Abstract
【解決手段】液源に結合されるように配置され、吐出器に該液を上昇させた圧力で送るための高圧流路を有するマニホルドを備える液の吐出装置により解決する。このマニホルドでは、高圧流路からの加圧された液を排出する低圧流路を有している。圧力逃し弁は、高圧流路と低圧流路との間に結合されている。圧力逃し弁はバルブ座に対して移動するバルブ部材を有していて、バルブ座の一の側は高圧流路に連通し、他方の側は低圧流路に連通する。動的シールは、低圧側においてバルブ部材に接触し、低圧側からの液漏れを防ぐ。

Claims (12)
- 液を吐出する液吐出装置であって、
該液の貯蔵源に連結され、上昇させた圧力で該液を吐出器までおくるための高圧流路および加圧された液を該高圧流路から排出するための低圧流路を有するマニホルドと、
該高圧流路と該低圧流路との間に結合される圧力逃し弁とを備える装置であって、該圧力逃し弁は、
該高圧流路から該低圧流路までの液を流すために、一方が該高圧流路と連通する高圧側と他方が該低圧流路と連通する低圧側とで画定されるバルブ座に対して相対的に移動するバルブ部材と、
該バルブ部材に連結されるバルブ駆動機構と、
該低圧側で該バルブ部材と接触し、該バルブ駆動機構に該低圧側から該液が漏れるのを防ぐ動的シールとを備えることを特徴とする液吐出装置。 - 請求項1に記載されている液吐出装置であって、
該バルブ駆動機構は、該バルブ部材に係合してピストン室内に配置される空気駆動型ピストンを備え、
該ピストン室は、該ピストンの一方の側で加圧空気口および該ピストンに反対側の口と連通し、
前記ピストンの反対側には、加圧空気口を通して加圧された空気が除去された際に、該ピストンと該バルブ部材とを開放する方向に付勢するバネが備えられていることを特徴とする液吐出装置。 - 請求項1に記載されている液吐出装置であって、
該圧力逃し弁は、該マニホルド内に取り外し可能に挿入されていることを特徴とする液吐出装置。 - 請求項3に記載されている液吐出装置であって、
該バルブ座は該マニホルド内に該圧力逃し弁の最内部に配置され、
該バルブ駆動機構は該圧力逃し弁と反対側に配置されていることを特徴とする液吐出装置。 - 請求項4に記載されている液吐出装置であって、該装置は該液を入れる貯蔵タンクを備え、
該バルブ駆動機構は該マニホルドおよび該貯蔵タンクの外側に配置されていることを特徴とする液吐出装置。 - 請求項1に記載した液吐出装置であって、
該動的シールは、該バルブ駆動機構と該低圧流路との間に配置されていることを特徴とする液吐出装置。 - 液を吐出する液吐出装置であって、
該液の貯蔵源に連結され、上昇させた圧力で該液を吐出器までおくるための高圧流路および加圧された液を該高圧流路から排出するための低圧流路を有するマニホルドと、
マニホルド内に配設され、該高圧流路から該低圧流路まで液を流すためにバルブ座に対して相対的に移動するバルブ部材を備える圧力逃し弁を有する装置であって、
該バルブ座は、一方が該高圧流路を流れる液と直接接触する高圧側と、他方が該低圧流路と連通する低圧側とで画定されることを特徴とする液吐出装置。 - 請求項7に記載されている液吐出装置であって、
該バルブ駆動機構は該バルブ部材に係合し、ピストン室内に配置される空気駆動型ピストンを備え、
該ピストン室は、該ピストンの一方の側で加圧空気口および該ピストンに反対側の排出口と連通し、
前記ピストンの反対側には、加圧空気口を通して加圧された空気が除去された際に、該ピストンと該バルブ部材とを開放する方向に付勢するバネが備えられていることを特徴とする液吐出装置。 - 請求項7に記載されている液吐出装置であって、
該圧力逃し弁は、該マニホルド内に取り外し可能に挿入されていることを特徴とする液吐出装置。 - 請求項9に記載されている液吐出装置であって、該バルブ座は該マニホルド内に該圧力逃し弁の最内部に配置されていることを特徴とする液吐出装置。
- 請求項10に記載されている液吐出装置であって、該液吐出装置は該液を入れる貯蔵タンクを備え、
該バルブ駆動機構は該マニホルドおよび該貯蔵タンクの外側に配置されていることを特徴とする液吐出装置。 - 請求項7に記載した液吐出装置であって、
該液吐出装置は、さらに、該バルブ駆動機構と該低圧流路との間に配置されている動的シールを備えることを特徴とする液吐出装置。
