本発明は、注文条件を複数の工程に分けて顧客に問い合わせて注文を受け付ける注文受付装置および注文受付方法にかかわり、特に、シールプリントなどの画像を素材とする商品の注文を、ネットワークを通じて受け付ける注文受付装置および注文受付方法に関する。

【従来の技術】
インターネット等のネットワークを通じて商品の注文を受け付けるショッピングサイトが知られている。このようなショッピングサイトでは、購入可能な商品の一覧を顧客の端末装置に表示して商品の選択を受け付ける商品種類選択工程、代金の支払方法の選択を受け付ける支払方法選択工程、商品の受取方法の選択を受け付ける受取方法選択工程など、注文条件を確定するために用意した複数の工程を予め定めた順に従って進めることで、商品の注文を受け付けるようになっている。

また、デジタルカメラの普及に伴い、顧客のデジタル画像を素材に用いて作成されるシールプリントなどの商品の注文を、インターネットを通じて受け付け、作成された商品を郵送や最寄りの店舗を通じて顧客に引き渡すという仕組みの商品販売システムが登場している。たとえば、ネットワーク上に設けた画像データベースに、顧客のデジタル画像データをアップロードして登録しておき、この画像データベースに登録されている画像の中から顧客が指定したものをプリントし、顧客の指定した受取方法でプリント結果の商品を届けるようにした販売システムがある。

このような販売システムでは、プリントすべき画像を選択する画像選択工程、プリントサイズ等を選択するプリント態様選択工程、支払方法選択工程、受取方法選択工程など、注文条件を確定するために用意された複数の工程を予め定めた順序で実行することによって、一連の注文作業が完了するようになっている（たとえば、特許文献１参照。）。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上述のように、ネットワーク上のショッピングサイトや画像を素材とするシールプリントなどの商品の販売サイトでは、商品の注文条件を顧客に問い合わせるために用意した複数の工程の実施順序が予め設定された１つの流れに限定されている。このため、画像選択工程やプリント態様の選択工程を終えた後に行なわれた受取方法選択工程において、受け取り可能な店舗が近くに無いことが判明したり、支払方法選択工程において自己の有するクレジットカードが使えないことが判明したりした場合には、それまでに行なった各工程での入力操作が無駄になってしまう。

また、受取方法や支払方法よりも画像を適用する商品の種類やプリント可能なサイズなどを重視する顧客も存在し、このような顧客にとっては、商品種類の選択工程やプリント態様選択工程が早い段階で実施される方が、無駄な入力操作の発生を未然に防止する点で好ましい。このように、注文条件を問い合わせるための複数の工程を実施する最適な順序は、顧客毎あるいは注文毎に異なる場合があり、固定的に設定された１種類の実施順序では、顧客の多様な要求に充分応えられない。

さらに多数の工程を経て注文を完結するには、多くの手間と時間を要するので、注文完結に至るまでの工程の数を少なくすることが望ましい。

本発明は、このような点に着目してなされたもので、注文条件を決定するための複数の工程を顧客の希望する順で進めることができる注文受付装置および注文受付方法を提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
かかる目的を達成するための本発明の要旨とするところは、次の各項の発明に存する。
請求項１に記載の発明は、注文条件を複数の工程に分けて顧客に問い合わせて注文を受け付ける注文受付装置（１０）であって、複数の工程の一部または全部の実施順序を顧客が選択し得るように構成したことを特徴とするものである。

上記発明によれば、顧客は、注文完了に至るまでの複数の工程の実施順序を選択することができる。注文完了に至るまでの工程としては、商品を選択する商品種類選択工程、商品の受取方法を選択する受取方法選択工程、代金の支払方法を選択する支払方法選択工程などがある。たとえば、商品の選択よりも、近隣の店舗で商品の受け取りが可能なことを早期に確認したい顧客は、受取方法選択工程が前寄りになるように実施順序を選択し、商品の種類を先に選択したい顧客は、商品種類の選択工程が前寄りになるように実施順序を選択すればよい。

このように注文条件を顧客に問い合わせるために用意された複数の工程の実施順序を顧客が選択し得るので、顧客が早期に確認したい項目や気掛かりな項目から優先的に注文条件を決定することができる。その結果、希望に沿った注文条件を設定できないことが複数の工程の終盤になって判明し、それまでに行なった多くの入力操作が無駄になってしまう事態の発生を防止することができる。なお、注文条件を設定するために用意されたすべての工程の実施順序を選択可能に構成してもよいし、一部の工程の順序だけを選択可能に構成してもよい。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面に基づき本発明の各種実施の形態を説明する。
図２は、本発明の第１の実施の形態にかかわる注文受付装置１０を適用したプリントサービスシステム１の概略構成を示している。プリントサービスシステム１は、画像を素材とした商品を販売するシステムである。詳細には、顧客がデジタルカメラ等で撮影した画像を、ネットワーク２を通じてアップロードして保管しておき、その中から顧客の指定する画像をＴシャツやマグカップやシールにプリントしたものを商品として販売する機能を備えている。

