Description
The present invention relates to a scratch sheet that makes it possible to visually recognize concealed information by performing a predetermined work.
Conventionally, a sheet having a scratch structure that makes hidden information visible by forming a hiding layer on the information to be hidden and scratching (scratching, rubbing) the hiding layer with a coin or the like is used. There is. The sheet having such a scratch structure is used as a medium such as a lottery ticket or a lottery ticket, which needs to hide information. The applicant has also proposed various types of sheets having a scratch structure (scratch sheet) (see Patent Documents 1 and 2).
As described above, the scratch sheet is often used for lottery tickets, lottery tickets, etc., and is required to have entertainment properties. However, in the conventional scratch sheet, the hidden information is only made to appear by performing a predetermined work such as shaving or peeling the hiding layer.
Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a scratch sheet that not only allows the user to know the hidden information by performing a predetermined work but also allows the information to appear in stages.
In order to solve the above problems, in the first aspect of the present invention,
Base material,
An information recording layer formed on one surface of the substrate,
A peeling layer formed to overlap the information recording layer,
A first concealing layer which is formed on the release layer and has a relatively thick portion having a thick coating portion and a thin coating portion thinner than the thick coating portion;
A second concealing layer formed on the first concealing layer and having a relatively thick portion having a thick coating portion and a thin coating portion thinner than the thick coating portion;
Have
The thin coating portion of the second hiding layer overlaps the position corresponding to the thick coating portion of the first hiding layer, and the thick coating portion of the second hiding layer covers the position corresponding to the thin coating portion of the first hiding layer. Provided is a scratch sheet having overlapping parts.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the scratch sheet includes a base material, an information recording layer formed on one surface of the base material, a peeling layer formed to overlap the information recording layer, and a peeling layer to overlap the peeling layer. A first concealing layer having a thick coating portion that is a relatively thick portion and a thin coating portion that is thinner than the thick coating portion; A second hiding layer having a certain thick coating portion and a thin coating portion thinner than the thick coating portion is provided, and the thin coating portion of the second hiding layer overlaps a position corresponding to the thick coating portion of the first hiding layer. Since the thick coating portion of the second hiding layer overlaps the position corresponding to the thin coating portion of the first hiding layer, the effect of the release layer is The thick coating portion of the second hiding layer easily reaches the thick coating portion of the second hiding layer and is easily peeled from the first hiding layer. Therefore, only the thick-coated portion of the second hiding layer can be peeled off with an adhesive tape or the like, and the remaining first hiding layer and second hiding layer are scraped off with a coin or the like to cause information to appear in stages. It becomes possible.
Further, in the second aspect of the present invention, in the scratch sheet, the thickness of the release layer is 1.0 μm to 3.5 μm.
According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the thickness of the release layer is 1.0 μm to 3.5 μm, it is difficult to release the first concealing layer in contact with the release layer with an adhesive tape or the like, It becomes easy to peel off with a coin or the like.
In the third aspect of the present invention, in the scratch sheet, the thickness of the thick coating portion of the first hiding layer is 3.0 μm to 5.0 μm, and the thin coating portion of the first hiding layer is Has a thickness of 0.5 μm to 1.5 μm.
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the thickness of the thick coating portion of the first hiding layer is 3.0 μm to 5.0 μm, and the thickness of the thin coating portion of the first hiding layer is 0. Since the thickness is 5 μm to 1.5 μm, the influence of the release layer extends to the thick coating portion of the second hiding layer through the thin coating portion of the first hiding layer, while the influence of the peeling layer extends to the thick coating portion of the first hiding layer. There is a high possibility that the thin coating portion of the second concealing layer can be prevented from reaching the thin coating portion. Therefore, only the thickly coated portion of the second masking layer is more easily peeled from the first masking layer.
