TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a ball game including a game board, a firing handle configured to be rotatable, and a firing mechanism for firing a game ball on the game board with a firing strength corresponding to a rotation angle position of the firing handle. Machine handle device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art An electric firing device of a ball game machine represented by a pachinko machine has conventionally been provided with a firing handle for adjusting the firing intensity of a game ball. The configuration of the firing handle has a slight difference in form depending on the type of drive source in the electric firing device, but if a rotary solenoid is used as the drive source, for example, a variable resistor for firing intensity adjustment, the firing device A switch that turns on and off, a touch detector that detects the presence or absence of operation by the player, etc. are provided, and can be rotated between the handle base serving as the base of the firing handle and the cap body provided at the front end of this handle base By rotating a rotating lever (also referred to as a “grip”) sandwiched between the game balls, a game ball is launched toward the game board with a launching intensity corresponding to the rotating angle position. The rotating lever is constantly urged in the direction of the reference angular position at which the firing state is set to a non-firing state by an urging means such as a torsion spring, and when the player releases his hand at the end of the game or the like, the rotating lever automatically turns. To return to the reference angle position.
[0003]
For this reason, when aiming at a predetermined position on the game board surface and continuously firing game balls at a constant firing intensity, the player moves the rotary lever to a predetermined angular position against the urging force of the urging means. However, such a holding operation is painful for a player who plays a game for a long time. Therefore, among players, a hard member such as a coin or a medal is sandwiched in a minute gap between the turning lever and the handle base or in a minute gap between the turning lever and the cap body, and the turning lever is desired. There are many players who play games with their hands fixed at a fixed angle.
[0004]
As described above, when the act of forcibly screwing a coin or the like into the gap between the rotation lever and the handle base or the gap between the rotation lever and the cap body is repeatedly performed, an excessive load is applied to the support portion of the rotation lever. In addition, each member generally formed by resin molding is deformed, scraped off, and the gap is enlarged, or cracks are generated, so that the firing handle may be eventually broken. Therefore, in order to avoid damages that could lead to destruction, for example, a game ball housing portion in which a game ball for fixing can be fitted to the rotating lever is formed. There has been proposed a handle device capable of fixing and holding a rotating lever at a desired angular position without forcibly inserting a coin or the like by sandwiching between such a device (for example, Patent Document 1, Patent Document 1). 2).

[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, even with the handle device having the configuration described in the above-mentioned patent document, there is no change in sandwiching and fixing a harder member than the resin-molded member, and is larger than the holding interval. This is similar in that the member is sandwiched and fixed using the bending of the resin molded member. For this reason, there is a problem that the game ball housing portion into which the game ball is fitted and the engagement surface of the handle base or the cap body which engages with the fitted game ball are worn or deformed by long-term use. There was a problem that the function of fixing the rotating lever could not be sufficiently performed due to such abrasion and deformation, and a problem that the firing handle had to be replaced together with the unit in order to recover the lost fixing function.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and it is difficult to damage the handle base and the rotating lever such as wear and deformation, and the fixing function of the rotating lever can be maintained for a long time. It is another object of the present invention to provide a handle device that can easily and inexpensively restore the fixing function even when the fixing function is reduced.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a first aspect of the present invention fires a game ball on a game board with a game board, a firing handle configured to be rotatable, and a firing intensity corresponding to a rotation angle position of the firing handle. In a ball-and-ball game machine having a firing mechanism, a firing handle includes a support shaft fixed to the game machine main body and protruding forward and a support flange formed in a substantially circular shape on a front end side of the support shaft. A handle base having a finger hook part protruding in the outer peripheral direction, a turning lever rotatably supported on the support flange part, and an elastically deformable fixing auxiliary member inside the finger hook part. An auxiliary member accommodating portion for detachably accommodating and holding the auxiliary member accommodating portion; an opening for projecting the fixed auxiliary member toward the inner peripheral side of the rotating lever when the fixed auxiliary member is elastically deformed by receiving an external force; Is formed and the opening Fixation assisting member projecting support flange portion and engaged with the rotating lever constitutes a handle device for a pinball game machine to be fixed from.
[0009]
In the handle device having the above configuration, the auxiliary member accommodating portion is provided inside the finger hook portion of the rotating lever, and the elastically deformable fixed auxiliary member is detachably accommodated and held in the auxiliary member accommodating portion. The auxiliary member accommodating portion is provided with an opening for projecting the fixed auxiliary member toward the inner peripheral side of the rotating lever when the fixing auxiliary member is elastically deformed by receiving an external force. For example, an outer wall surface of the auxiliary member accommodating portion is provided. When a coin or the like is inserted between the fixed auxiliary member and the fixed auxiliary member, the fixed auxiliary member receiving the pressing force is elastically deformed, and the elastically deformed fixed auxiliary member protrudes from the opening to the inner peripheral side of the rotating lever. . Then, the fixing auxiliary member protruding from the opening engages with the support flange on the handle base side to fix the rotating lever.
