Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
According to the present invention, in order to harvest vegetables, the rotating disk (1) is rotated by an electric motor or an engine, etc., and the harvested vegetables are pulled out or pinched and lifted upward, and the harvested vegetables are separated by a cutting blade (10) and easily separated. To harvest.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, harvesting of green vegetables and root vegetables was done mainly by hand, because there was no model that used to pick out vegetables while harvesting them.
Harvesting these is very hard work.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Harvesting of green vegetables, root vegetables, etc. mostly involves harvesting the harvested vegetables by grasping the roots and removing or cutting them. An object of the present invention is to provide a device which releases the work of farmers from heavy labor by performing the operation of harvesting these vegetables by electric power so that various vegetables can be harvested easily and easily.
[0004]
[Means for solving the problem]
(A) A dropping part (6), which comprises a rotating gear (2) and a rotating disk (1) connected in the form of a bearing (3), and which pushes the harvested vegetables backward, and a collecting part ( 7) A vegetable harvesting device comprising:
(B) Next, an embodiment of the present invention at the time of implementation will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a plan view seen from above and a partially transparent view. The rotating disks (1) connected in the form of a rotating gear (2) or a bearing (3) rotate, and the rotating disk (1) on the left side of the figure causes reciprocating motion by a cam, and is guided backward while grasping vegetables. Below the rotating disk (1), there is formed a cutting blade (10) for separating the harvested vegetables and a collecting part (7) for accommodating vegetables and the like taken in further behind. On both sides of the collecting part (7), a car (9) and a handle (8) for guiding these devices are provided.
(C) FIG. 2 is a view showing a brush-like shape in which a dropping portion (6) of the present invention is provided near the ground to drop excess soil.
[0006]
A rotating gear (2) and a bearing (3) are connected to rotate the rotating disk (1) constituting the present invention (claim 1).
(A) The rotating disk (1) may be detachably formed on a rotating device such as a rotating gear (2) or a bearing (3), or these may be integrated.
(B) Provide unevenness or a member attached to the rotating shaft (5) so as to connect from the shape of the rotating gear (2) or bearing (3), or separately provide an uneven member or the like in the shape of the rotating gear (2) or the bearing (3). Thus, the rotating disk (1) may be rotated by these members. It is also possible to rotate the rotating disk (1) by the pressure of rotation.
(C) The method of operating the rotating disk (1) uses a rotating gear (2) and a bearing (3), as well as a belt, a chain, an electric motor, a magnet, and the like. Necessary angle rotation), up and down movement, left and right movement are also conceivable.
[0007]
The rotating disk (1) constituting the present invention is a part necessary for fulfilling the purpose of sandwiching (grabbing) the harvested vegetables (claim 1).
(B) Since the size and shape of the harvested vegetables vary, it is desirable that the shape is suitable for the purpose. The shape of the rotating disk (1) is not always singular, and a combination of a plurality of members may be considered. The entire sandwiched portion is referred to as the rotating disk (1).
(B) There are various types of harvested vegetables, including hard ones and vulnerable ones. It is desirable to use materials that do not damage these harvested vegetables. It is also conceivable to attach a non-slip member or the like to grasp the sandwiched vegetables firmly.
(C) In order to make it easier to sandwich vegetables, it is conceivable to bend the surface, the tip or the side of the rotating disk (1), make a groove, or attach an uneven member. In addition, the tip of the rotating disk (1) is bent outward so that the traveling direction is widened so that the harvested vegetables can easily enter, or the tip of the entire rotating disk (1) is widely opened. It is also conceivable to use a spring or the like.
(D) The rotating disks (1) may be connected to each other by a rotating shaft (5) or another member, and the rotating disks (1) may be used continuously in a row. ) And the bearing (3), and the rotating disks (1) or the rotating disks (1) may be provided on both left and right sides thereof. Further, a plurality of rotating disks (1) are required to sandwich the rotating disk (1), but only a single operation is possible.
(E) In addition to harvesting vegetables, weeds may be removed. In such a case, a projection or a member which can be easily hooked on the root may be provided on the surface and side surface of the rotating disk (1) so that the root can be hooked and pulled out. Further, the shape of the rotating disk (1) may be a shape that is easily hooked, such as a saw-tooth shape, a mulberry shape, a curved plate shape, or the like. If a cutting blade (10) is provided on a part of the hooked part or a part of the rotating disk (1), a root or a root that cannot be removed can be cut off.
(F) The height and width of the rotating disk (1) can be freely adjusted using screws, grooves, members, and the like.
[0008]
The rotating disk (1) is configured to reciprocate for grasping the harvested vegetables constituting the present invention (claim 1).
(A) By reciprocating using a cam, electric, magnetic, pneumatic (hydraulic, hydraulic), etc., it is possible to grab harvested vegetables and perform harvesting work (FIG. 1). The rotating discs (1) may be configured to reciprocate with each other, or the reciprocating motion of only one of the rotating discs may achieve the purpose.