According to the present invention, it is possible not only to know the hidden information but also to make the information appear stepwise by performing a predetermined work.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
<1. Structure of scratch sheet>
FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a scratch sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention. 1A is a plan view, and FIG. 1B is a cross-sectional view corresponding to the line AA in FIG. In FIG. 1, 1 is a base material, 2 is an information recording layer, 3 is a release layer, 4 is a first concealing layer, 5 is a second concealing layer, and 10 is a scratch sheet. The base material 1 plays a role as a support for supporting the
As the hiding layer, there are two layers of the first hiding layer 4 and the
The first hiding layer 4 and the
The
The
The first hiding layer 4 is a layer for hiding the information represented by the
The
Since the cross-sectional view of FIG. 1B shows the layer structure of the
Examples of the substrate 1 include high-quality paper, art paper, coated paper, cast-coated paper, synthetic resin or emulsion-impregnated paper, synthetic rubber latex-impregnated paper, synthetic resin internal-addition paper, cellulose fiber paper, and other papers, polyolefin ( Polyethylene, polypropylene, etc.), polystyrene, polycarbonate, polyethylene terephthalate, polyvinyl chloride, plastic sheets of various synthetic resins such as polymethacrylate, and a white opaque film formed by adding a white pigment or a filler to these synthetic resins, Alternatively, a film (so-called synthetic paper) having fine voids (micro voids) inside the substrate can be used.
The thickness of the base material 1 is not particularly limited, but is preferably 3 μm to 300 μm, and more preferably 20 μm to 175 μm. The color of the base material 1 is also not particularly limited, but it is preferably a color different from that of the
The
The
The first concealing layer 4 is a layer that can be scraped off with a coin or the like, or can be peeled off with an adhesive (also including “adhesive”), and is a layer for concealing the
Examples of the pigment having high concealing properties that composes the first concealing layer 4 and the second concealing
The first hiding layer 4 may be formed by a known printing method such as an offset printing method, a gravure printing method, a silk screen printing method, a flexo printing method, and the like, for example, black ink which is carbon black. The formation of the first concealing layer 4 is performed by forming the first layer so as to cover the
The coating amount and coating thickness for forming the first hiding layer 4 are not particularly limited, but the coating thickness of the first layer is preferably 0.5 μm to 1.5 μm, and the coating thickness of the second layer is 2 μm. It is preferably 0.5 μm to 3.5 μm. Therefore, the coating thickness of the
The
The coating amount and coating thickness for forming the second concealing
Here, the term “flat surface” means that the surface is recognized to have a uniform surface without any particular depressions or projections. Therefore, a surface which is microscopically present with irregularities of less than 1 μm but visually recognized as a flat surface is also included in the “flat surface”. More precisely, a flat surface means that the surface roughness Ra in the “roughness curve” excluding the “waviness curve” in the “surface roughness evaluation method” defined in JIS is 0. It means that it is from 01 to 1.0 μm (more preferably from 0.01 to 0.50 μm). However, in the present invention, when used as a scratch sheet, the flatness is sufficient so that the user does not feel discomfort.
If the thickness of the
<2.実施例>
<2. Example>
As the base material 1, mat-coated paper “SWORD iJET (registered trademark) 4.3 mat” manufactured by Mitsubishi Paper Mills, Ltd. having a basis weight of 127.9 g / m 2 was used.
First, the
In addition, using a normal offset ink, a predetermined message (in the example of Fig. 3 (a), "Scratch sheet""Rubbing with coins""Please peel off with tape", etc.) by the offset printing method, Other necessary patterns were printed.
Subsequently, a release ink was printed so as to cover the
The release ink was printed by a flexographic printing method so that the thickness when dried was 3 μm. As a result, the
Further, black ink was printed uniformly on the
Then, the same black ink was used to print in a pattern. The black ink was printed by a flexographic printing method so that the thickness was 3 μm. This is a portion corresponding to the second layer of the first hiding layer 4. The portion overprinted in a pattern form becomes a
Further, silver ink was printed over the black ink. As the silver ink, a mixture of "UV FlexoVarnish For Scratch Off Silver / Gold 880770" and "UV Silver Paste 880761" manufactured by SICPA at a mass ratio of 4: 1 was used. The silver ink was printed so that the thickness was 2 μm and the upper surface was a flat surface in the
As a result, the first concealing layer 4 and the second concealing
Also, silver ink was printed so as to cover the part where the message "Please rub with a coin" was also printed.
As a result, the scratch sheet as shown in FIG. 1 was completed.

<3.使用例>
<3. Usage example>
In the
In the
When the first hiding layer 4 is thin, the peeling component of the peeling ink forming the
The first concealing layer 4 and the second concealing
When a part (
Therefore, from the surface of the
Further, since the
In the
As a result, the
For the user, the
