【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a reinforcing structure for an existing floor and a method for constructing the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a method of constructing a floor, for example, there is an invention disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-336333. In addition, as a method of constructing an existing floor, there is a method as shown in FIG. In this construction method, the upper surface of the existing floor 15 is extended to the reinforcing bars 16 to form an uneven surface, and concrete 18 forming the additional portion 17 is cast on this surface.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-11-336333 (FIG. 1)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the above-described floor construction method has a problem that noise and dust are generated and work cannot be performed because the surface of the existing floor is connected to the reinforcing bar. In addition, there is also a problem that the existing floor is thinned and the proof strength is reduced because the surface of the existing floor is connected to the reinforcing bar.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of these problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a reinforcing structure for an existing floor that does not generate noise and dust and does not lower the proof stress, and a method for constructing the same.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The existing floor reinforcement structure for solving the above-mentioned problems is a structure in which concrete is cast on the surface of an existing floor on which a plurality of truss bars are arranged and an additional portion is formed.
[0007]
Since the truss bars are arranged directly on the upper surface of the existing floor, the structure does not lower the proof stress of the existing floor.
[0008]
A method of constructing an existing floor is to arrange a plurality of truss bars on the surface of the existing floor and then cast concrete to form an additional portion on the surface of the existing floor on which the truss bars are arranged.
[0009]
In addition, after arranging a plurality of truss bars on the surface of the existing floor, the concrete forming the additional portion is cast, whereby the hanging work can be omitted, and noise and dust are not generated.
[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a reinforcing structure of an existing floor and a method of constructing the same according to the present invention will be described. First, the reinforcement structure of the existing floor will be described, and then the construction method will be described. Further, in each embodiment, the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals, and only different components are denoted by different reference numerals.
[0011]
FIG. 1 shows a reinforcement structure 1 for an existing floor according to the first embodiment. The existing floor reinforcing structure 1 includes an existing floor 2 and an additional portion 4 made of concrete 3 cast on the upper surface thereof. A plurality of truss bars 5 are arranged in the extension portion 4, and these truss bars 5 are attached to the upper surface of the existing floor 2 by driving anchors 6.
[0012]
The truss bar 5 is a triangular prism truss in which one upper bar 7 and two lower bars 8 arranged in a triangular shape are joined by a lattice lattice 9 having a waveform. A plate 10 is welded to the upper surface of the two lower streaks 8 of the truss bar 5, and a driving anchor 6 of the plate 10 is driven into the existing floor 2 to fix the truss bar 5. The truss bars 5 may be so-called single truss bars in which one upper bar and one lower bar are joined by a lattice bar.
[0013]
FIG. 4 shows a reinforcing structure 11 for an existing floor according to the second embodiment. The reinforcing structure 11 for the existing floor forms an installation groove 12 by cutting a part of the upper surface of the existing floor 2, that is, a place where the truss bars 5 are installed. 8 is fixed to a reinforcing bar 13, and other than that, it has the same configuration as the reinforcing structure 1 of the existing floor of the first embodiment. Since the reinforcing structure 1 of the existing floor can only attach at the location where the installation groove 12 is formed, the generation of noise and dust can be minimized.
[0014]
Next, a method of constructing an existing floor will be described using the existing floor reinforcing structure 1 of the first embodiment.
First, as shown in FIG. 1, truss bars 5 are installed on the upper surface of the existing floor 2 at appropriate intervals. The installation of the truss bars 5 is performed by welding a plate 10 to the upper surface of the lower end bar 8 and driving a casting anchor 6 attached to the plate 10 into the existing floor 2.
[0015]
Next, the reinforcing bars 14 of the additional portion 4 are arranged on the upper reinforcing bars 7 of the truss bars 5 and fixed with a number line or the like. Next, the concrete 3 is cast on the existing floor 2 on which the truss bars 5 and the reinforcing bars 14 are arranged to form the additional portions 4.
[0016]
Then, when the concrete 3 exhibits the required strength, the reinforcing structure 1 of the existing floor is completed. Thus, the reinforcement structure 1 of the existing floor can be constructed only by installing the truss bars 5 on the upper surface of the existing floor 2, so that the construction period can be significantly reduced and the cost can be reduced.
[0017]
The method of constructing the reinforcing structure 11 of the existing floor according to the second embodiment has the same configuration as the above-described construction method except that the installation groove 12 is formed by extending the upper surface of the existing floor 2 to the reinforcing bar 13. is there. In this method, the upper surface of the existing floor 2 is hung, but since this hung operation is performed only at the place where the installation groove 12 is formed, generation of noise and dust can be minimized.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
Since the truss bars are arranged directly on the upper surface of the existing floor, a structure that does not lower the proof stress of the existing floor can be obtained. In addition, after arranging a plurality of truss bars on the surface of the existing floor, the concrete forming the additional portion is cast, whereby the hanging work can be omitted, and the generation of noise and dust can be eliminated.
