Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve earhtquake resistance reinforcing performance by filling concrete inside a hollow plate-like steel plate-made outer shell, and molding a precast concrete plate whose surface is covered with a steel plate. SOLUTION: Concrete 3 is filled inside a steel plate-made outer shell 2 composed of a steel pipe having openings on the upper and lower ends, and a precast concrete plate 1 is molded. Next, a recessed part 12 is arranged on an end wall on the upper end of these PC plates 1 and 11, and a cotter 13 is formed, and a PC cotter 16 is installed on the lower end of an upper beam 15 by an adhesive. The cotter 16 on the upper beam 15 side is installed so as to be fitted in the recessed part 12 on the PC plate 1, 11 side, and the upper beam 15 and the PC plates 1 and 11 are engaged with each other. Therefore, since the PC plates are built up as a wall member, toughness of a frame structure is enhanced, and earthquake resistant strength of the whole building can be improved.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a PC board as a first embodiment. This PC board 1 is obtained by filling the inside of a rectangular hollow plate-shaped steel plate outer shell 2 with concrete 3.
A mesh or a pre-assembled rebar is put in the concrete 3 as a rebar. The outer shell 2 is made of a steel pipe (the same reference numeral 2) having openings at the upper and lower ends, and the steel pipe 2 is formed by, for example, as shown in FIG. 2, abutting ends 4 of two steel plates 2A, 2A formed in a U-shaped cross section. It is manufactured by welding or, as shown in FIG. 3, butt welding the tips 5, 6 of two steel plates 2B, 2B formed in an L-shaped cross section. When the steel pipe 2 is used as an outer shell, simply filling the concrete 3 from the openings at the upper and lower ends makes PC easy.
The plate 1 can be manufactured. In addition, when the concrete 3 to be packed therein is made of lightweight concrete, it is possible to suppress an increase in weight, reduce the load on the foundation and the skeleton of the building, and facilitate transportation and installation.

As shown in FIG. 10, the PC boards 1, 11, 21 are connected to each other by projecting the gusset plates 31, 31 from the side end walls of the PC boards 1, 11, 21, respectively. 31 and 31 bolts 32
It is possible to take a structure to connect with. The gusset plate 31 can be attached by welding to the steel plate outer shell 2 of the PC plates 1, 11 and 21, but in order to secure the strength, it is welded to the internal rebar 22 and the outer shell 2 is penetrated and pulled out. To do so. Further, it is preferable that the bolt hole is a loose hole and its position can be adjusted. And the gazette plates 31, 3
After the connection of No. 1, the ladder rebar 33 is arranged in the gap to prevent cracking, and the gap between the PC plates 1, 11, and 21 is filled with mortar to complete the connection.

In addition to the connection using a gusset plate, as shown in FIG. 12, a cotter manufactured separately (welded a cast or iron plate) as a convex block on the side end walls of the PC plates 1, 11, and 21. 40 may be fixed with a bolt 46 at a predetermined pitch, and thereby the end wall may be formed in a concavo-convex shape so that the concavities and convexities of the adjacent PC boards 1, 11, and 21 are engaged with each other. Also in this case, the mortar is filled in the gap of the engaging portion of the cotter 40 to connect the PC boards 1, 11, 21 to each other. As shown in FIG. 13, the cotter 40 has a structure having a trapezoidal main body 41 and a flange 42 having a bolt through hole 43. The cotter 40 is hollow to reduce the weight except where necessary for strength. There is. The cotter 4 with the bolt 46
When fixing 0, insert members are previously fixed to the steel plates on the side end walls of the PC plates 1, 11, and 21.

In the above description, the side end wall of the PC board is formed in a concavo-convex shape by attaching the separately manufactured cotter 40. However, as shown in the embodiment of FIG. 14, the concavo-convex portion is formed on the side end wall from the beginning. The PC board 51 having 55 may be manufactured. In the case of this PC plate 51, the outer shell 52 is composed of front and back flat plates 2C and 2C and a corrugated plate 2D having a predetermined width which constitutes a side end wall, as shown in FIG. On the side edge of the flat plate 2C, the protrusion 54 of the corrugated plate 2D is formed.
Is formed in advance, and in a state where the front and back flat plates 2C and 2C are arranged in parallel and opposite to each other, the side opening is closed by the corrugated plate 2D. Then, in this state, the abutting portions of the plates 2C, 2C, and 2D are welded to form a hollow plate-shaped outer shell 52, and the concrete 3 is filled into the outer shell 52, so that the PC plate 51 shown in FIG. It has gained.

As described above, according to the first aspect of the invention, since the outside of the concrete is covered with the outer shell made of steel plate, the strength of the outer shell itself is increased and the strength of the concrete surface is prevented from falling off. It is possible to improve the performance as a wall member for seismic reinforcement. Moreover, since the concrete is not exposed, it is not necessary to carry out the concrete chipping work, and it is possible to move immediately to the finishing work after building the wall, and it is possible to carry out the reinforcement work while using the building.

When the outer shell is made of a steel pipe as in the invention of claim 2, it can be easily manufactured by filling concrete from the openings at both ends, and as in the invention of claim 3, the outer peripheral end wall is uneven. When the wall is formed, it is possible to enhance the joint strength with the beam or column in the state of being built in the frame as the wall member. In particular, when unevenness is formed by attaching a convex block to the outer peripheral end wall as in the invention of claim 4, manufacturing of the unevenness is facilitated, and a required number of unevenness can be provided at a required position. A desired strength can be realized without waste.

According to the invention of claim 5, since the precast concrete plate is built as a wall member between the upper and lower beams of the frame of the building, the toughness of the frame structure is enhanced and the seismic strength of the entire building is improved. Can be made. In that case, if the non-shrink mortar is filled between the outer peripheral end wall of the precast concrete plate and the adjacent member as in the invention of claim 6, the strength can be further increased. Further, when a plurality of precast concrete plates are horizontally connected and built between columns and beams as in the invention of claim 7, it can also function as a partition wall.
