not included, so that a layer having a high coating amount as described above is screen-printed on a base sheet. When trying to laminate, the problem that the desired coating amount cannot be obtained with a normal screen printing plate can be solved by using a thick film screen printing plate, but it can usually be obtained by sandblasting etc. A new problem arises in that a base sheet having a rough surface surface cannot be manufactured due to frequent dropping. Therefore, the following experiment was conducted in order to find an appropriate surface roughness having high adhesion to the cosmetic layer formed by screen printing.
(Experimental example 2) Using a base sheet having a surface roughness with a center line average roughness in the range of 1.2 to 11.1 µm, three times with different oil content using a thick film screen printing plate three times Overprinting was performed, and the degree of removal of the cosmetic layer when the cosmetic layer was scraped and scraped off with a puff (hereinafter referred to as “feel”) was evaluated.
(Preparation of base sheet having different surface roughness) Biaxially stretched polyester film (trade name Lumirror E125D20, manufactured by Toray Industries, Inc.) Sand mat processed product (surface roughness 1.2 μm) Used, printing was performed using a 60 mesh stainless screen printing plate having a coating area of 38 mm × 53 mm to prepare a base sheet having a surface roughness of 1.9 μm and 2.7 μm. Similarly, using the coating liquid shown in Table 3, printing was performed using a 100-mesh stainless screen printing plate having a coating area of 38 mm × 53 mm, and a base sheet having a surface roughness of 4.5 μm to 11.1 μm was produced. .

Also, polycarbonate films having two types of surface roughness (Eiwa Co., Ltd., Olphas WPC-E # 150) were not printed, and a base sheet having surface roughness of 4.0 μm and 5.0 μm was obtained. Table 4 shows the surface roughness and the configuration of the prepared cosmetic printing substrate sheet.
[Test for removal feeling] The center part of the sponge puff was picked and rubbed so as to scrape the center part of the surface of the printed cosmetic layer, and the degree of removal of the cosmetic was evaluated according to the following criteria. The evaluation results are shown in Table 7-1 and Table 7-2.
(Evaluation criteria) 4 (excellent): It is superior to 3, and the cosmetics are sequentially scraped from the surface even when scraping strongly. 3 (good): Adhesiveness between the base material sheet and the cosmetic layer is good, and the cosmetic layer does not peel off from the sheet surface even when it is strongly scraped off. 2 (Normal): Adhesiveness between the base material sheet and the cosmetic layer is slightly weak, and the cosmetic layer may be peeled off from the surface of the sheet when strongly scraped. 1 (Poor): Adhesiveness between the base material sheet and the cosmetic layer is weak, and the cosmetic layer peels off from the surface of the sheet as a lump even when scraped with a normal force (also referred to as dropping).
In addition, as long as it has the above surface roughness, this result shows that there is no difference even if the base sheet is directly on the film surface or a cosmetic receiving layer is provided on the surface of the base sheet. Show.
Therefore, in the present invention, at least a portion of the base sheet surface on which the cosmetic layer is provided is measured with a stylus type surface roughness measuring instrument defined in JIS B0651, and the method described in JIS B0601. It is preferable to have a surface roughness of 3.5 to 10 μm centerline average roughness expressed according to the above. More preferably, it is 3.5-9.0 micrometers, and 3.5-8.0 micrometers is the most preferable. When the thickness is smaller than 3.5 μm, the anchoring effect of the cosmetic layer is reduced and the adhesiveness is reduced, and not only the cosmetics are likely to fall off when the sample is scraped off, but also the manufacturing process is lost. It becomes difficult and undesirable. If the thickness exceeds 10 μm, the appearance of the cosmetic scraping remaining noticeable at the end of use of the sample is exhibited, which may undesirably impair the user's impression. The surface roughness with a center line average roughness of 3.5 μm is a surface roughness level that is much rougher than that of commercially available mat-coated paper and comparable to rough-skin-finished book paper, which is rough-finished paper.
As a base material sheet of the present invention, as long as it has the above surface roughness, a film alone or a film in which a cosmetic receiving layer having the above surface roughness is formed on the surface of the film can be used. Instead of the film, a laminate of film and paper may be used. When a large amount of cosmetics is laminated by overprinting as in the present invention, if a base material that allows easy penetration of the solvent, such as coated paper, is used, the oil content in the cosmetics is transferred to the base material along with the penetration of the solvent. It is not preferable because the quality of the material may change. In addition, when a polyolefin-based film such as polyethylene or polypropylene is used, the base material sheet of the printing portion is deformed due to oil. Therefore, what has tolerance with respect to the oil component in cosmetics is preferable.
A large amount of cosmetic coating solution is applied by overprinting, and hot air of around 105 ° C. is used to dry the cosmetic layer. If the heat resistance of the base sheet is low and the shrinkage at the time of drying is large, peeling occurs at the interface between the cosmetic layer and the base sheet, causing dropping off. Therefore, the base sheet used in the present invention needs to have oil resistance and heat resistance. As a material for the film alone, for example, a polycarbonate film produced by molding with a cooling roll having an embossed surface at the time of film formation, for example, Opulse WPC-E manufactured by Eiwa Co., Ltd. and the like can be mentioned. Polyester film is one of the preferred materials because of its high oil resistance and heat resistance. If the surface roughness can be obtained, it is one of the most preferable ones. A biaxially stretched film is most preferable, but an unstretched or uniaxially stretched polyester film should be used as the base sheet of the present invention as long as it does not peel off at the interface between the cosmetic layer and the base sheet during drying. Can do.
The cosmetic receiving layer having the above surface roughness is formed on the surface of the film, and the cosmetic receiving layer composed of particles and a binder is formed on the surface of the biaxially stretched film that has been sand-mat processed. Is used. Examples of the particles used for the receiving layer include inorganic mineral particles, glass beads, and plastic particles. The size of the particles is not limited as long as the above surface roughness can be obtained, but a relatively coarse particle size, for example, a combination of particles remaining after 200 mesh and 300 mesh and a binder is one of the preferred combinations. I can say that. Since the fine agglomerated particles of colloidal oil have high oil absorption, it is necessary to combine with a binder having high oil resistance. Examples of the binder include natural water-soluble polymer substances such as sodium alginate and carboxymethyl cellulose. As the synthetic binder, an acrylic resin having high oil resistance is preferably used.
In the present invention, since the printing using the thick film screen printing plate is repeated twice or more, the peripheral portion of the cosmetic layer becomes smooth, the omission due to the transfer failure at the time of printing can be eliminated, and the coating amount is greatly increased. be able to.
Moreover, in this invention, since it laminates | stacks on the surface which has the surface roughness of centerline average roughness 3.5-10micrometer, adhesiveness with a cosmetics layer increases, and while being able to prevent dropout in a manufacturing process, it is a free sample. Removal of the cosmetic layer during use is eliminated.
According to the present invention, the cosmetic layer corresponding to 4 to 5 times is laminated, but there is almost no dropout of the peripheral part due to the dropout or transfer failure of the cosmetic during the manufacturing process, and when the sample is used It has become possible to provide a cosmetic sample that does not cause the cosmetic layer to fall off even if it is strongly scraped off with a puff.
The best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