[0010]
As described above, in the handle device of this configuration, the handle base and the rotating lever are not bent and deformed, but the fixing auxiliary member that is elastically deformable is provided, and this is elastically deformed and engaged with the support flange to rotate. Since the moving handle is fixed, the handle base, the turning lever, and the like are hardly damaged by wear and deformation, and the fixing function of the turning lever can be maintained for a long time. Further, since the fixing auxiliary member is detachably accommodated and held in the auxiliary member accommodating portion, the fixing auxiliary member is worn by long-term use, or the fixing auxiliary member is deteriorated due to aging and the fixing function has been reduced. Even if the fixing auxiliary member is detached and replaced, the function can be restored, and the function can be simply and inexpensively restored.
[0011]
Further, in order to achieve the above object, the second invention provides a game board, a firing handle configured to be rotatable, and a game ball on a game board with a firing strength corresponding to a rotation angle position of the firing handle. In a ball-and-ball game machine having a firing mechanism for firing, a firing handle is fixed to the game machine main body side and protrudes forward, and a support flange formed in a substantially circular shape on a front end side of the support shaft. A handle base having a portion, and a turning lever rotatably supported by the support flange portion and having a finger hook protruding in the outer peripheral direction. An auxiliary member accommodating portion for detachably accommodating and holding an elastically deformable fixing auxiliary member is provided inside the finger hook portion. The auxiliary member accommodating portion has a fixing position for fixing the rotating lever and a release for releasing the fixing. A fixing operation member capable of shifting operation to a position and an opening for projecting the fixing auxiliary member to the inner peripheral side when the fixing operation member is at the fixing position are provided, and the support flange portion protrudes from the opening. When the fixing operation member is located at the fixing position and the fixing auxiliary member protrudes from the opening, the fixing auxiliary member and the fixing receiving portion are provided. Are engaged with each other to fix the rotation lever with respect to the support flange portion.
[0012]
In the handle device having the above structure, the auxiliary member accommodating portion is provided inside the finger hook portion of the rotating lever, and the elastically deformable fixed auxiliary member is detachably accommodated and held in the auxiliary member accommodating portion, and the rotating member is rotated. A fixed operation member that can be shifted between a fixed position for fixing the lever and a release position for releasing the fixing is provided. An opening is formed in the auxiliary member accommodating portion for projecting the fixing auxiliary member toward the inner peripheral side when the fixing operation member is at the fixing position, while the support flange portion is engaged with the fixing auxiliary member protruding from the opening. A removable fixed receiving portion is provided. Then, when the fixing operation member is located at the fixing position, the fixing auxiliary member protrudes from this opening, and the protruding fixing auxiliary member and the fixing receiving portion engage to fix the rotating lever.
[0013]
As described above, in the handle device of the present configuration, instead of bending and deforming the handle base and the rotation lever, the fixed operation member is operated to the fixed position to cause the fixing auxiliary member to protrude from the opening, and the support flange portion side Since the rotating handle is fixed by engaging with the fixed receiving portion, the handle base and the rotating lever are hardly damaged such as wear and deformation, and the fixing function of the rotating lever can be maintained for a long time. it can. Furthermore, since a fixed operation member for fixing the rotating lever is provided, the player can enjoy a long-time game without pain, and for a game facility, a hard object such as a coin or a game ball is used. Inspection and replacement man-hours can be reduced by avoiding damage to the firing handle due to insertion and removal.
[0014]

The angular position and shape of each finger hook are set based on an ergonomic point of view, and the player sets the firing handle H 1 When the is gripped from the front, the rotating handle 20 is configured to be easily rotated using the finger hook portion.
[0032]
The firing handle H covers the front of the rotating lever 20 1 The cap body 30 fixedly disposed at the front end is formed in a spherical shell shape smoothly connected to the grip part 21 and is integrally molded using the same resin material as the handle base 10.
[0033]
A receiving recess for receiving a disk-shaped engaging projection protruding forward from the grip portion 21 of the rotating lever 20 is formed at a rear portion of the cap body 30. Fixing bosses are formed in a protruding manner so as to be aligned with the support shafts 15a, 15b, 15c protruding forward through the rotation restricting grooves 25a, 25b, and fitted to the counterbore portion at the front end of the support shaft. A screw receiving hole for receiving a screw is formed at the center of the fixing boss.
