Abstract
【解決手段】 超電導ケーブル1は、中心から順にフォーマ200、超電導導体層20、電気絶縁層202、シールド層21、保護層204を具えるケーブルコア10を3本撚り合わせて断熱管101内に収納された構成である。各ケーブルコア10の超電導層において、臨界電流値が他の全ての部分(基部)よりも小さい限流部11を設けている。本発明超電導ケーブルは、短絡事故などが生じて、超電導導体層に過大な電流が流れた場合、限流部の臨界電流値が基部よりも小さいことで、限流部が先に臨界電流値を越えて、大抵抗となり、限流部が主に発熱する。この発熱により限流部は、損傷を生じるが、その他の基部に損傷が生じることを低減、或いはほとんどなくすことができる。

Claims (7)
- 超電導層を具える超電導ケーブルであって、
前記超電導層に臨界電流値が異なる部分を有することを特徴とする超電導ケーブル。 - 超電導層に臨界電流値が他の全ての部分よりも小さい限流部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超電導ケーブル。
- 超電導層は、超電導導体層及び超電導導体層の外周に具えるシールド層の少なくとも一方であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の超電導ケーブル。
- 超電導層を有する複数のケーブルコアから構成される超電導ケーブルを具える超電導ケーブル線路であって、
前記複数のケーブルコアが集合された集合部から各ケーブルコア間を広げた状態で各コアを収納する分岐箱と、
請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の超電導ケーブルとを具え、
前記分岐箱には、臨界電流値が異なる部分が収納されることを特徴とする超電導ケーブル線路。 - 分岐箱には、超電導ケーブルを冷却する冷媒が満たされ、冷媒が気化した際の圧力を調整する調整弁を具えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の超電導ケーブル線路。
- 超電導層には、臨界電流値が大きい部分と、臨界電流値が小さい部分とを有し、
前記臨界電流値が小さい部分は、
分岐箱内に配置される各ケーブルコアの集合部側から離れた位置に配置され、分岐箱が終端接続箱のとき分岐端側、又は分岐箱が中間接続箱のとき中央部に配置されることを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の超電導ケーブル線路。 - 分岐箱内において各ケーブルコアは、保持具にて保持され、
前記保持具は、
各コア間を広げた状態に保持し、ケーブルコアの伸縮に伴って分岐箱内を移動可能な構成を具えることを特徴とする請求項4〜6のいずれかに記載の超電導ケーブル線路。
