BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a printed matter with a scratch concealment layer in which confidential information data is concealed with a scratch concealment layer such as a lottery ticket or a game card. More specifically, the scratch concealment layer is scratched off (scratched off) with a coin or the like. ) And a printed matter with a scratch concealment layer for recognizing confidential information data.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, for example, in an instant lottery ticket or a game card, in order to conceal confidential information data such as “winning”, “missing” or a picture corresponding thereto, concealment and scratching (ease of scratching) Scratch prints are known, in which the confidential information data is concealed by a cohesive and destructive rubber-based ink, and the purchased customer uses a coin or the like to scratch off and visually recognize the confidential information data when used. It is used in the field of
[0003]
As a printed matter to which the scratch concealing layer is applied, for example, as shown in the schematic diagram shown in the laminated cross section of FIG. 4, confidential information data such as patterns, characters, numbers, etc. on a base material (10) made of paper or the like. (12) is printed, and an easy-peeling layer (14) made of a transparent peeling varnish or the like is formed so as to cover the confidential information data (12), and a scratch concealment layer (14) is formed on the easy-peeling layer (14). 20), and the customer who purchased this scratch printed material scratches off the scratch concealment layer (20) with a coin, nail, etc. Alternatively, confidential information data (12) such as a picture corresponding thereto can be visually recognized.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, for example, when the base material (10) is a relatively thin sheet, when the printed material is exposed to strong light and viewed through the opposite side, the shadow of the confidential information data (12) can be seen through and the confidential information is visible. There was a problem that it was not information data and lacked security.
[0005]
As a method for solving this problem, for example, as shown in the schematic diagram of the cross section of FIG. 5, a watermark prevention layer (24) is provided on the back surface of the base material (10) by printing with gray ink. However, there is a problem that the amount of information on the back side is limited and it does not look good in design and there is no degree of freedom, or the base material (10) is expensive, and it is difficult to print or process it ( He knew that the production efficiency would deteriorate, and he used thick paper and special paper with concealment to solve this see-through problem.
[0006]
In any of the above-described measures for preventing the shadow of the confidential information data (12) from being seen through even when it is exposed to such strong light, the base material (10), the material such as ink, and the processes such as printing are performed. There was a problem that the manufacturing cost increases, that is, a so-called manufacturing cost increases.
[0007]
Further, since the topmost scratch concealment layer (20) serves to conceal the confidential information data (12), it is an opaque solid of silver or gray system (in printing terms, a difference in density on the printed surface or white out). Therefore, the scratch concealment layer (20) has no degree of freedom in designing and looks good in terms of design. It was a scratch print with the problem of not.
[0008]
Furthermore, a screen printing method of forming a thickness of about 4 to 10 μm is generally used for forming the outermost scratch concealing layer (20). As the ink, for example, 15 to 25 parts by weight of aluminum powder, 15-25 parts by weight of colored pigments including extender pigments such as alumina white, 15-25 parts by weight of synthetic rubber resins such as SBR and NBR having cohesive failure (nodule) properties, and further aromatics such as toluene, xylene and methyl isobutyl ketone Is added to 35 to 45 parts by weight of a hydrocarbon-based hydrocarbon solvent and 5 to 15 parts by weight of an auxiliary agent such as an antifoaming agent to make an ink for screen printing. Since the thickness of the ink is about 4 to 10 μm, the line speed of the scratch ink for the screen that is not sharp and slow-drying is high. However, it is inferior in productivity because it is slow, and it is unsuitable for in-line processing on an offset printing machine that prints other images, and it must be formed on a separate line.