[0034]
The rotation lever 20 engages the upper and lower pin engagement holes 26 with the connection pins 16 of the connection lever, and connects the support shafts 15a, 15b, 15c and the spring support 19 protruding forward from the handle base 10 to the rotation control grooves 25a. , 25b, the coil portion of the torsion spring (not shown) is engaged with the spring support shaft on the front surface of the plate portion of the rotating lever, and one end of the torsion spring is hooked on the spring hook of the rotating lever 20. Then, the other end is fixed to the front end of the spring support 19 by screws, so that the spring support 19 is attached to the front of the handle base 10.
[0035]
Then, the cap body 30 is covered from the front of the rotating lever 20, the fixing boss on the inner surface of the cap is fitted to the counterbore part at the front end of the spindle, and the support shafts 15 a, 15 b, 15 c from behind the mechanism main part 12. By inserting and tightening a screw into the hollow shaft, the handle base 10 and the cap body 30 are connected and fixed, and the rotation lever 20 is rotatably held between them. The rotating lever 20 is constantly urged in the direction of the reference angle position by the action of the torsion spring, and is always held at the reference angle position where the operation of the game ball firing device is turned off.
[0036]
On the other hand, when the player turns the turning lever 20 against the urging force of the torsion spring, the detection shaft of the variable resistor is turned via the connecting lever engaged with the pin engaging hole 26, A game ball is fired toward the game board 7 with a firing strength corresponding to the resistance value, that is, a firing strength corresponding to the turning angle position of the turning lever 20. When the player releases his / her hand at the end of the game or the like, the turning lever 20 is automatically returned to the reference angle position by the urging force of the torsion spring, and the operation of the game ball firing device is turned off.
[0037]
Now, the firing handle H thus configured 1 , An auxiliary member accommodating portion 40 for detachably accommodating and holding the fixing auxiliary member 50 is provided inside the first finger hook portion 22a, and the fixing auxiliary member 50 is attached to the auxiliary member accommodating portion 40 and turned. The lever 20 can be fixed at an arbitrary rotation angle position.
[0038]
The auxiliary member accommodating portion 40 is formed inside the first finger hook portion 22a in the form of the outer shell wall described above. In this auxiliary member accommodating portion 40, a support boss 41 for positioning and fixing and holding the fixing auxiliary member 50 is provided. A plurality of ribs that stand rearward and that also support the fixing auxiliary member 50 and reinforce the first finger hook 22a are integrally formed. A screw receiving hole for receiving a fixing screw is formed in the center of the support boss 41 toward the front, and a slit engagement rib 42 formed above the support boss 41 and a pedestal rib formed below the support boss 41. Reference numeral 43 is formed so as to extend to near the entrance of the auxiliary member housing. In the peripheral wall portion 23 located on the inner peripheral side of the auxiliary member accommodating portion 40, a cylindrical wall surface is partially cut out to form an overhanging opening 44.
[0039]
On the other hand, the fixing auxiliary member 50 is formed in a block shape corresponding to the accommodation space of the auxiliary member accommodating portion 40 as a whole, and includes a support boss 41, a support hole 51 which can be detachably fitted, and a slit engagement rib 42. A slit portion 52 removably received, a seat portion 53 removably engaged with the pedestal rib 43, a shift engagement portion 54 capable of engaging with the support flange portion 13 when the fixing auxiliary member 50 is elastically deformed, a coin And a thin section 56 formed at the distal end of the introduction section 55. The polyurethane section, silicon rubber, isoprene rubber, etc. have high rebound resilience and wear resistance. It is molded using a polymer material having good properties.
[0040]
The support hole 51 is formed with a fitting hole for receiving and fitting the rear end of the support boss 41 on the front end side accommodated in the auxiliary member accommodating section 40, and the head of the fixing screw 58 is formed on the rear end side. A counterbore hole for accommodating the hole is formed, and a screw insertion hole for communicating these holes is formed at the center.
[0041]
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 6, the fixing auxiliary member 50 is mounted on the auxiliary member accommodating portion 40 from behind the rotating lever 20. The fixing auxiliary member 50 is formed slightly larger than the accommodation space of the auxiliary member accommodating portion 40, and when the fixing auxiliary member 50 is fitted into the auxiliary member accommodating portion 40, the support hole 51 is fitted with the support boss 41. The center position is defined, and the upper slit portion 52 is engaged so as to sandwich the slit engaging rib 42, and the lower seat portion 53 is surface-engaged with the pedestal rib 43, and the fixing auxiliary member is angled. The supporting member 50 is positioned so as to be sandwiched above and below the support boss 41. Then, the fixing screw 58 is inserted into the support hole 51 from behind the fixed auxiliary member 50 held in this manner, screwed into the support boss 41 and tightened. Fixedly held.
