Description

Figure 2005021119
Figure 2005021119
[Technical field to which the invention pertains]
The present invention relates to a seed treatment method used for seedlings.
[Prior art]
Conventionally, for seedlings, it is common to select seeds with good growth and use well-sorted and uniform seeds.
Although the soaking treatment is widely used, the water absorption is not always uniform, and the accompanying vernalization treatment is poorly uniform, the treatment is difficult, and the seeds are wet and difficult to handle.
[Problems to be Solved by the Invention]
Seed coat dirt and waxy substances, if washed well and cleaned, improve the activity of the seed and breathe actively during storage dormancy.
In addition, when water is drained and frozen in a wet state, seed characteristics are often improved as a vernalization treatment.
After these treatments, it is sufficiently dried to obtain treated seeds.
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve this problem, the following means were discovered.
In order to wash away the seed coat dirt and waxy substances, clean them thoroughly with a large amount of water and a large amount of light saline solution, and then drain the seed water thoroughly and freeze it quickly while still wet. Accordingly, freezing is performed at an appropriate temperature for an appropriate period of time, and a vernalization treatment is performed.
After the treatment is complete, dry it well enough to obtain treated seeds.
[Embodiment of the Invention]
Put an appropriate amount of seeds for seedlings in a medium-sized cloth bag, wash it thoroughly with a large amount of water or a large amount of thin saline solution from the outside, and remove seed coat dirt and waxy substances. After rinsing, drain the water well, put it in a freezer as soon as it is wet, freeze it, and after applying the vernalization at an appropriate temperature for an appropriate period depending on the species, take it out of the cloth bag and spread it widely. Dry well to obtain treated seeds.
[Example]
Seed for seedlings is placed in a medium-sized cloth bag at 1kg to 10kg at a time. After carefully washing it twice or several times with a washing machine, it is thoroughly dehydrated with a dehydrator and dampened into a bag. Put it in a freezer and freeze it for a month to several months, then apply the vernalization.
After that, it is taken out from the cloth bag, widened widely, and dried well to obtain treated seeds.
[Effect of the Invention]
By washing the seed coat of seeds harvested for seedlings with water or light saline solution, the activity of the seeds is improved.
In addition, after washing, drain water, freeze it in a wet state, and use it for vernalization.
The vernalization method varies greatly depending on the type of crop and the expected effect.
However, in general, seed maturation is more complete, cultivatability is better, and there is a tendency to increase the degree of completion.
In seed soaking, the water absorption is not uniform, but the water absorption accompanying the washing is relatively well aligned, and the treatment associated therewith also has the advantage.
Takemura (1938-) proposes a method for inferring physiological and ecological changes in organisms from physical and chemical changes in water.
In general, when a living organism goes to sleep, it produces nutrients from the outside world and introduces them into the body. Normal anabolism is greatly reduced, while internal assimilation is increased, and necessary ingredients are made from nutrients stored in the body to supplement deficiencies and maintain homeostasis.
Plant seeds are in a dormant state and are gradually assimilated by internal assimilation and gradually oxidized by dehydrogenation.
Internal assimilation is performed by dehydration polymerization, and highly active dehydration and active hydrogen due to dehydrogenation increase relatively in the body.
When active water adsorbs active hydrogen, the surface tension increases and an adsorbed film is formed on the outer surface. A repulsive force is generated on the side of the hydrogen adsorbed in the inside, and many hydrogen atoms on the outer periphery are removed and moved away. On the other hand, an attractive force is generated on the side of the adsorbed water and attracts many water molecules from the outer periphery. And hydrogen adsorption water is made.
Figure 2005021119
Hydrogen-adsorbed water is a large collection of water molecules, and when made in the body, it cannot permeate the semipermeable membrane, so it stays in the body for a long time, resulting in swelling of the body.
Here, when the surroundings dries or freezes and the free molecules of water become scarce, the attractive force of adsorption that attracts the water generated by adsorption works centripetally inside the adsorption film, making the core part rich in energy. Enrich and further increase mass.
Figure 2005021119
As a result, seeds that have been effectively treated and stored well-dried are enriched and germination results are improved. In addition, the effect of vernalization can be enhanced.
Furthermore, the attractive force of adsorption is a laser attractive force and possesses the properties of a laser.
That is, it has a strong attractive force, a single attractive force, and an interference action.
Due to the attractive force of adsorption, macromolecules, genetic mechanisms, and evolutionary mechanisms are interfering.
As for the effect of the saline washing, hydrogen adsorbed water H 3 O (H 2 O) n is a component of cumulonimbus cloud, and from the crystal H 3 O (H 2 O) 6 of snow, Become.
On the other hand, Nacl is a cubic crystal in which one atom is in contact with six atoms in six directions.
In this way, since the properties of coupling and connecting in six directions are common, the salt water makes it easy to form hydrogen-adsorbed water, and a lot of it is produced, and the coherence is improved.
The treatment effect and germination results are improved accordingly.
It also depends on the fact that the saline solution can easily wash the waxy substance and is washed cleanly.
