Description

【0001】

The bill loading is performed when, for example, bills are loaded into the device before the automatic teller machine 101 is operated, or when bills are replenished into the device when the number of bills loaded during operation decreases. .
[0033]
FIG. 5 is a configuration diagram of an automatic teller machine for explaining the operation of bill loading according to the present embodiment.
In FIG. 5, when bills are loaded, the bills in the loading collection box 8 are fed out to the transport path 5 and transported in the direction of the arrow in the figure. At that time, the denomination, the number of sheets, and the state of the banknote are determined through the banknote discriminating unit 3, the banknotes that are not to be withdrawn are stored in the deposit box 6, and the banknotes to be withdrawn are returned for each denomination. Store in storage 7.
[0034]
FIG. 6 shows a flowchart of the bill loading.
[0035]
On the other hand, banknote collection is performed, for example, when collecting banknotes in the automatic teller machine 101 after the end of business, or when it becomes necessary to collect banknotes in the apparatus due to an increase in the number of banknotes loaded during operation. .
[0036]
FIG. 7 is a configuration diagram of an automatic teller machine for explaining the operation of collecting banknotes in this embodiment.
[0037]
In FIG. 7, at the time of banknote collection, the banknote in the reflux box 7 is fed out to the transport path 5 and transported in the direction of the arrow in the figure. At that time, the denomination and the number of sheets are determined through the banknote determination unit 3 and stored in the loading collection box 8. In this embodiment, the banknotes in the safe 6 are collected by removing the safe 6 as it is.
[0038]
FIG. 8 shows a flow chart of the bill collection.
[0039]
Moreover, the number of banknotes in the apparatus can be determined by performing the above-described collecting operation and loading operation.
[0040]
Next, the loading / recovery box 8 to which the embodiment of the present invention is applied will be described in detail.
[0041]
FIG. 9 is a side view showing a state in which banknotes are stored in the loading / recovery box 8.
FIG. 10 is a side view showing a state in which banknotes are discharged from the loading / recovery box 8.
FIG. 11 is a top view showing the configuration of the loading / recovery box 8 mounted on the banknote depositing / dispensing apparatus 1.
9, 10, and 11, the loading / recovery box 8 is a horizontal banknote bank that stores banknotes in a horizontal state in a standing state, and stores and separates banknotes having different dimensions.
The banknote take-in / release mechanism includes a stack / feed roller 801, a pickup roller 811, a follow-up rotating backup roller 802, a gate roller 803 that rotates in the banknote storage direction and does not rotate in the payout direction, and a gate roller 803. The brush roller 804 is arranged on the same axis and has flexible pushing members arranged radially, and a separation / stacking guide 805 whose position changes between separation and stacking.
[0042]
The stack / feed roller 801 is driven and rotated by using a driving source and a gear (not shown) to send the banknotes to be stored to the stacking space and to send the banknotes to be discharged to the transport path 5. The backup roller 802 rotates following the stack / feed roller 801, holds the banknote between the stack / feed roller 801, and transports the banknote. The gate roller 803 rotates following the stack / feed roller 801 when storing bills, but does not rotate when discharging.
That is, when the banknote is separated and fed out by the pickup roller 811 and the stack / feed roller 801, the banknote adjacent to the released banknote contacts the gate roller 803 and is prevented from being fed out following the released banknote.
[0043]
The stack / feed roller 801 and the gate roller 803 serve as intake and discharge ports continuing into the accumulation space. That is, when the stack / feed roller 801 and the gate roller 803 are removed from the bills taken from the outside, the bills are brought into an unconstrained state except for contact with the separation / stacking guide 805 and are taken into the stacking space.
[0044]
Note that the brush roller 804 has a sheet only for about half a circle in order to realize a bill discharge operation. When storing banknotes, the banknotes stacked in the stacking space with the sheets arranged radially by rotating in the banknote storing direction are scraped out into the storage space. When discharging the banknote, the brush roller 804 stops at a position where the sheet does not appear in the stacking space. Thereby, banknotes can be discharged without interfering with the sheet.