[0009]
The present invention is to solve the problems of the prior art, and the subject is a printed matter with a scratch concealment layer in which the shadow of confidential information data is not visible from the opposite side even when strong light is given, Use a thick paper or a special paper with concealment that is not difficult to print or process, as it does not have the problem that the design of the back side is lost by applying a watermark prevention layer as before, and there is no problem that it does not look good In addition, there is no problem that the manufacturing cost increases, and the image of the scratch concealing layer on the outermost surface is sharp, and the formation of the scratch concealing layer can be performed in-line on an offset printing machine with excellent productivity. Another object of the present invention is to provide a printed material with a scratch concealment layer which is composed of a scratch concealment layer having a design freedom and a good appearance.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object in the present invention, first, in the invention of
[0011]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the remaining scratch concealment layer itself that is not scraped off by scratch-off is used as confidential information data, and this portion and the portion of the scratch concealment layer to be scratched-off are integrated. Therefore, before scratching, even if you give a strong light and see through the watermark, it will be difficult to visually recognize it as confidential information data, and it does not require a watermark prevention layer on the back side or thick paper etc. It is possible to make a printed material with a scratch concealment layer that gives freedom to the design and is low in cost, and in addition, in order to conceal confidential information data as in the past, rubber concealment scratch ink such as SBR is used. There is no need to form a scratch concealing layer with a thickness of 4 to 10 μm, so a thin film with a thickness of about 1 to 2 μm is formed with offset printing ink. Therefore, it can be set as the printed matter with a scratch concealment layer obtained with the offset printing machine excellent in productivity.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
As shown in the side sectional view of FIG. 1 (a), the printed matter with a scratch concealing layer of the present invention has an easily peelable layer (14) comprising an image area and a non-image area on a substrate (10) made of paper, for example. ) Is formed, and a horizontal line-shaped first scratch concealment layer (201) is applied with an offset printing ink so as to cover them, and further a line-shaped second scratch concealment with an offset printing ink is applied thereon. It is a printed matter (1) with a scratch concealment layer provided by overprinting so that the layer (202) is orthogonal to the line-shaped first scratch concealment layer (201).
[0017]
Therefore, in the printed matter (1) with a scratch concealing layer of the present invention, as shown in the plan view of FIG. 1 (b) and the side cross-sectional view of FIG. When the line-shaped first scratch concealing layer (201) of the printed matter (1) and the line-shaped second scratch concealing layer (202) overprinted thereon are scratched off with a coin or the like (scratched off), The line-shaped first and second scratch concealing layers (201, 202) on the easily peelable layer (14) are peeled off and scratched as shown in the right half of FIGS. 1 (b) and 1 (c). The first and second scratch concealing layers (201, 202) that remain attached to the non-image area of the easy-peeling layer (14) without being scraped off form an “O” shape. ”Is the confidential information data (12). A latch concealing layer provided printed matter (1).
[0018]
Thus, when the line-shaped first scratch masking layer (201) and the line-shaped second scratch masking layer (202) are formed with an offset printing ink, the thickness becomes 1-2 μm and a thin film, For example, as shown in the schematic diagram of FIG. 2, the boundary between the image portion and the non-image portion of the easily peelable layer (14) is a step (201 a) on the surface of the line-shaped first scratch concealment layer (201). Even if it appears, the printed second-line scratch concealment layer (202) that is overprinted so as to be orthogonal to it is misled and difficult to see, and a printed matter with a scratch concealment layer that is reliable in terms of security ( 1).
[0019]
Furthermore, for example, the line-shaped first scratch concealment layer (201) and the line-shaped second scratch concealment layer (202) as shown in FIGS. 1 (a), (b) and (c) are darkly colored. It is also possible to increase the design effect on the outermost surface by making a difference or changing the metallic luster by changing the amount of aluminum powder.
[0020]
Further, in the above example, the scratch concealment layer is regularly printed so that the horizontal line-shaped first scratch concealment layer (201) and the line-shaped second scratch concealment layer (202) are orthogonal to each other. Although it was a line drawing pattern, it was assumed that a line-shaped first scratch concealment layer (201) with a 45 degree angle and a 135 degree line-form second scratch concealment layer (202) were overprinted so as to be orthogonal thereto. It can also be a scratch concealment layer with a more attractive design, and examples of the regular line pattern include not only this line pattern but also a dot pattern, a grid pattern, an oblique grid pattern, etc. Also, as an irregular line pattern, for example, a thin pattern or a scratch concealment layer made of a camouflage pattern (20b) as shown in FIG. 3 can be overprinted so as to be orthogonal. Become Patterns, rough like pattern formed of a (below 60 lines / inch) halftone can be used can be suitably selected as scratch concealing layer to a design to look to meet the confidential data (12).
