Abstract
【解決手段】 点火薬106として用いたスチフニン酸鉛、DDNP/KClO3 (=50/50)の場合が精度の上から特に好ましく、さらに塩基性スチフニン酸鉛を用いた場合は精度が±0.1ms以下となり最も好ましいものである。本発明の点火薬を用いた場合には、基準秒時にかかわらず±0.5ms以内の精度が達成された。従来の点火薬を用いた比較例は、実施例と比較して一桁程度精度が悪かった。

DT:最適な起爆秒時差(ms)
L :孔間隔(m)
V :切羽の弾性波速度(m/s)
つまり、爆発生成ガスの作用下で、次の孔を起爆するのが最も発破効果が良いとされている。そこで、この推定式を使って、明るい場所の場合とトンネル内の場合との最適な起爆秒時を求めると次のようになる。
・明るい場所の場合、孔間隔は3〜5mとなるので、次式のようになる。
DT=(3〜5)×1000/(V×0.12)
=8〜20ms
ただし、V(石灰石)=2000〜30000m/s
・トンネル内の場合、孔間隔は概略1m以下となるので、次式のようになる。
DT=1×1000/(V×0.12)
=1.7〜2.1ms
ただし、V(中硬岩)=4000〜5000m/s
したがって、現場の条件によってバラツクことは有り得るが、一般的には、明るい場所の場合は8〜20ms程度の秒時間隔が最適であり、ばらつきは±10%許容しても±2ms以下が必要である。さらに、トンネル内のような孔間隔が短く、特に硬岩の発破に至っては、ばらつきは絶対精度で±0.5ms以下しか許容できない。

以上であることが好ましく、かつ、一般的には、
(1/2)×C0×122=72C0ジュール
以下とすべきである。但し、ここで、C0は発火用コンデンサの容量である。なお、この発火用コンデンサ容量C0値は、コンデンサの大きさの制約から400〜1200μFとするのが適当である。
Claims (14)
- 外部電源による電圧印加により発火に必要なエネルギを蓄積する発火用コンデンサと、固体発振子を備えて予め設定された遅延時間後に出力信号を出力する電子タイマ部と、該出力信号により前記発火エネルギを移送するスイッチング部と、該スイッチング部で移送された前記発火エネルギを受けて発火する点火薬を有する点火部とを具備する電子遅延式点火装置において、前記点火薬は、有効成分として、(a)スチフニン酸鉛、ジアゾジニトロフェノール、テトラセン、アジ化銀およびアジ化鉛からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも一種;(b)ジアゾジニトロフェノールと塩素酸カリウムとの混合物;(c)ジルコニウムと過塩素酸カリウムとの混合物;または(d)ヘキサシアノ鉄酸カリウムおよびヘキサシアノコバルト酸カリウムの少なくとも一種と過塩素酸カリウムおよび重クロム酸カリウムの少なくとも一種との混合物、を含有することを特徴とする電子遅延式点火装置。
- 請求項1において、前記点火薬の有効成分が塩基性スチフニン酸鉛であることを特徴とする電子遅延式点火装置。
- 請求項2において、前記塩基性スチフニン酸鉛が粒径150 μm未満の粒状物であることを特徴とする電子遅延式点火装置。
- 請求項1において、前記点火薬の有効成分が、ジルコニウムと過塩素酸カリウムの混合物で、両者の重量比が4:6〜6:4であることを特徴とする電子遅延式点火装置。
- 請求項1において、前記点火薬の有効成分が、ジルコニウムと過塩素酸カリウムの混合物で、両者の重量比が3:7〜6:4であることを特徴とする電子遅延式点火装置。
- 請求項1において、前記点火薬の有効成分が、ヘキサシアノ鉄酸カリウム及びヘキサシアノコバルト酸カリウムの少なくとも一種と過塩素酸カリウムとの混合物で、両者の重量比が3:7〜5:5であることを特徴とする電子遅延式点火装置。
- 請求項1において、前記点火薬の有効成分が、ヘキサシアノ鉄酸カリウム及びヘキサシアノコバルト酸カリウムの少なくとも一種と重クロム酸カリウムとの混合物で、両者の重量比が1:9〜4:6であることを特徴とする電子遅延式点火装置。
- 外部電源による電圧印加により発火に必要なエネルギを蓄積する発火用コンデンサと、固体発振子を備えて予め設定された遅延時間後に出力信号を出力する電子タイマ部と、該出力信号により前記発火エネルギを移送するスイッチング部と、該スイッチング部で移送された前記発火エネルギを受けて発火する点火薬を有する点火部と、前記点火薬の発火により起爆する起爆部とを具備する電子遅延式電気雷管であって、前記点火薬は、有効成分として、(a)スチフニン酸鉛、ジアゾジニトロフェノール、テトラセン、アジ化銀およびアジ化鉛からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも一種;(b)ジアゾジニトロフェノールと塩素酸カリウムとの混合物;(c)ジルコニウムと過塩素酸カリウムとの混合物;または(d)ヘキサシアノ鉄酸カリウムおよびヘキサシアノコバルト酸カリウムの少なくとも一種と過塩素酸カリウムおよび重クロム酸カリウムの少なくとも一種との混合物、を含有することを特徴とする電子遅延式電気雷管。
- 請求項8において、前記点火薬の有効成分が塩基性スチフニン酸鉛であることを特徴とする電子遅延式電気雷管。
- 請求項9において、前記塩基性スチフニン酸鉛が粒径150μm未満の粒状物であることを特徴とする電子遅延式電気雷管。
- 請求項8において、前記点火薬の有効成分が、ジルコニウムと過塩素酸カリウムの混合物で、両者の重量比が4:6〜6:4であることを特徴とする電子遅延式点火雷管。
- 請求項8において、前記点火薬の有効成分が、ジルコニウムと過塩素酸カリウムの混合物で、両者の重量比が3:7〜6:4であることを特徴とする電子遅延式点火雷管。
- 請求項8において、前記点火薬の有効成分が、ヘキサシアノ鉄酸カリウム及びヘキサシアノコバルト酸カリウムの少なくとも一種と過塩素酸カリウムとの混合物で、両者の重量比が3:7〜5:5であることを特徴とする電子遅延式点火雷管。
- 請求項8において、前記点火薬の有効成分が、ヘキサシアノ鉄酸カリウム及びヘキサシアノコバルト酸カリウムの少なくとも一種と重クロム酸カリウムとの混合物で、両者の重量比が1:9〜4:6であることを特徴とする電子遅延式点火雷管。