[0045]
The pickup roller 811 is driven in synchronization with the stack / feed roller 801, and the brush roller 804 is driven in reverse rotation with respect to the stack / feed roller 801, so that the drive source is shared.
Note that the brush roller 804 is connected to the stack / feed roller 801 via a one-way clutch, and the brush roller 804 does not rotate when a bill is released.
Furthermore, the one-way clutch is a clutch that rotates in one direction but does not rotate in the opposite direction, and rotates in the clockwise direction shown in FIG. 9, but does not rotate in the counterclockwise direction.
[0046]
In the separation / stacking guide 805, the surface on the stacking space side becomes a banknote guide surface, and guides banknotes when banknotes are stored and discharged. At the time of banknote storage, the banknote guide surface is arranged at a position along the extension of the banknote advancing direction at the intake / release port of the intake / release mechanism. When the bill is released, the bill guide surface is retracted to a position where the pickup roller 811 is exposed.
[0047]
The storage space includes a floor surface 808, a floor belt 807 suspended above the floor surface 808 so as to support the lower end of the stored bills, a push plate 806, a separation / stacking guide 805, a top plate 810, and a side wall. 813 is formed.
The attachment position of the side wall 813 can be set according to the size of the bill. It is appropriate to set the width of the side wall 813 to a value about 2 mm to 10 mm larger than the width direction dimension of the banknote. Moreover, the distance between the floor 808 and the top plate 810 is set to a value larger than the height direction length of the largest sized bill so that the largest sized bill handled by the bill depositing / dispensing apparatus 1 can be stored.
[0048]
The transmission sensor includes a light emitting element 888a and a light receiving element 888b. When a banknote exists in the vicinity of the intake / discharge port, the banknote blocks light, so that it can be known that the banknote exists in the vicinity of the intake / discharge port.
Four-blade mechanism
In this embodiment, a progress restricting means 891 that suppresses excessive progress of the stacked banknotes is provided above the separation / stacking guide 805.
[0049]
FIG. 12 is a view showing the shape of the progress restricting means 891.
In FIG. 12, the progress restricting means 891 includes a rolling member 891a as a friction reducing member for reducing friction with a bill at the tip.
As other examples of the friction reducing member, as shown in FIG. 19 described later, instead of the rolling member 891a, the tip of the progress restricting means 891 has a spherical or rhombus shape, or a spherical or rhombus shape. It may be provided with a movable object.
[0050]
A space formed by the separation / stacking guide 805, the floor surface 808, and the travel regulation means 891 is a stacking space, and banknotes taken from outside are stacked in this stacking space.
As shown in FIG. 9, the floor belt 807 and the floor surface 808 are inclined as interference preventing means, and the side wall 813, the rail of the push plate 806, and the top plate 810 are inclined accordingly. Thereby, it is possible to secure the accumulation space so that the stored banknotes are not hung on the separation / accumulation guide 805.
As another means for realizing this object, the entire loading / recovery box 8 may be inclined and installed in the banknote depositing / dispensing apparatus 1.
[0051]
The progress restricting means 891 has a role of restricting the banknotes from traveling excessively upward when stacking the banknotes in the stacking space.
In addition, as shown in FIG. 11, the upper end part of a stack | stacking banknote is controlled in multiple places by providing the progress control means 891 in multiple numbers in a banknote width direction.
Further, in order to prevent the banknote from entering above the progress regulating means 891 in accordance with the rotation operation of the progress regulating means 891, as shown in FIG. 9, a banknote entry preventing means 893 having a shape in which the banknote is caught is provided above the accumulation space. You may prepare.
Four-blade stacking operation
Next, the operation when the bills of different sizes are mixed and stored in the loading / recovery box 8 will be described.
[0052]
FIG. 14 is a schematic diagram of control for storing and discharging banknotes in the loading and collecting box of the present embodiment.
In FIG. 14, the control unit 9 controls each drive unit, sensor, and the like of the loading / recovery box 8. Moreover, the banknote size detection means comprised by the memory | storage part DB with the banknote discrimination | determination part 3 which discriminate | determines the denomination of a banknote, and the database which matched the money type and the banknote dimension is the dimension of the banknote which passes the banknote discrimination | determination part 3. And immediately transmits the information to the control unit 9. At this time, information on the banknote conveyance order is also transmitted to the control unit 9.