[0042]
In this manner, when the fixing auxiliary member 50 is fitted and fixed in the auxiliary accommodating portion 40 surrounded by the outer shell wall surface of the finger hook portion 22a and the outer peripheral surface of the peripheral wall portion 13, the transition engagement portion of the fixing auxiliary member 50 54 slightly swells into the overhanging opening 44 formed in the peripheral wall 23, and is opposed to the support flange 13 without being engaged. In FIG. 8, the case where the opening width of the overhanging opening 44 is formed over the entire length of the displacement engaging portion 54 is indicated by a two-dot chain line.
[0043]
Here, the introduction portion 55 is formed by chamfering a corner portion on the distal end side of the fixing auxiliary member 50 into an arc slope or taper shape, and a part of the back side (the auxiliary storage portion side) of the introduction portion 55 is cut out. A thin section 56 having a reduced thickness in the front-rear direction is formed. For this reason, when the fixing tool CN is fitted, the distal end of the fixing tool CN is guided by the introduction portion 55 and is guided between the outer shell wall surface of the auxiliary member accommodating portion 40 and the fixing auxiliary member 50. When the CN is pressed, the thin section 56 is deformed to fall inside the auxiliary storage section 40, so that the fixing tool can be easily and reliably inserted.
[0044]
Further, when the fixing tool CN is fitted between the outer shell wall surface of the auxiliary member accommodating portion 40 and the fixing auxiliary member 50, the slit engaging rib 42 and the slit portion 52 have elasticity of the main body of the fixing auxiliary member 50. In addition to facilitating the deformation, it functions as a displacement guiding wall for directing the direction of displacement of the elastically deformable fixing auxiliary member 50 to the direction of the overhanging opening 44. Furthermore, the fitted fixing tool CN is locked at a fixed fitting depth position by the slit engaging rib 42, and the fixing holding force is insufficient because it is too shallow, or the fixing auxiliary member 50 or the support flange 13 is too deep. Thus, a suitable fixed holding force is generated without applying an excessive load to the vehicle.
[0045]
For this reason, the player can freely turn the turning lever 20 in a state where the fixing tool CN is not fitted, and the turning operation of the turning lever 20 causes the game ball to be fired on the game board 7, and the game is played. The firing intensity at which the ball flies to a desired position in the game area can be adjusted. Then, in a state where the emission intensity is adjusted to a desired value, the fixing tool CN is applied to the back of the first finger hook portion 22a, and the fixing tool CN can be easily fitted using the introduction portion 55 and the thin section portion 56. The engagement rib 42 can be locked and held at a fixed fitting depth position.
[0046]
At this time, as shown in FIG. 9, the auxiliary member receiving portion 40 receives the external force of the fixing tool CN inserted between the outer shell wall surface of the auxiliary member receiving portion 40 and the fixing auxiliary member 50, as shown in FIG. Are elastically deformed in the inner circumferential direction, and the shift direction is guided by the slit engagement rib 42, so that the fixing auxiliary member 50 elastically shifts in the direction of the overhanging opening 44. Then, the transition engagement portion 54 located in the opening area of the overhang opening 44 swells out of the overhang opening 44 so as to be pushed out, and frictionally engages with the opposing support flange portion 13 while being pressed.
[0047]
Thus, the rotation lever 20 is fixed at the rotation angle position against the urging force of the torsion spring, and is maintained at a constant firing intensity adjusted by the player. The player has a firing handle H 1 The player can play the game with a light touch on the hand, and the player does not feel pain in the hand and the gripping force does not decrease for a long time in the game.
[0048]
Further, the fitting depth of the fixing tool CN defined by the slit engaging rib 42 is such that the pressing force acting on each member such as the support flange portion 13 and the peripheral wall portion 23 in a state where the rotating lever 20 is fixed in this manner. The pressure is within a range of a predetermined stress that is calculated and allowed based on the material and the shape and dimensions of these members, while the fixing holding force is sufficient to fix the rotating lever 20 against the urging force of the torsion spring. The rotation lever 20 can be securely fixed and held without applying an excessive load to the related parts. Further, for example, when the fixed holding force is reduced due to abrasion due to long-term use or a change over time, the fixed holding function can be easily restored only by attaching and detaching and replacing the fixing auxiliary member 50. Replacement man-hours and the like can be suppressed extremely inexpensively.
[0049]
In FIG. 9, the case where the opening width of the overhanging opening 44 is formed over the entire length of the displacement engaging portion 54 is indicated by a two-dot chain line, and the case where the polymer material used is relatively hard, When the part is thin and it is desired to reduce the surface pressure, the opening width can be appropriately enlarged or reduced in this way.