次に、顧客の携帯電話５からプリントサービスシステム１を利用する際の流れについて説明する。プリントサービスシステム１を利用するには、まず会員登録を行なう。会員登録が成されていない状態で注文受付装置１０のホームページにアクセスすると、図４に示す一般用初期画面４１が顧客の携帯電話５に表示される。ここで、顧客が携帯電話５の「２」の数字キーを操作すると、「［２］パーソナルメニュー登録」の欄４２が選択されて、会員登録処理が開始される。なお数字の付された欄の選択は、数字キーで直接選択するほかアップダウンキーで選択箇所を上下に移動させることで行なうことも可能になっている。

会員登録処理では、注文受付装置１０から所定のデータが転送されて、携帯電話５に、図４に示す会員登録案内画面４４が表示される。この画面４４は、プリントサービスにかかわる一般的留意事項を説明しており、その内容を承諾する、しないを顧客に問い合わせるものである。会員登録案内画面４４で顧客が「［２］承諾する」の欄４５を選択すると、顧客の携帯電話５に、図４のパスワード入力画面４７が表示される。この画面４７で顧客がパスワードを入力して確定すると、図４に示すパスワード確認画面４８が表示される。

次に商品種類選択工程について説明する。商品種類選択工程では、図２９に示すような商品選択画面３５０が顧客の携帯電話５に表示される。ここでは、商品としてＴシャツ、マグカップ、シールプリントのいずれかを選択することができる。商品選択画面３５０において「［１］Ｔシャツ」の欄３５１を選択して「決定」ボタン３５４でこの選択を確定すると、画像を適用する商品としてＴシャツが選択される。商品選択画面３５０において「［２］マグカップ」の欄３５２を選択して「決定」ボタン３５４でこの選択を確定すると、画像を適用する商品としてマグカップが選択される。商品選択画面３５０において「［３］シールプリント」の欄３５３を選択して「決定」ボタン３５４でこの選択を確定すると、画像を適用する商品としてシールプリントが選択される。なお、Ｔシャツの種類やサイズ、マグカップの種類やサイズ、シールプリントのレイアウトなど商品の種類の詳細内容や注文する商品の個数などを選択する工程をさらに設けてもよい。

次に画像選択工程について説明する。画像選択工程では、図３０に示す画像選択画面３７０が顧客の携帯電話５に表示される。この画面３７０には、当該会員が画像データベース１３に登録している画像毎に、タイトル名とその画像の採否を選択するためのチェックボックスとが対応付けて一覧表示されるとともに、新規に画像を追加登録するための「新規画像登録」の欄３７１が表示される。「新規画像登録」の欄３７１を選択すると、図１５に示す画像登録処理が、プリント注文から到来する流れにおいて行なわれる。タイトル名を選択すると、そのタイトル名の画像が表示され、画像を確認することができるようになっている。

商品に適用する画像に対応するチェックボックスをマークして「決定」ボタン３７２で確定すると、マークされた画像の枚数が適正か否かが判定され（ステップＳ３７３）、不適正な場合は（ステップＳ３７３；Ｎ）、エラーメッセージを表示して再び画像選択画面３７０が表示される。画像の枚数が適正な場合には（ステップＳ３７３；Ｙ）、マークされた１または複数の画像が、商品に適用する画像として確定する。

なお、シールプリントの場合には１枚または４枚が適正枚数で、その他の商品の場合は１枚が適正枚数である。画像選択工程の前に商品種類選択工程が実施された場合には、その商品種類に応じて画像の枚数チェックが行なわれる。また画像選択工程の前に商品種類選択工程が実施されていない場合には、１枚または４枚であれば適正枚数と判断される。そして、画像選択工程で選択した画像の枚数に適合しない商品が後の商品種類選択工程で選択されると、再度の画像選択工程の実施が促されたり、先に選択した画像（４枚）の中から画像の枚数を絞り込む（１枚）ための工程が別途実施されたりするようになっている。

次に、注文条件を定めるためのすべての工程が終了したことを条件に実施される注文内容確認処理（図１のステップＳ２２５に対応）の流れを説明する。図３１および図３２は、受取方法としてコンビニ受取が選択された場合における注文内容確認処理の流れを示している。顧客の携帯電話５には、図３１に示すような注文確認画面３８０が表示され、これまでに決めた注文条件の内容が表示される。この画面３８０で、画像のタイトル名を選択すると、その画像をサムネイル画像によって確認することができる。またこの画面３８０から、シールプリントの枚数変更など注文する商品の個数を変更したり、受取店舗の変更が可能になっている。

注文確認画面３８０の下部の「注文をキャンセル」の欄３８１を選択すると、キャンセル確認画面３８２が表示され、ここで「はい」を選択すると今回の注文がキャンセルされる。画面３８０の「注文する」の欄３８３を選択すると、その旨の情報が注文受付装置１０へ送信され、注文が確定する。

注文が確定すると携帯電話５に、図３２に示す、注文完了画面３９０が表示される。注文完了画面３９０には注文番号等が表示される。また注文受付装置１０から該当の携帯電話５へ注文完了メール３９１が送信される。図３３は、注文完了メールの詳細内容の一例を示している。注文完了メール３９１には、受け付けた注文内容、注文番号および注文状況を確認するためのＵＲＬが表示される。ＵＲＬ表示欄３９２を選択すると、注文受付装置１０にアクセスして注文状況を問い合わせ、その結果が携帯電話５に表示される。