[0021]
Examples of the dark offset printing ink for forming the scratch concealing layer of the printed matter (1) with the scratch concealing layer of the present invention include 10 to 25% by weight of a color pigment (such as phthalocyanine copper or carbon black, etc.). Aluminum powder and the like, 20 to 30% by weight of rosin-modified phenolic resin and alkyd resin as the resin, 10 to 20% by weight of soybean oil, linseed oil and tung oil as the vegetable oil, 25 to 35% by weight of mineral oil as the solvent, Vehicles composed of naphthene, paraffin, etc. include offset oil type inks composed of 5-10 wt% cobalt naphthenate as a additive, an oxidation inhibitor, an anti-set-off agent, etc. For example, the above-mentioned color pigment, aluminum powder, etc., and 30 to 90% by weight of polyol, polyester as a photopolymerizable material Addition of 5 to 10 as an additive to the vehicle of ultraviolet curable offset sheet-fed ink composed of acrylic ester of tellurium, urethane and epoxy, 10 to 40% by weight of ketone resin, petroleum resin, alkyd resin, etc. as a modifying resin Examples include UV-curing offset inks composed of photopolymerization initiators composed of benzophenone, benzyl, dimethylamine benzophenone, etc. by weight, and additives such as thermal polymerization inhibitors such as hydroquinone. It is formed by an offset printing method with excellent productivity by appropriately selecting the amount and the amount of aluminum powder.
[0022]
In addition, conventional rubber-based scratch printing inks that form a scratch concealment layer use toluene, xylene, etc. as solvents, from the standpoint of complying with the Fire Services Act and the organic solvent poisoning prevention regulations (Occupational Safety and Health Act) Although it was unsuitable for in-line use on offset printing machines due to many cost burdens, etc., the offset printing ink used in the printed matter with the scratch concealing layer of the present invention is suitable for the fire fighting law and prevention of organic solvent poisoning. From the aspect of observance of the rules (there is no cost burden), it is suitable for enabling in-line with an offset printing press.
[0023]
Moreover, in this invention, the easily peelable layer (14) shown to Fig.1 (a) is formed with the peeling varnish for offset printing, It is characterized by the above-mentioned.
[0024]
Thus, by forming the easily peelable layer (14) with an offset peelable varnish, a thin layer having a thickness of 1 to 2 μm is formed. For example, as shown in the schematic diagram of FIG. The step (201a) on the surface at the boundary between the line part and the non-image part is reduced, the step (201a) on the surface is difficult to be visually recognized as confidential information data, and the reliability in terms of security is further improved. It can be set as the printed matter with a scratch concealment layer which can be formed with the offset printing machine excellent in productivity.
[0025]
The release varnish for the offset, eg if 30 to 90% by weight of the polyol as the photopolymerizable material, polyester, urethane, each acrylic acid esters of epoxy, from 10 to 40% by weight of ketone resin as a modifier for resins, petroleum The above-mentioned silicon or polyethylene wax is added to the UV curable offset sheet-fed ink vehicle made of resin, alkyd resin, etc., and photopolymerization is made of 5-10 wt% benzophenone, benzyl, dimethylamine benzophenone, etc. as additives. initiator, further include peeling varnish for offset configured ultraviolet curing etc. hydroquinone thermal polymerization inhibitor such as additives, the ultraviolet curing peeling varnish scratch concealing layer from the viewpoint of drying is fast such It is a suitable release varnish for the production of printed materials, and is formed by the offset printing method.
[0026]
Moreover, as a base material (10) which comprises the printed matter (1) with a scratch concealment layer of the present invention, for example, in an instant lottery ticket or a game card, Western paper such as art paper, coated paper, or high-quality paper, coated ball, Examples include coated manila, paperboards such as double-sided cards, and special securities papers. Scratch cards as securities include white PET (polyethylene terephthalate), white PVC (polyvinyl chloride) sheets, etc. It is selected according to the etc.