[0050]
Next, referring to FIGS. 10 and 11, the firing handle H according to the second embodiment will be described. 2 Will be described. Here, FIGS. 10 and 11 show the firing handle H before and after fixing the rotating lever 20 at a predetermined angular position, respectively. 2 10 is a view corresponding to FIGS. 8 and 9 described above. The firing handle H of the present embodiment 2 Only the configuration of the fixing mechanism for fixing the rotating lever 20 is the same as the firing handle H described above. 1 Unlike the other basic components, the launch handle H 1 Therefore, the same parts are denoted by the same reference numerals and the description thereof will not be repeated, and different parts will be mainly described.
[0051]
Launch handle H 2 In this embodiment, an auxiliary member accommodating portion 60 is provided inside the first finger hook portion 22a, and a fixed auxiliary member 70, which is elastically deformable by receiving a pressing force, is detachably accommodated in the auxiliary member accommodating portion 60. The auxiliary member accommodating portion 60 is provided with a fixed operation lever 80 that can be swingably operated at a fixed position for fixing the rotation lever 20 and a release position for releasing the fixation, and the fixed operation lever 80 is located at the fixed position. A projecting opening 44 is provided for projecting the fixing auxiliary member 70 toward the support flange 13 when the fixing auxiliary member 70 projects. On the other hand, in the support flange portion 13 on the handle base side, a fixing receiving portion 14 is formed on the peripheral surface facing the overhanging opening 44 so as to be disengageable with the displacement fixing protrusion 74 of the auxiliary fixing member projecting from the overhanging opening 44. When the player operates the fixed operation lever 80 in a fixed manner, the shift fixing projection 74 is engaged with the fixed receiving portion 14 so that the turning lever 20 can be fixed at an arbitrary turning angle position. I have.
[0052]
In the auxiliary member accommodating portion 60, a support boss for positioning and fixing the fixing auxiliary member 70 (a fixing screw 58 screwed to the support boss is shown as a cross section in the figure) and a fixing operation lever 80 are swingably supported. A lever boss is provided upright, and holding ribs 63a and 63b for holding the holding side portion 73 of the fixing auxiliary member 70 by vertically holding the holding side portion 73 are both integrally formed. A lever opening 62 through which the operation lever portion 82 of the fixed operation lever 80 passes is cut out and formed on the outer shell wall surface of the first finger hook portion 22a. On the inner peripheral side of the auxiliary member accommodating portion 60, a part of the peripheral wall portion 23 is cut out to form a projecting opening 44.
[0053]
The fixing auxiliary member 70 has the same supporting hole as the above-described supporting hole 51 (a fixing screw 58 inserted into the supporting hole in the drawing is shown as a cross section), and a tongue held between the holding ribs 63a and 63b. One-sided locking side 73, a transition fixing protrusion 74 projecting in a rib shape from the main body of the fixing auxiliary member and having a smooth arc-shaped tip, and a pressing cam portion 83 of the fixing operation lever 80 are engaged and pushed. It is composed of a pressure receiving surface 75 that receives pressure, and is molded using the same polymer material as the fixing auxiliary member 50 described above.
[0054]
When the fixing auxiliary member 70 is fitted into the auxiliary member accommodating portion 60, the support hole is fitted to the support boss, the center position is positioned, and the locking side 73 is between the upper and lower holding ribs 63a, 63b. Is positioned in the angular direction. Then, the fixing screw 58 is inserted into the support hole from behind and screwed and fastened to the support boss to be fixed and held in the auxiliary accommodation portion 60. When the auxiliary fixing member 70 is accommodated and fixed in the auxiliary accommodating portion 60, the displacement fixing protrusion 74 is disposed at the overhanging opening 44, and the distal end thereof is opposed to the support flange portion 13 without being engaged. Will be arranged.
[0055]
On the other hand, the support flange portion 13 of the handle base 10 has a large number of fixed receiving portions 14 formed in an arc groove shape on the outer peripheral surface facing the overhanging opening 44 in accordance with the tip shape of the displacement fixing protrusion 74 at a fine pitch. It is formed and can be engaged and disengaged with the displacement fixing protrusion 74 protruding from the overhanging opening 44.
[0056]
The fixed operation lever 80 has a support hole similar to the above-described support hole 51 and is swingably supported by a lever boss so as to be swingable. The operating lever 82 and the pressing cam 83 are formed by injection molding a resin material such as ABS resin or POM, or by die-casting or press-molding a metal material such as aluminum. The fixed operation lever 80 is swingably attached to the auxiliary member accommodating portion 60 by fitting the support hole in front of the swing shaft portion to the lever boss and screwing it from the rear. It is operably disposed outside the first finger hook 22a through the lever opening 62.
