Abstract
【解決手段】 本願発明は、接続する光ファイバ素線を挿入する挿入口を有する光コネクタ筐体と、光コネクタ筐体の挿入口に挿入する光ファイバ素線を所定の位置に保持する保持部材と、該挿入する光ファイバ素線の先端部を該保持部材に押さえる押さえ部材と、ボタンの開放時に、該押さえ部材を反発力で該保持部材方向に押さえつける押さえバネと、押し込んだ時に該押さえバネの反発力を減殺し、開放時に該押さえバネの反発力で元の位置に復旧する該ボタンと、を備える光コネクタである。

Description
なお、これらの各構成は、可能な限り組み合わせることができる。
また、本光コネクタは、狭隘な場所にも設置できる構造であることから、本光コネクタを利用した光コネクタボックスは小型化、高密度実装が可能となる。
本実施の形態は、光ファイバ素線を接続する光コネクタである。本発明を実施する形態を図1、図2、図3に示す。図1、図2、図3において、10は光コネクタ、12は光コネクタ筐体、14は保持部材、16は押さえ部材、18は押さえバネ、20はボタン、22は挿入口、24はガイド、26はストッパー、28はガイド、30は光ファイバ心線、31は固定部材、32は光ファイバ素線である。
本実施の形態は、実施の形態1に対して異なるストッパーを備える光コネクタである。本発明を実施する形態を図4に示す。図4において、10は光コネクタ、12は光コネクタ筐体、14は保持部材、16は押さえ部材、18は押さえバネ、20はボタン、22は挿入口、24はガイド、26はストッパー、28はガイド、31は固定部材、34は光ファイバ素線である。
本実施の形態は、実施の形態1に対して異なるストッパーを備える光コネクタである。本発明を実施する形態を図5に示す。図5において、10は光コネクタ、12は光コネクタ筐体、14は保持部材、16は押さえ部材、18は押さえバネ、20はボタン、22は挿入口、24はガイド、26はストッパー、28はガイド、31は固定部材、36はフェルール、38は光ファイバ心線である。
本実施の形態は、実施の形態1に対して異なるストッパーを備える光コネクタである。本発明を実施する形態を図6に示す。図6において、10は光コネクタ、12は光コネクタ筐体、14は保持部材、16は押さえ部材、18は押さえバネ、20はボタン、22は挿入口、24はガイド、26はストッパー、28はガイド、31は固定部材、37は両切りフェルール、40は光ファイバ心線、42はスリーブである。
本実施の形態は、前述の実施の形態で説明した光コネクタを複数配置した光コネクタボックスである。本発明を実施する形態を図7、図8に示す。図7、図8において、10は光コネクタ、12は光コネクタ筐体、20はボタン、22は挿入口、24はガイド、44は光コネクタボックスである。

Claims (14)
- 光ファイバ素線を挿入する挿入口を有する光コネクタ筐体と、
該挿入する光ファイバ素線を所定の位置に保持する保持部材と、
該挿入する光ファイバ素線の先端部を該保持部材に押さえる押さえ部材と、
ボタンの開放時に、該押さえ部材を反発力で該保持部材方向に押さえつける押さえバネと、押し込んだ時に該押さえバネの反発力を減殺し、開放時に該押さえバネの反発力で元の位置に復旧する該ボタンと、を備える光コネクタ。 - 前記押さえバネは、前記ボタンを開放時に前記押さえ部材を前記挿入する光ファイバ素線の挿入方向に押し込む押し込み力も発生することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光コネクタ。
- 前記保持部材は、保持する側の面に形成されたV溝で前記挿入する光ファイバ素線を保持することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の光コネクタ。
- 前記保持部材のV溝は、前記挿入する光ファイバ素線を保持したときに前記挿入する光ファイバ素線の一部が前記保持部材の保持する側の面からはみ出る深さであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の光コネクタ。
- 前記押さえ部材は、押さえる側の面に形成されたV溝で前記挿入する光ファイバ素線を押さえることを特徴とする請求項1から4に記載のいずれかの光コネクタ。
- 前記押さえ部材のV溝は、前記挿入する光ファイバ素線を押さえたときに前記挿入する光ファイバ素線の一部が前記押さえ部材の押さえる側の面からはみ出る深さであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の光コネクタ。
- 前記押さえ部材は、シリコンゴム又は硬質プラスチックで構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から6に記載のいずれかの光コネクタ。
- 前記挿入した光ファイバ素線の端面に押し当てて前記挿入する光ファイバ素線を所定の位置に係止するストッパーをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1から7に記載のいずれかの光コネクタ。
- 前記ストッパーは、前記挿入口と反対方向から挿入して前記保持部材のV溝に固定した被接続光ファイバ素線であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の光コネクタ。
- 前記ストッパーは、穴部に被接続光ファイバ心線を具備するフェルールであることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の光コネクタ。
- 内部の一方の側に光ファイバ心線を具備する両切りのフェルールが収容され、内部の他方の側に被接続光ファイバ心線を具備するフェルールを収容可能な空間を有するスリーブをさらに備え、前記ストッパーは該両切りのフェルールであることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の光コネクタ。
- 前記挿入口は、光コネクタ筐体の内部に向けて狭くなり前記保持部材のV溝に導くテーパ状のガイドを有することを特徴とする請求項1から11に記載のいずれかの光コネクタ。
- 前記ボタン及び前記挿入口が、前記光コネクタ筐体の同一面に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から12に記載のいずれかの光コネクタ。
- 前記挿入口が外面側になるように請求項1から13に記載のいずれかの光コネクタを複数設置した光コネクタボックス。
