Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an information hiding printed matter, and more particularly to an information hiding printed matter that enables printing by an ink jet printer (IJP) without selecting a medium (paper base material).
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, lottery patterns such as securities numbers, letters, patterns, etc. are concealed with rubber-based ink, etc., and this information concealment layer is scratched off to scrape off the lottery pattern to determine the loss. Information concealment prints such as lottery tickets, admission tickets, and game tickets are known, and are put into practical use as so-called scratch-off tickets.
For example, as shown in FIG. 3,
[0003]
In this existing information concealment printed matter (scratch-off ticket, etc.), the lottery pattern (hereinafter referred to as the game part) applied to the lower layer of the concealment layer is printed by a dot printer, and the OCR number that is the management number is handled by a number printing machine ing. Both are variable by computer management. However, since the dot printing for the game portion printing has a low printing density and a low speed, both workability and printing quality are not sufficient. Although the OCR number of the management number can be printed, it is difficult to deal with barcodes and random numbers.
[0004]
Corresponding to these, there is a printing method using an ink jet printer (hereinafter referred to as IJP). This has high print density and excellent quality (resolution). Also, it has high printing processing capability and can print images of the game part in addition to barcodes. Moreover, since there is no swell (depending on the printing pressure or ink thickness) in the printing part, unevenness does not occur in the concealing layer (unevenness) If there is, information such as a game part can be visually recognized from above the concealment layer). From the above, the introduction of the IJP printing method is ideal, but there are also problems.
[0005]
That is, IJP printing uses water-based ink, but a substrate having water repellency and receiving an image must be selected. If high-quality paper is selected, the IJP ink is impregnated, so that the fixing is carried out, but the flickering (edges of characters or the like do not become straight lines or bleeding) occurs, and the print quality is deteriorated. In particular, it affects the bar code printing quality. Furthermore, when high-quality paper or the like is used, in the case of printing with low-viscosity inks such as gravure, flexo, and screen, the effect on the printing quality, such as flickering, is exerted similarly to IJP. In addition, when these are used for information concealment printed matter, in consideration of concealment from a strong light source, a paper having a high concealment property such as black paper, aluminum foil or the like is used. When ink or varnish having a viscosity is used, the varnish may permeate and the color of the concealing layer on the inside or the opposite surface may appear on the surface.
[0006]
As a means to solve such problems of high-quality paper (base material), coated paper, art paper, plastic sheet, etc. are applied to the surface to improve the surface smoothness and at the same time, "sealing" effect against penetration of varnish etc. Although it is a good idea to have this, there is a contradiction that printing by IJP will not be fixed.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In addition, when printing with general resin ink, the ink is generally composed mainly of acrylic, vinyl acetate, vinyl chloride, linseed oil, polyester, etc., so IJP printing on this does not fix. There is also a problem. For this reason, it is unavoidable to take measures to cover the print by printing on the IJP print, but since the printing ink is applied on the IJP print, the print density becomes thin and the visibility becomes poor. In addition, in the case of machine reading data, there is a concern about reading failure. Therefore, IJP printing on full color printing or solid printing is impossible. Furthermore, there is a possibility of fixing the IJP print by corona discharge treatment on the paper, but it is effective only immediately after the discharge, and there is a problem in quality stability.
[0008]
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and when performing printing with an ink jet printer (IJP) using water-based ink, between IJP printing and a paper base material, or between IJP printing and a base printing layer, In the meantime, an image-receiving layer capable of accepting IJP is applied by printing, and an information-hiding printed matter having a print layer configuration that does not need to be limited to paper is provided.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
To accomplish the above object, on at least one surface region subjected to printing layer of the substrate, underlying print layer, an ink jet printer (hereinafter, referred to as IJP) image-receiving layer, printed by IJP using a water-based ink print layer applying layers successively with laminated, further peeling varnish layer thereon, the masking layer is information hiding printed material formed by sequentially stacking a picture-printed layer.
Further, the IJP image receiving layer is made of an information-hiding printed material according to
Furthermore, the base printing layer is printed with a printing ink in which a porous pigment and a pigment expressing an arbitrary color tone are mixed with a resin, and the base printing layer has an IJP image receiving function.
[0010]
Further, the porous material has a particle size of 0.01 μm to 100 μm, and the compounding ratio of the porous material to the resin content is in the range of 0.1% to 80%.
Further, the printing density of the base printing layer is controlled in the PCS value range of 0.01 to 0.9.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention makes it possible to accept IJP printing between IJP printing and a paper substrate, or between IJP printing and a base printing layer, when printing with an ink jet printer (IJP) using water-based ink. The image receiving layer is provided by printing, and an information-hiding printed matter having a print layer configuration that does not require any restriction on the paper is provided.

Although there is no problem with the IJP printing and concealment layer even if the underlying printing layer 2 is not provided, it is desirable to provide the underlying layer as a tampering prevention measure such as cutting and pasting IJP print data. In addition, the design is not simple, and using ruled lines, lines, etc., which are a kind of security tint block that has been implemented in the past, is a sufficient prevention measure. In addition, as a preventive effect, full-color printing can be performed, and further, the design is enhanced.

As this porous material, one having a particle size of 0.01 μm to 100 μm may be used. That is, if it is less than 0.01 μm, sufficient capillary action cannot be obtained, and if it exceeds 100 μm, printability cannot be obtained, so 0.01 μm to 10 μm is preferable. Moreover, the compounding ratio with respect to the resin part of this porous substance mix | blends in 0.1 to 80% of range. Preferably, it is 0.1% to 20%, and if it is 0.1% or less, a sufficient image receiving function for IJP printing cannot be obtained, and if it is 80% or more, printability cannot be obtained.