図３４は、受取方法として証明写真ＢＯＸ受取が選択された場合における注文内容確認処理を示している。顧客の携帯電話５には、注文確認画面４００が表示される。この画面４００で、画像のタイトル名を選択すると、その画像の確認ができる。注文確認画面４００の下部にある「キャンセル」の欄４０１を選択すると、キャンセル確認画面４０２が表示され、「はい」を選択することで今回の注文がキャンセルされる。注文確認画面４００の「注文する」の欄４０３を選択すると、その旨の情報が注文受付装置１０へ送信され、注文が確定する。

注文が確定すると携帯電話５に注文完了画面４１０が表示される。注文完了画面３９０には注文番号、およびこの番号が証明写真ＢＯＸで商品をプリントアウトする際に必要になるので大切に保管すべきこと等が表示される。また注文受付装置１０から該当の携帯電話５へ注文完了メール４１１が送信される。図３５は、証明写真ＢＯＸ受取の場合における注文完了メール４１１の詳細内容の一例を示している。注文完了メール４１１には、受け付けた注文内容、注文番号および証明写真ＢＯＸの所在を検索するためのＵＲＬ等が表示される。注文完了画面４１０の下部にある「証明写真ＢＯＸ検索」の欄４１３または注文完了メール４１１のＵＲＬ表示欄４１２を選択すると、証明写真ＢＯＸ検索処理が実施され、証明写真ＢＯＸの所在を調べることができる。なお、受取方法が郵便の場合には、注文確認画面で「注文する」ボタンを操作した際に、クレジット課金処理が行なわれるようになっている。

図９のメニュー画面７０で「注文状況確認」の欄７７を選択すると、図３６に示す注文状況確認画面４２０が顧客の携帯電話５に表示される。注文状況確認画面４２０には、商品の引渡しが完了していないそれぞれの注文について注文番号および注文日時、注文状況が表示される。表示すべき注文数が多い場合には、複数ページに分けて表示される。注文番号が表示されている箇所を選択することで、その注文番号に対応する注文の詳細内容が表示される。図３６の中央上側にある注文内容確認画面４２１は、コンビニ受取の場合の注文内容の一例で、この画面４２１から受取店舗近隣の地図を表示することが可能になっている。図３６の中央下側にある注文内容確認画面４２２は、証明写真ＢＯＸ受取の場合の注文内容の一例で、この画面４２２から証明写真ＢＯＸの検索が可能になっている。

上記のように注文受付装置１０では、注文条件を顧客に問い合わせるために用意した複数の工程の実施順序を顧客が選択し得るので、早期に確認したい注文条件や気掛かりな注文条件の工程を先に実施するように順序を選択すれば、注文処理の終盤になって希望に沿った注文ができないことが判明し、それまでの入力操作が無駄になってしまう事態の発生を防止することができる。特に顧客の端末装置が携帯電話５の場合には、パーソナルコンピュータの場合に比べて入力キーの種類が少なかったり、通信速度が遅くて注文受付装置１０とのやり取りに時間がかかったりするなど操作性が良くないので、入力操作の無駄をなくすることが利便性の向上に特に有効となる。

図３９は、実施順序の管理に関する処理の流れを示している。今回の注文が当該会員における１回目の注文か否かを調べ（ステップＳ６０１）、１回目の注文の場合には（ステップＳ６０１：Ｙ）、注文受付装置１０に固有（標準）の実施順序に従って選択画面を初期設定して注文を受け付ける（ステップＳ６０２）。たとえば、受取方法選択工程〜商品種類選択工程〜画像選択工程という順序を注文受付装置１０に固有（標準）の実施順序として登録しておき、この順序に沿うように１つの工程がデフォルトで選択された状態の選択画面を表示する。デフォルト表示は、図２０の第１選択画面１９０における点線の枠１９５を用いたり、反転表示等によって行なわれる。またデフォルトで選択された工程が一覧のトップ（［１］に対応する項目）となるように、表示欄の並び順を入れ替えるようにしてもよい。

当該会員における１回目の注文でない場合には（ステップＳ６０１：Ｎ）、当該顧客の選択履歴を選択履歴記憶手段２３から読み出し（ステップＳ６０３）、これが示す実施順序に従って選択画面を初期設定して注文を受け付ける（ステップＳ６０４）。その後、今回の注文における工程の実施順序を選択履歴記憶手段２３に記憶する（ステップＳ６０５）。たとえば、前回の注文が、商品種類選択工程〜画像選択工程〜受取方法選択工程の順で実施されていた場合には、この順序に沿うように１つの工程がデフォルトで選択された状態の選択画面を表示する。より詳細には、図２０の第１選択画面１９０において「［１］商品種類、［２］プリント画像、［３］受取方法」と表示しかつ「［１］商品種類」の欄を枠で囲んだり反転表示したりすることで、「［１］商品種類」の欄がデフォルトで選択されていることを顧客に識別可能に表示する等である。