[0053]
FIG. 13 is a diagram for explaining the operation of storing banknotes in the loading and collecting box provided with the present embodiment.
[0054]
In FIG. 13, the banknote passed through the banknote discriminating unit 3 is then conveyed to the loading / recovery box 8. The controller 9 rotates the stack / feed roller 801 and the gate roller 803 by driving the stack / feed roller driving motor 801m, and sandwiches and conveys the banknote 1000 into the loading / recovery box 8. At this time, the banknote 1000 is conveyed while maintaining a standing state along the banknote guide surface of the separation / stacking guide 805.
[0055]
Then, after the nipping between the stack / feed roller 801 and the gate roller 803 is released, the leading end of the banknote 1000 in the advancing direction collides with the protruding portion (in the vicinity of the rolling member 891a) of the advancing restricting means 891.
In addition, when the information of the banknote taken into the loading collection | recovery store | warehouse | chamber 8 is transmitted to the control part 9, the control part 9 considers the banknote conveyance time from the banknote discrimination | determination part 3 to the loading collection | recovery store | warehouse | chamber 8, and is for progress control means. The drive motor 891m is driven, and the travel restricting means 891 is controlled to rotate counterclockwise in FIG. 13 so that the distance from the floor 808 to the protruding portion of the travel restricting means 891 is equal to the length of each stacked bill in the travel direction. To do.
In principle, the progress regulating means 891 is controlled so as to rotate by one protrusion relative to one bill. In this way, excessive advancement can be prevented by regulating the leading end of the bill 1000 in the traveling direction, and the trailing end in the traveling direction can be accumulated in a state aligned with the floor 808.
And the banknote of a different dimension can be accumulate | stacked continuously because the protrusion part of the progress control means 891 rotates by one for every banknote.
[0056]
As shown in FIG. 13, for example, a bill detecting means 892 for detecting the passage of banknotes is installed in the vicinity of the backup roller 802, and the travel regulating means 891 is rotated for each stacked banknote in accordance with the passage timing of the banknotes. Control may be performed.
[0057]
FIG. 15 is a diagram showing a control flow during the storing operation of the progress restricting means 891 of this embodiment.
FIG. 16 is a diagram showing a control flow during the storing operation of the progress restricting means 891 in this case.
In addition, the collision with a succeeding banknote can be avoided by suppressing the lower end of the banknote accumulated | stacked in stacking space with the brush roller 804 which rotates. On the other hand, when the banknotes near the accumulation space increase and the time during which the transmission sensor 888 is shielded becomes longer than a certain time, the control unit 9 drives the push plate drive motor 806m to secure the accumulation space, The push plate 806 is moved in the spreading direction.
Four-blade separation operation
Next, the operation in the case of discharging banknotes from the loading collection box 8 will be described. As shown in FIG. 10, when the banknotes are discharged from the loading collection box 8, the pressing plate drive motor 806m is driven to move the pressing plate 806 to the separation / stacking guide 805 side to separate the stored banknotes. -Press against the accumulation guide 805. At the same time, the separation / accumulation guide 805 and the travel regulation means 891 are retracted, and the pickup roller 811 is exposed. Then, by rotating the pickup roller 811, the stored banknotes are discharged out of the loading / recovery box 8 while being separated one by one.
As described above, since banknotes are stacked in a state where the bottom edges of the banknotes are aligned with the floor surface 808, stable banknote discharge can be realized.
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to store bills having different dimensions in a single loading and collecting store.
[0058]
FIG. 17 is a diagram showing an interference preventing means provided with another embodiment.
FIG. 18 is a diagram showing interference preventing means having another embodiment.