(B) It is conceivable to provide a function in which the rotating disk (1) reciprocates between the rotating disks (1).
(C) Since the size, width, etc., differ depending on the type of harvested vegetables, a reciprocating width may be provided around a reciprocating device such as a cam so as to be diversified. It is also conceivable that a protrusion is provided separately so as to reciprocate by the protrusion.
(D) Depending on the treatment of weeds and the harvested vegetables, the purpose may be achieved without reciprocating motion, and the reciprocating motion may not be required depending on the purpose.
(E) It is also conceivable to install a computer or the like to identify harvested vegetables, that is, leave the rotating disc (1) at a position and at an interval and select a harvested vegetable to a machine.
[0009]
The elastic part (4) constituting the present invention is provided so as to be part of or adjacent to the rotating disk (1).
(B) Depending on the harvested vegetables, some vegetables are easily damaged, and some of the rotating discs (1) may be provided with elastic members or irregularities to reduce damage and reduce product value during harvesting. Conceivable.
(B) It is conceivable to provide an elastic portion (4) near the rotating disk (1) by using an elastic member or a spring. Further, it is conceivable that the rotating disk (1) itself is made of a resilient material or shape, but the method of giving elasticity is not limited to these.
(C) The elastic part (4) is not essential in the case of weed removal or depending on the device.
The cutting blade (10) constituting the present invention is provided outside the rotating disk (1) (claim 2).
(B) A cutting blade (10) is provided near the ground to separate harvested vegetables. The shape may be a clipper or a rotary blade. Further, a cutter-shaped cutting blade (10) may be provided, and the shape is not limited to a plate shape or a linear shape, but may be V-shaped. If the cutting blade is reciprocated, cutting can be performed more reliably. In addition, the installation position may be such that the cutting blade (10) is located in the soil or the collecting part (7) or the dropping part (6) depending on the use.
(B) It is also conceivable to provide a cutting blade (10) on a part of the surface or side surface of the rotating disk (1).
(C) The cutting blade (10) is not essential for some harvested vegetables.
[0011]
The drop part (6) constituting the present invention is provided inside the end of the rotating disk (1) (claim 3).
(B) A drop section (6) is provided to push the harvested vegetables backward (collecting section (7)). The shape of the rotating disk (1) should be such that the end from the inside of the rotating disk (1) passes easily with a margin when rotating and it is easy to rotate, and the shape is such that some harvested vegetables go backward while receiving the harvested vegetables. It may be a plate shape for rolling vegetables or a brush shape. It is preferable to make the shape according to the intended use. The dropping unit (6) may have a role of removing the subsequent harvesting operation to make it meaningful. It is also conceivable to provide a collecting part (7) so as to be connected immediately behind the rotating disk (1) without attaching the dropping part (6).
(B) Apart from the above, the dropping part (6) may be installed near the ground in order to drop the soil of harvested vegetables as well as push it backward. The shape is a comb-like or brush-like shape so as not to hinder the passage of the rotating disk (1) when rotating or rotating and reciprocating (FIG. 2). For example, when root vegetables such as radish and carrot are extracted from the soil, excess soil is removed when passing through the brush. The member for dropping the excess soil is not limited to the brush shape and the shape (FIG. 2). A method of removing soil by wind pressure or water pressure is also conceivable.
(C) It is also conceivable to use the rotating gear (2) or the like to automatically rotate to perform the role.
[0012]
A collecting section (7) for collecting harvested vegetables is provided behind the rotating disk (1) constituting the present invention (claim 3).
(B) It is conceivable that the vegetables harvested by the rotating disk (1) are transported backward one after another using a conveyor, a belt, a chain, a gear, or the like.
(B) Depending on the harvested vegetables, some vegetables may be cumbersome to handle after they have fallen. In that case, a wall shape should be provided so as not to fall down, and the wall shape should be provided in a part of (a) so that the wall shape can be moved backward. Is also conceivable. A small harvest may be simply made into a box, or the back of the box may be lowered, or a door or a slippery member may be attached to the wall or the box.
[0013]
It is also conceivable to make the device constituting the present invention manual. The car (9) may be provided with irregularities or spikes so that the shape of the rotating gear (2) or the bearing (3) is linked to the rotation of the car (9). It is also conceivable to manually rotate the rotating gear (2) or the bearing (3). Providing a handle (8) for moving these devices makes the work easier.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
Harvesting vegetables, which is hard work, can be operated by power such as electric or engine to operate these devices widely, not only for harvesting vegetables and green vegetables in the soil, but also for weeding. The device can be mounted, the size of the entire device can be changed according to the purpose or application, and the device can be operated not only electrically but also manually to be used widely.
