Abstract
【解決手段】 発光ダイオードアセンブリ100は、上面が開放され、両側面の上部に連結溝がそれぞれ形成されたケースを備える。プリント回路基板120は、ケース110の内部に設けられ、上面に多数の発光ダイオード122が設けられる。中空のキャップ130は、ケースの連結溝にそれぞれ嵌合され、多数のワイヤ102が貫通される。合成樹脂材、即ち、エポキシ樹脂は、ケースの内部に充填され、プリント回路基板、キャップ、および発光ダイオードをカバーする。

Description
そこで、本発明は、前記問題点を解決するために案出されたもので、防水性および耐久性の向上した照明看板用発光ダイオードアセンブリを提供することを目的とする。
また、本発明の他の目的は、ワイヤの断線を防止することができる照明看板用発光ダイオードアセンブリを提供することにある。
照明看板用発光ダイオードアセンブリにおいて、
上面は開放され、両側面の上部には連結溝がそれぞれ形成されたケースと、
前記ケースの内部に設けられ、上面に多数の発光ダイオードが設けられたプリント回路基板と、
前記ケースの連結溝にそれぞれ嵌合され、多数のワイヤが貫通される中空のキャップと、
前記ケースの内部に充填され、前記プリント回路基板、前記キャップ、および前記発光ダイオードをカバーするための合成樹脂材と、
を含むことを特徴とする。
まず、プリント回路基板120の上面には、多数の発光ダイオード122がそれぞれ結合される。プリント回路基板120の底面には、ワイヤ102の先端が半田付けまたはピン構造で結合される。このとき、ワイヤ102はプリント回路基板120の両側にそれぞれ結合される。プリント回路基板120の底面には、トランス140が結合される。
前者の場合、トランス140は、ワイヤ102から供給される商用交流電圧を、プリント回路基板120に設置された発光ダイオード122の駆動電圧に適合するように降下させる。かかる交流電圧は、整流回路を通して直流電圧となる。整流された直流電圧は、定電圧回路および定電流回路によって発光ダイオード122の駆動電圧に適合するように維持される。
後者の場合は、ワイヤ102から供給される直流電圧が、定電圧回路および定電流回路によって発光ダイオード122の駆動電圧に適合するように維持される。

Claims (5)
- 照明看板用発光ダイオードアセンブリにおいて、
上面は開放され、両側面の上部には連結溝がそれぞれ形成されたケースと、
前記ケースの内部に設けられ、上面に多数の発光ダイオードが設けられたプリント回路基板と、
前記ケースの連結溝にそれぞれ嵌合され、多数のワイヤが貫通されるキャップと、
前記ケースの内部に充填され、前記プリント回路基板、前記キャップ、および前記発光ダイオードをカバーするための合成樹脂材と、
をそなえたことを特徴とする照明看板用発光ダイオードアセンブリ。 - 請求項1記載の照明看板用発光ダイオードアセンブリにおいて、
前記キャップの下側縁部には、前記ケースの連結溝に嵌められる結合溝が形成され、
前記キャップの一側面には、前記ワイヤの貫通するガイド管が外向きに突出している
ことを特徴とする照明看板用発光ダイオードアセンブリ。 - 請求項1記載の照明看板用発光ダイオードアセンブリにおいて、
前記プリント回路基板は、トランス、整流回路、定電圧回路および定電流回路を含み、
前記トランスは、前記ワイヤから供給される商用交流電圧を前記発光ダイオードの駆動電圧に適合するように降下し、
前記整流回路は、交流電圧を直流電圧に整流し、
前記定電圧回路および定電流回路は、前記ワイヤから供給される直流電圧を前記発光ダイオードの駆動電圧に適合するように維持させる
ことを特徴とする照明看板用発光ダイオードアセンブリ。 - 請求項1記載の照明看板用発光ダイオードアセンブリにおいて、
前記プリント回路基板は、前記ワイヤから供給される直流電圧を前記発光ダイオードの駆動電圧に適合するように維持させるための定電圧回路および定電流回路を有する
ことを特徴とする照明看板用発光ダイオードアセンブリ。 - 請求項1記載の照明看板用発光ダイオードアセンブリにおいて、
前記合成樹脂材は、エポキシ樹脂である
ことを特徴とする照明看板用発光ダイオードアセンブリ。