[0057]
The lever port 62 has a function of defining the range of the swing angle of the fixed operation lever 80, and swings the fixed operation lever 80 between the release position shown in FIG. 10 and the fixed position shown in FIG. Specify as possible.
[0058]
When the fixing operation lever 80 is at the release position, the pressing cam portion 83 is in a state of loosely contacting the pressure receiving surface 75 of the fixing auxiliary member, and the fixing auxiliary member 70 is held in a natural state without receiving external force. You. At this time, the displacement fixing projection 74 is disposed so as to be positioned in the overhanging opening 44, and the tip of the displacement fixing projection 74 is disposed facing the fixing receiving portion 14 without engaging with the fixing receiving portion 14. Therefore, the player can freely turn the turning lever 20 when the fixed operation lever 80 is at the release position, and shoots a game ball to the game board 7 by turning the turning lever 20. By doing so, it is possible to adjust the firing intensity at which the game ball flies to a desired position in the game area.
[0059]
On the other hand, when the player adjusts the operation lever portion 82 to the fixed operation lever 80 in the fixed position in a state in which the player has adjusted to the desired firing intensity, the pressing cam portion 83 swings and the pressure receiving surface of the fixed auxiliary member is pressed. 75 is pressed to elastically deform the auxiliary fixing member 70 in the direction of the overhang opening 44 so as to bend. For this reason, the displacement fixing projection 74 is displaced in the inner circumferential direction from the overhanging opening 44 and protrudes, and is elastically engaged with the fixed receiving portion 14 of the opposing support flange portion to be locked in a crimped state.
[0060]
Thus, the rotation lever 20 is fixed at the rotation angle position against the urging force of the torsion spring, and is maintained at a constant firing intensity adjusted by the player. The player has a firing handle H 2 The player can play the game with a light touch on the hand, and the player does not feel pain in the hand and the gripping force does not decrease for a long time in the game. On the other hand, for a gaming facility, damage to the firing handle due to insertion and removal of a hard object such as a coin or a game ball can be avoided, and the number of inspection steps and replacement steps can be reduced.
[0061]
And the firing handle H of this configuration 2 In this configuration, since the elastic deformation of the fixing auxiliary member 70 is performed using the fixing operation lever 80, each part of the firing handle is not damaged by insertion and removal of a hard object, and the amount of pressing deformation of the fixing auxiliary member 70 is reduced. Therefore, an excessive load is not applied to the support flange portion 13 and the peripheral wall portion 23 including the fixing auxiliary member 70 itself. In this configuration, since the rib-shaped displacement fixing projection 74 is engaged with the groove-shaped fixing receiving portion 14 and fixed, the rotating lever 20 is pressed with a pressing force weaker than the frictional engagement between the surfaces. It can be fixedly held. For this reason, a stable fixed holding function can be ensured, and a long-term reliable handle device can be provided. Further, for example, in the event that the fixed holding force is reduced due to wear or a change with time due to long-term use, the fixed holding function can be easily recovered simply by detaching and replacing the fixing auxiliary member 70. In addition, the cost of parts and the number of replacement steps can be extremely low.
[0062]
Next, referring to FIGS. 12 and 13, the firing handle H according to the third embodiment will be described. 3 Will be briefly described. Here, FIG. 12 shows the firing handle H with the rotating lever 20 fixed at a predetermined angular position. 3 FIG. 13 is a rear view of FIG. 9 corresponding to FIGS. 9 and 11 described above, and FIG. 3 FIG. 5 is an exploded perspective view of a fixing operation lever 85 and a fixing auxiliary member 90 used for the first embodiment. Note that each of the above-described firing handles H 1 , H 2 The same reference numerals are given to the same parts as those described above, and the duplicated description will be omitted, and different parts will be described.
[0063]
Launch handle H 3 In the first embodiment, a fixed operation lever 85 capable of swinging the rotation lever 20 between a fixed position and a release position is provided in the auxiliary member housing portion 60 inside the first finger hook portion 22a. A fixing auxiliary member 90 which is elastically deformable under pressure is detachably housed and held, and a projection opening 44 for projecting the fixing auxiliary member 90 toward the support flange 13 when the fixing operation lever 85 is located at the fixing position. Is provided. The support flange portion 13 is formed with a fixed receiving portion 14 that can be engaged and disengaged with a shift fixing projection 94 of a fixing auxiliary member that protrudes from the overhanging opening 44. The shift fixing projection 94 is configured to engage with the fixing receiving portion 14 so as to fix the turning lever 20 at an arbitrary turning angle position.