Examples of the particles used in the receiving layer include inorganic mineral particles or glass beads, plastic particles, and the size of the particles is not particularly limited, but paper coating or internal fillers, pigments, etc. The average particle size of 1 μm to 105 μm can be used. For example, particles having a mesh size of 325 mesh remaining after passing through 200 mesh corresponding to about 44 to 74 μm are preferably used. Examples of the binder include natural water-soluble polymer substances such as sodium alginate and carboxymethyl cellulose. As the synthetic binder, an acrylic resin having high oil resistance is preferably used.

Next, a cosmetic coating solution for screen printing having a mass concentration of 65.5% was prepared by using isopropyl alcohol as a solvent for the cosmetic A for foundation. The printing machine used was a semi-automatic screen printing machine (manufactured by Sakurai Graphic Systems Co., Ltd., Melody MARK2) equipped with a stainless steel 40 mesh thick film screen printing plate (resin film thickness 300 μm). In the printing plate, a plurality of 34 mm × 49 mm rectangular cosmetic layers are formed as one cosmetic layer, and the average roughness of the center line is set at a target of 180 g / m 2 of the cosmetic layer. The above-mentioned base material sheet on which a 5 μm cosmetic receiving layer is formed is overprinted three times and dried with hot air controlled at 105 ° C. or lower to form a cosmetic layer on the cosmetic receiving layer of the base material sheet. A cosmetic sheet was prepared.
Separately, an easy peel laminated film in which a 38 μm polyester film and a 30 μm commercially available easy peel film (ABF64C) were laminated as a coating film layer was prepared. Except for the transparent part provided on the back side of the polyester film of this laminated film, that is, the side laminated with the easy peel film and adhesive so that the surface of the internal foundation can be seen through the film when it is distributed as a sample. It was beautifully printed.
Furthermore, an opening where the cosmetic layer is exposed is opened, and a 12 μm polyester film is formed on the surface of the coating layer of a commercially available single-side coated paper having a basis weight of 260 g / m 2 as a protective sheet laminated on the surface of the base sheet. Prepare a laminate with an adhesive layer and a release paper layer on the back, and punch the 38 mm x 53 mm rectangular opening corresponding to the exposed position of the cosmetic layer of the cosmetic sheet. A sheet was produced.
