Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for cutting a pipe.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a method of cutting a pipe installed in a building, for example, the invention of Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H11-58049 is known. Although this pipe cutting method is an invention relating to the cutting of one pipe, the cutting of a pipe assembly provided with a large number of pipes in a nuclear power plant or the like has been performed by a method as shown in FIG. . (1) in the same figure is cutting by the disk cutter 13, and (2) in the same figure is cutting by the torch type fusing device 14.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-11-58049 (FIG. 1)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the cutting methods (1) and (2) described above are repeated cutting operations one by one, and it takes much time and effort to change the equipment for each cutting. In this case, a method of cutting with a wire saw is conceivable, but in this method, there is a possibility that the wire saw will jump in a gap between the steel pipes.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of these problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a method for cutting a tube that can be efficiently cut by a remote operation without any trouble.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A pipe cutting method for solving the above-mentioned problem is to form a cutting concrete part in a horizontal direction at an appropriate place of a pipe assembly in which a large number of pipes are piped, and to wire the cutting concrete part in a horizontal direction. It is to hang a saw and cut the tube together with the concrete part for cutting. The concrete section for cutting includes forming concrete by casting concrete in a form formed in a pipe aggregate.
[0007]
A large number of pipes are bound by a concrete section for cutting, and the pipes can be cut together with the concrete section for cutting. This is like cutting a single reinforced concrete structure, and efficient cutting can be performed. At the same time, the efficiency of the negative cutting of the wire saw can be improved.
[0008]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a pipe cutting method of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. The object of the cutting method of the present invention is a pipe which is piped to the equipment of a plant of a nuclear power plant, and forms a bundle of pipes in a bundle.
[0009]
First, a bottom plate 3 is formed by installing a dam plate 2 as shown in FIG. The weir plate 2 can be folded by a hinge 4 as shown in FIG. 2B, and a semicircular pipe fitting portion 5 is formed on both sides in the long side direction. Therefore, when the folded dam plate 2 is inserted between the pipes 1 and opened as shown in (3) of the same figure, the pipe 1 fits into the pipe fitting portion 5 and the bottom plate 3 is formed. Is done.
[0010]
Next, as shown in FIG. 2, the side plate 6 is installed around the bottom plate 3 to form the formwork 7. The side plate 6 is formed with a depression 8 for securing a running path of the wire saw. Then, as shown in FIG. 3, concrete 9 is poured into the formwork 7, and when the concrete 9 is hardened, the concrete section 10 for cutting is formed in a direction perpendicular to the pipe 1, that is, in a horizontal direction. That is, a large number of pipes 1 are integrally bound by the concrete section 10 for cutting.
[0011]
Next, as shown in FIG. 4, when the wire saw 11 is fitted into the recess 8 of the side plate 6 and the pipe 1 is cut together with the cutting concrete portion 10, the cutting load of the wire saw 11 can be stabilized. At the same time, a large number of pipes 1 can be cut as if they were one reinforced concrete structure.
[0012]
FIG. 5 shows a cutting method in a case where there are many pipes 1. In this case, not all of the pipes 1 are cut at once, but a concrete part 10 for cutting is formed in a part of the pipe 1 and cut little by little. . This method is the same as the above-mentioned cutting method except that the cutting is partially performed.
[0013]
In the above-described embodiment, the bottom plate 3 is formed by the weir plate 2, but the bottom plate 3 is not limited to the weir plate 2, but may be formed by a foam material or a wire mesh.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
The cutting efficiency can be greatly improved. Further, the efficiency of the cutting operation involving the remote cutting operation can be improved.
[0015]
By filling the space between the pipes with concrete, it is possible to prevent the wire saw from bouncing in the gaps between the pipes at the time of cutting, and to prevent a sharp decrease in the cutting load.
[0016]
Since cutting can be continuously performed under uniform load conditions, the cutting operation is simplified.
[0017]
The concrete for cutting serves as polishing (dressing) of the wire saw, and stable cutting can be maintained.