[0064]
As shown in FIG. 13, the fixed operation lever 85 and the fixed auxiliary member 90 each have a cam shape projecting outward from the swing shaft portion, and they are fitted and connected to swing integrally. Among them, the fixed operation lever 85 has a prismatic fitting shaft 87 in front of the swing shaft 86 and an operation lever 88 projecting outward from the swing shaft 86 behind. At the center of 86, a support hole similar to the support hole 51 described above is formed. The fixed operation lever 85 is formed of the same material as the above-described fixed operation lever 80 by the same processing means.
[0065]
On the other hand, the fixing auxiliary member 90 has a fitting hole 93 that is removably fitted to the fitting shaft 87 in the swing shaft portion 92, and a displacement fixing projection 94 that projects outward is formed outside the fitting hole 93. The fixing auxiliary member 90 is molded using a polymer material, such as hard urethane rubber, having a somewhat higher hardness than each of the fixing auxiliary members described above. The fixing operation lever 85 and the fixing auxiliary member 90 are integrally connected by fitting the fitting shaft 87 into the fitting hole 93, and the operation lever portion 88 and the displacement fixing projection 94 form a predetermined relative angle. A pivotally connected lever body is formed.
[0066]
The auxiliary member accommodating portion 60 is provided with a lever boss that is engaged with a support hole formed in the fixed operation lever 85 and supports the fixed operation lever 85 and the fixed auxiliary member 90 in a swingable manner. A lever opening 62 through which the operating lever 88 of the fixed operating lever 85 passes is cut out and formed on the outer shell wall surface of the finger hook portion 22a, and a part of the peripheral wall portion 23 is cut out on the inner peripheral side of the auxiliary member accommodating portion 60. The projecting opening 44 is formed so that the displacement fixing projection 94 can move in and out. Further, on the outer peripheral surface facing the overhanging opening 44, the support flange portion 13 is formed with a large number of fixed receiving portions 14 formed in an arc groove shape in accordance with the tip shape of the displacement fixing projection 94 at a fine pitch. , And can be disengaged from a displacement fixing projection 94 protruding from the overhanging opening 44.
[0067]
The fixed operation lever 85 and the fixed auxiliary member 90 are fitted and connected as described above, and are pivotally supported on a lever boss in the auxiliary member accommodating portion 60, and the fixing screw 58 is inserted into the support hole of the fixed operation lever from behind. By being inserted and screwed together, it is swingably housed and held in the auxiliary housing part 60. At this time, the distal end portion of the operation lever portion 88 is operably disposed outside the first finger hook portion 22a through the lever port 62. The lever port 62 has a function of defining the range of the swing angle of the fixed operation lever 85, and is provided between the release position indicated by the two-dot chain line in the figure and the fixed position indicated by the solid line in the figure. Stipulates that swing movement is possible.
[0068]
When the fixing operation lever 85 is at the release position, the displacement fixing protrusion 94 of the fixing auxiliary member 90 is disposed above the overhanging opening 44 in a retracted manner. For this reason, the player can freely rotate the rotation lever 20, and operate the rotation lever 20 to fire the game ball on the game board 7, and the game ball is moved to a desired position in the game area. It can be adjusted to the launching intensity of the flight.
[0069]
On the other hand, when the fixed operating lever 85 is swung in the direction of the fixed position in a state where the player has adjusted to the desired firing intensity, the fixing auxiliary member 90 is swung accordingly, and the displacement fixing protrusion 94 is extended. It moves in the direction of the support flange 13 through 44. When the fixing operation lever 85 is located at the fixing position, the displacement fixing protrusion 94 is elastically engaged with the fixing receiving portion 14 of the support flange portion and locked in a crimped state.
[0070]
Thus, the rotation lever 20 is fixed at the rotation angle position against the urging force of the torsion spring, and is maintained at a constant firing intensity adjusted by the player. The player has a firing handle H 3 The player can play the game with a light touch on the hand, and the player does not feel pain in the hand and the gripping force does not decrease for a long time in the game. On the other hand, for a gaming facility, damage to the firing handle due to insertion and removal of a hard object such as a coin or a game ball can be avoided, and the number of inspection steps and replacement steps can be reduced.
[0071]
In addition, firing handle H 3 Then, when the player releases the fixing of the rotating lever 20, in addition to the normal releasing operation of releasing the fixing by swinging the fixing operation lever 85 to the releasing position, the rotating lever 20 is moved in the reference position direction ( Even if the operation of returning to the direction in which the firing strength is weakened) can be released from the fixation, it is possible to provide a firing handle that is easy for the player to handle.