[0027]
【The invention's effect】
Since this invention is the above structure, there exist the following effects.
That is, an easily peelable layer composed of an image area and a non-image area is formed on the substrate, and a scratch concealment layer is formed so as to cover the image area and the non-image area. The scratch concealment layer adhering to the non-image area of the easily peelable layer that is not scraped off is a printed material with a scratch concealment layer that becomes confidential information data. Since this part is integrated with the scratch concealment layer of the part to be scratched off, it is visually recognized as confidential information data even if it is favored by giving strong light before scratching. Print with a scratch concealment layer that is difficult and does not require a watermark prevention layer on the back side or thick paper as before, giving freedom to the design on the back side, and reducing costs In addition, since the scratch concealment layer itself becomes confidential information data in this way, the thickness is 4 to 10 μm with a rubber-based concealing scratch ink such as SBR in order to conceal the confidential information data as in the past. There is no need to form a scratch concealing layer, and a thin film having a thickness of about 1 to 2 μm can be formed with an offset printing ink. Therefore, a printed matter with a scratch concealing layer obtained by an offset printing machine with excellent productivity. It can be.
[0028]
In addition, the scratch masking layer is 10 to 25% by weight of color pigment, aluminum powder and the like, 20 to 30% by weight of rosin-modified phenolic resin, alkyd resin and the like, vegetable oils of 10 to 20% by weight of soybean oil and linseed oil , Paulownia oil, etc., vehicle consisting of 25-35 wt% mineral oil, naphthene, paraffin, etc. as solvent, dryer consisting of 5-10 wt% cobalt naphthenate, etc. as additive, oxidation inhibitor, set-off prevention agent, etc. A dark offset printing oil-based ink composed of 10 to 25% by weight of color pigments and aluminum powder, and 30 to 90% by weight of each acrylic ester of polyol, polyester, urethane and epoxy as a photopolymerizable material. UV curing consisting of 10-40% ketone resin, petroleum resin, alkyd resin, etc. as a modifying resin An offset sheet-fed ink vehicle with 5-10% by weight of a photopolymerization initiator composed of benzophenone, benzyl, dimethylamine benzophenone, etc. as additives, and a dark colored composition composed of additives such as hydroquinone and other thermal polymerization inhibitors. When UV offset offset ink is used and formed by offset printing, the film thickness is as thin as 1 to 2 μm. Therefore, the step difference between the image area and non-image area of the easy-release layer is on the surface of the scratch concealment layer. Since it appears and is viewed as confidential information data, there is a risk of security problems, so by making a scratch concealment layer overprinted so that two regular or irregular line pattern patterns intersect, There is an effect (a kind of deceptive effect) that makes these step differences difficult to see, and the outermost scratch concealment layer is dithered. It gives freedom to the inn and makes it look good in design.
[0029]
Furthermore, 30 to 90% by weight of each acrylic ester of polyol, polyester, urethane, and epoxy as an easily peelable layer as a photopolymerizable material, and 10 to 40% by weight of a ketone resin, a petroleum resin, and an alkyd resin as a modifying resin. The above-mentioned silicon, polyethylene wax or the like is added to the vehicle of the ultraviolet curable offset sheet-fed ink composed of, and the like, and further, a photopolymerization initiator composed of 5 to 10% by weight of benzophenone, benzyl, dimethylamine benzophenone, By forming a release varnish for UV-curable offset printing composed of additives such as thermal polymerization inhibitors such as hydroquinone , a thin and easy release layer can be obtained. Scratch concealment layer that is more reliable in terms of security and that makes it difficult to see the level difference at the border of the image area. It can be a printed material, and is intended to make it possible to obtain easy peeling layer in an offset printing machine which is excellent in productivity.
[0030]
Therefore, the present invention exhibits an excellent practical effect as a printed matter with a scratch concealment layer in which confidential information data is concealed with a scratch concealment layer such as an instant lottery ticket or a game card.