In FIGS. 17 and 18, the floor belt 807 and the floor 808 are inclined as interference preventing means, but a pressing plate 806a provided with a spring 806s for pressing plate inclination may be used as the interference preventing means. In this case, as shown in FIG. 17, when stacking banknotes, the pressing plate 806 a is tilted by the force of the spring 806 s for tilting the pressing plate, so that the stored banknotes in the storage space can be tilted, and the stored banknotes are separated and stacked. An accumulation space can be secured so as not to get on the guide 805. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 18, at the time of banknote separation, as the pressing plate 806 a moves in the direction of the separation / stacking guide 805, the posture of the stored banknote and the pressing plate 806 a is separated / removed by the reaction force of the separation / stacking guide 805. It changes in the direction along the accumulation guide 805, and stable separation can be performed.
[0059]
FIG. 19 is a diagram for explaining friction reducing means provided with another embodiment.
Single blade mechanism
In place of the progress restricting means 891 shown in FIG. 12, a stacking auxiliary means 812 having both the function of the progress restricting means and the function of the interference preventing means may be used as shown in FIG. The stacking assisting means 812 includes a stopper portion 812a that functions as a travel restricting means and a bill support portion 812b that functions as an interference preventing means.
[0060]
The stopper portion 812a has a function of restricting the banknote from excessively moving upward when stacking the banknote in the stacking space. The banknote support part 812b is a boundary between the accumulation space and the storage space, and has a role of supporting the banknotes stored in the storage space. The distance from the front end of the banknote support part 812b to the floor surface 808 is shorter than the length of the minimum dimension banknote handled by the banknote depositing / dispensing apparatus 1, that is, the banknote height stored in the standing position. This is to prevent the banknotes taken up in the stacking space in the standing state and the stored banknotes in the storage space from entering the stacking space.
[0061]
The stacking auxiliary member in FIG. 20 includes only one bill support portion 812b, but may include two or more.
Even when two or more banknote support parts 812b are provided, the banknote is not sandwiched between one banknote support part 812b and another banknote support part 812b, but separated from the banknote support part 812b and the stopper part 812a. Stack banknotes in a stacking space composed of the stacking guide 805 and the floor surface 808.
[0062]
FIG. 23 is a top view showing the configuration of the loading / recovery box 8 provided with the stacking auxiliary means 812. FIG. FIG. 21 is a side view showing a state in which banknotes are stored in the loading / recovery box 8, and FIG. 22 is a side view showing a state in which banknotes are discharged from the loading / recovery box 8.
Incidentally, as shown in FIG. 24, the separation / stacking guide 805 is provided with a stacking space amount detecting means 890. The accumulating space amount detecting means 890 normally protrudes into the accumulating space by a spring (not shown). However, when the bills occupy the accumulating space, the accumulated space amount detecting means 890 moves toward the separation / stacking guide 805 side by the bills. Defeated. Thereby, it can be detected that the banknote occupies the accumulation space.
Single blade accumulation operation
Next, the operation when banknotes are stored in the loading / recovery box 8 will be described. The case of storing banknotes in the loading collection box 8 is a case where the above collection or scrutiny is performed. That is, it is a case where a banknote is sequentially conveyed to the loading collection | recovery store | warehouse | chamber 8 for every recirculation | refrigeration store | warehouse | chamber 7 which stores a banknote for every money type, in other words, it is a case where the banknote of the same dimension is collectively conveyed to the loading collection | recovery store | warehouse | chamber 8.
[0063]
As shown in FIG. 26, the control unit 9 manages each drive unit, sensor, and the like of the loading / recovery box 8. Is transmitted to the control unit 9.
[0064]
When the bill size information taken into the loading / recovery box 8 is transmitted to the control unit 9, the control unit 9 drives the accumulation assisting means drive motor 812m, and the distance from the floor surface 808 to the stopper portion 812a is the progress of the bill to be taken in. The accumulation assisting means 812 is rotated and fixed to a position equivalent to the direction length. In addition, the case where the dimension of the banknote taken in is comparatively small is shown in FIG. 24, and the case where the dimension of the banknote taken in is comparatively large is shown in FIG. As shown in FIG.
By making the upper part of the separation / stacking guide 805 circular, it is possible to increase the upper limit of the dimensions of stackable banknotes.
[0065]
Subsequently, by driving the stack / feed roller driving motor 801m, the stack / feed roller 801 and the gate roller 803 are rotated, and the bill 1000 is nipped and conveyed in the loading / recovery box 8. At this time, the banknote 1000 is conveyed while maintaining a standing state along the banknote guide surface of the separation / stacking guide 805.
