Abstract

【課題】中敷きを介して自分の靴であることが一目で分かり、しかも靴を履く楽しさを与えてくれるような靴の中敷きを提供すること。
【解決手段】中敷き本体の表面が紙又は不織布からなる靴の中敷きにおいて、前記中敷き本体２の表面に、透明又は半透明の合成樹脂シート８がその裏面に絵文字等のデザインを施されて接着されていることを特徴とする。

【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、一般の靴は勿論、運動用の靴、医療用の靴など各種の用途の靴に用いられる中敷きに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来から用いられている靴の中敷きは、例えば中敷き本体の表面が不織布からなっていて、あくまでも保温、消臭、クッションなどの機能性に主体をおくもので、その表面も靴の中の色と同色の単色（黒、ベージュなど無地が多い）で色彩に乏しかった。換言すると、従来の中敷きは、単に靴の機能性を向上させるだけのものに過ぎず、ファッション性に乏しいものであった。中敷き本体の表面に印刷によりデザインすることは不可能ではないが、本体の表面が不織布からなっているので、このような不織布の表面に細かい印刷ができないという問題があった。

また、せっかく中敷きを用いていても単色からなるので、学校や老人ホーム、病院などで同色で同タイプの靴を使用することが多い場所では靴の履き間違いをし易いという問題があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
そこでこの発明は、前記のような従来の問題点を解決し、中敷きを介して自分の靴であることが一目で分かり、しかも靴を履く楽しさを与えてくれるような靴の中敷きを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記の目的を達成するため、請求項１に記載の発明は、中敷き本体の表面が紙又は不織布からなる靴の中敷きにおいて、前記中敷き本体の表面に、透明又は半透明の合成樹脂シートがその裏面に絵文字等のデザインを施されて接着されていることを特徴とする。請求項２に記載の発明は、請求項１において、合成樹脂シートは、適所に透孔が穿設されていることを特徴とする。

請求項３に記載の発明は、請求項１又は２において、合成樹脂シートは、中敷き本体とほぼ同形を呈し、かつシート全体に多数の透孔が穿設されていることを特徴とする。請求項４に記載の発明は、請求項１ないし３のいずれかにおいて、デザインは、多色刷り印刷によるカラフルなカラーデザインであることを特徴とする。

請求項５に記載の発明は、中敷き本体の表面が紙又は不織布からなる靴の中敷きにおいて、前記中敷き本体の表面に絵文字等のデザインが施され、このデザインを覆って透明又は半透明の合成樹脂シートが接着されていることを特徴とする。請求項６に記載の発明は、請求項５において、合成樹脂シートは、適所に透孔が穿設されていることを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
この発明の実施の形態を、添付図面を参照して説明する。

図１は靴の中敷きの全体平面図、図２は図１の線Ａ−Ａに沿う拡大断面図である。１は中敷きで、靴の中底面形状と平面でほぼ同形の中敷き本体２を有し、該本体は断面では図２に示すように下から上へ不織布３、消臭シート４、コートボール紙５、消臭シート６、不織布７、合成樹脂シートとしての透明フィルム８が積層接着されて構成されている。消臭シート４，６は、例えば備長炭シートからなる。これら積層体からなる本体２の全体の厚さは１．２ｍｍ程度となっている。

透明フィルム８は、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、塩化ビニール、ＰＥＴなどからなり、不織布７の表面全体にわたり接着されている。透明フィルム８の裏面には絵文字等のデザインがカラー印刷により施されている。９はその印刷面である。印刷面９のデザインは、図１に示すように複数色による縦縞模様のカラフルなカラーデザインとなっているが、必ずしも複数色である必要はなく、単色によるものでもよい。カラーデザインは多色刷り印刷によって施される。

透明フィルム８には多数の透孔１１が穿設され、該透孔により通気性を高め、足の汗などの湿気等が透孔１１を経てフイルムの表面から裏面に通過し、不織布７で吸収し易いになっている。透孔１１は図示したように規則的な配列によりフイルム全体に穿設されているが、これも必ずしも全体に設ける必要はなく、蒸れ易い任意の適所に設けるようにしてもよいことは言うまでもない。

この実施の形態では透明フィルム８を中敷き本体２と同大同形としてその全体にわたり接着した例を示したが、必要により全体ではなく、特に必要とする任意の位置、例えば靴の踵側の半部とか、適宜な位置にのみ接着するような形状としてもよい。また、不織布７に接着されるフィルム８は半透明であってもよい。

前記のような構成からなるので、靴の中敷き本体２に接着される透明フイルム８の裏面に施されたカラフルなカラーデザインの印刷面９により、ファッション性を高めることが可能となる。また、靴を脱いだ状態においてデザインにより一目で自分の靴であることが判別できるので、同種の靴が多数ある場所でも他人の靴と間違えることもない。

図３に多色刷り印刷によって施されるカラーデザインの別の一例を挙げる。図３（Ａ）は本体２の表面全体をＵＫ国旗風のデザインに、図３（Ｂ）は本体２の表面全体を丸など曲線を利用してデザインにしたものである。

前記に説明した実施の形態ではフイルム８の裏面にデザインを施したが、このようなものに限らず、図示省略したがフイルム８で覆われる不織布７にデザインを施してもよい。不織布７にデザインを施すと、従来の技術の欄で説明したように、なかなか細かな印刷ができないということもあるが、そのような場合には例えば不織布７に代え、紙を用いるとか、あるいは不織布７の上にさらに紙を接着して対応するとかすれば可能となる。

前記のような不織布７又は紙の上にデザインを施した場合にもフイルム８の裏面にデザインを施したものと同様な作用効果が期待できる。

尚、前記各実施の形態においては、透明フィルム８に透孔１１を穿設したが、透孔１１は必ずしも穿設する必要はない。

【発明の効果】
請求項１〜４の発明は、前記のようであって、中敷き本体の表面が紙又は不織布からなる靴の中敷きにおいて、前記中敷き本体の表面に、透明又は半透明の合成樹脂シートがその裏面に絵文字等のデザインを施されて接着されており、また請求項５，６の発明は、前記のようであって、中敷き本体の表面が紙又は不織布からなる靴の中敷きにおいて、前記中敷き本体の表面に絵文字等のデザインが施され、このデザインを覆って透明又は半透明の合成樹脂シートが接着されているので、従来のものに比べてファッション性が格段に高まり、同種の靴が多数ある場所でも他人の靴と間違えることもなく、自分の靴であることが一目で分かるのに加え、靴を履く楽しさを与えてくれるという優れた効果がある。

Claims (6)

  1. 中敷き本体の表面が紙又は不織布からなる靴の中敷きにおいて、前記中敷き本体の表面に、透明又は半透明の合成樹脂シートがその裏面に絵文字等のデザインを施されて接着されていることを特徴とする靴の中敷き。
  2. 合成樹脂シートは、適所に透孔が穿設されている請求項１記載の靴の中敷き。
  3. 合成樹脂シートは、中敷き本体とほぼ同形を呈し、かつシート全体に多数の透孔が穿設されている請求項１又は２記載の靴の中敷き。
  4. デザインは、多色刷り印刷によるカラフルなカラーデザインである請求項１ないし３のいずれかに記載の靴の中敷き。
  5. 中敷き本体の表面が紙又は不織布からなる靴の中敷きにおいて、前記中敷き本体の表面に絵文字等のデザインが施され、このデザインを覆って透明又は半透明の合成樹脂シートが接着されていることを特徴とする靴の中敷き。
  6. 合成樹脂シートは、適所に透孔が穿設されている請求項５記載の靴の中敷き。