[0066]
Then, after the nipping between the stack / feed roller 801 and the gate roller 803 is released, the leading end of the banknote 1000 in the advancing direction collides with the stopper portion 812a of the stacking assisting means 812. That is, by restricting the leading edge of the bill 1000 in the traveling direction, excessive advancement can be prevented, and the trailing end in the traveling direction can be stacked with the floor surface 808 aligned.
[0067]
When the banknotes are continuously accumulated as described above, and the proportion of the accumulated banknotes occupying the accumulation space increases and the accumulation space amount detection means 890 detects this, as shown in FIG. The motor 812m is driven to rotate the accumulation assisting means 812. By doing so, the bill between the separation / stacking guide 805 and the bill support portion 812b moves to the storage space, and there is no bill in the stacking space. In addition, it is desirable to interrupt the banknote conveyance to the loading collection | recovery store | warehouse | chamber 8, while the stacking assistance means 812 is rotating.
[0068]
When the banknote of a certain size is stored in the above procedure, it continues, and the position of the stacking auxiliary means 812 is changed according to the size of the banknote to be stored next, and the storing is continued. By repeating this, it is possible to store the bills stored in the respective reflux stores 7 in one loading and collecting store 8 as long as the bill capacity permits. FIG. 28 shows a control flow chart when the stacking assisting means 812 of this embodiment performs the storing operation.
[0069]
The configuration, control, and the like of the brush roller 804 and the pressing plate 806 are the same as described above. However, the drive timing of the push plate 806 may be synchronized with the rotation timing of the stacking auxiliary means 812 described above.
Single blade separation operation
Next, the operation in the case of discharging banknotes from the loading collection box 8 will be described. As shown in FIG. 22, when the banknotes are discharged from the loading / recovery box 8, the pressing plate drive motor 806m is driven to move the pressing plate 806 to the separation / stacking guide 805 side to separate the stored banknotes. -Press against the accumulation guide 805. At the same time, the separation / stacking guide 805 and the stacking assisting means 812 are retracted from the storage space, and the pickup roller 811 is exposed.
[0070]
By using the loading collection | recovery store | warehouse | chamber 8 demonstrated above, the automatic teller machine which can load and collect | recover the banknote of a different dimension in a banknote depositing / withdrawing apparatus can be provided.
[0071]
The temporary storage unit 4 for temporarily storing the deposited banknotes until the transaction is established is a place where the banknotes inserted into the deposit / withdrawal port 2 by the user are first accumulated, and thus is similar to the loading / recovery box 8. In addition, a function for collecting banknotes having different dimensions is required. Therefore, by applying the present invention to the temporary storage unit 4, it is possible to provide an automatic teller machine capable of depositing / withdrawing bills having different dimensions.
[0072]
Further, in this embodiment, an example of a banknote depositing / dispensing device using a deposit box for depositing rejected banknotes and using a return box as a banknote of each type of money is shown. It can also be used as a reflux container.
[0073]
Moreover, although the horizontal-type banknote storage which stores a banknote by standing is demonstrated here, as shown in FIG. 30, it is applicable also to the vertical-type banknote storage which accumulate | stores a banknote horizontally. In addition, as shown in FIG. 30, the press plate 806b may be inclined so that the left end of the banknote is aligned with the floor surface 808 due to gravity. In this case, the push plate 806b moves in the same manner as the push plate 806a, although the inclination direction is different.
Other members in FIG. 30 move in the same manner as described above. As a result, even in the horizontal loading / recovery container 8, by providing the travel restricting means 891 for restricting excessive travel, it is possible to perform accumulation while maintaining alignment with the floor surface 808, and thus stable separation is also possible. Is possible.
The object handled by the apparatus of the present invention can be applied not only to banknotes but also to all paper sheets.
[0074]
【The invention's effect】
If this invention is used, the banknote depositing / withdrawing apparatus and cash automatic transaction apparatus which can mix and isolate | separate the banknote from which a dimension differs can be provided.