[0072]
And the firing handle H described above 3 In this configuration, since the elastic deformation of the fixing auxiliary member 90 is performed using the fixing operation lever 85, each part of the firing handle is not damaged by insertion and removal of a hard object, and the amount of pressing deformation of the fixing auxiliary member 90 is reduced. Can be kept constant, so that an excessive load is not applied to the fixing auxiliary member 90, the support flange portion 13, and the like. Further, in the present configuration, since the cam-shaped displacement fixing projection 94 is engaged with and fixed to the groove-shaped fixing receiving portion 14, the pressing force is weaker than the frictional engagement between the surfaces and the rotational direction is smaller. Also, the rotating lever 20 can be fixedly held with a certain elastic force. For this reason, a stable fixed holding function can be ensured, and a long-term reliable handle device can be provided. Further, for example, in the event that the fixed holding force is reduced due to wear or aging over a long period of use, the fixed holding function can be easily restored simply by attaching and detaching the fixing auxiliary member 90. In addition, the cost of parts and the number of replacement steps can be extremely low.
[0073]
For example, when the urging means such as a torsion spring is attached between the fixed operation lever 85 and the lever boss to urge the fixed operation lever 85 toward the release position, and the fixing of the rotating lever 20 is released. The fixing operation lever 85 and the fixing auxiliary member 90 may be configured to automatically return to the release position and be held at the release position. Thus, when the rotation lever 20 is unlocked, the displacement fixing projection 94 is retracted above the overhanging opening 44, and the displacement fixing projection 94 is fixedly received when the fixing lever 20 is rotated. There is no possibility that the rotation fixing projection 94 is engaged with the fixing receiving portion 14 and the rotating lever 20 is fixed even though it is not in friction with the portion 14 or there is no intention of fixing.
[0074]
14 and 15, the firing handle H of the fourth embodiment will be described. 4 Will be briefly described. FIG. 14 shows the firing handle H with the rotating lever 20 fixed at a predetermined angle position. 4 FIG. 15 is a rear view of FIG. 9, corresponding to FIGS. 9, 11 and 12 described above, and FIG. 4 FIG. 4 is a perspective view of a fixing auxiliary member 100 used in the first embodiment. Note that portions common to the above-described firing handles are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description will be omitted. Hereinafter, different portions will be described.
[0075]
Launch handle H 4 In the auxiliary member accommodating portion 60 inside the first finger hook portion 22a, there is provided an operation lever portion 102 capable of operating the rotation lever 20 between a fixed position and a release position, and receives an external force acting on the operation lever portion 102. An elastically deformable fixing auxiliary member 100 is detachably housed and held, and a projecting opening 44 for projecting the displacement fixing projection 104 of the fixing auxiliary member 100 toward the support flange 13 when the operation lever portion 102 is at the fixing position. Is provided. The support flange portion 13 is formed with a fixed receiving portion 14 that can be engaged with and disengaged from the shift fixing projection 104 of the fixing auxiliary member protruding from the overhanging opening 44, and when the player releases the operation lever portion 102, The shift fixing projection 94 is retracted inward of the overhanging opening 44 so that the rotation lever 20 can be adjusted.
[0076]
The fixing auxiliary member 100 is formed in a Y-shape as shown in FIG. 15, the supporting hole portion 51 fitted and fixedly supported by the supporting boss of the auxiliary member accommodating portion 60, and performs a fixing releasing operation. The operating lever portion 102, the tongue-shaped engaging side portion 103 sandwiched between the sandwiching ribs 63a and 63b molded in the auxiliary member accommodating portion 60, and a smooth arc-shaped tip protruding from the main body portion of the fixing auxiliary member in a rib shape. Are formed integrally using the same polymer material as the fixing auxiliary member 50 described above.
[0077]
A support boss (in FIG. 14, a fixing screw 58 screwed to the support boss is shown as a cross section in FIG. 14) for positioning and fixing the fixing auxiliary member 100 is provided upright in the auxiliary member accommodating portion 60. The holding ribs 63a and 63b sandwiching and supporting the hanging side portion 103 vertically are formed by integral molding. A lever opening 62 through which the operation lever 102 passes is cut out and formed on the outer shell wall surface of the first finger hook portion 22 a, and a projecting opening 44 is formed on the inner peripheral side of the auxiliary member accommodating portion 60. Further, a large number of fixed receiving portions 14 similar to those described above are formed on the support flange portion 13 at a fine pitch, and can be engaged with and disengaged from the displacement fixing projections 104 protruding from the overhanging openings 44.
[0078]
The fixing auxiliary member 100 inserts the fixing screw 58 into the support hole 51 from behind by fitting the support hole 51 to the support boss, fitting the hook side 103 between the holding ribs 63a and 63b. By being screwed and fastened, it is housed and held in the auxiliary housing part 60.
[0079]
At this time, the displacement fixing protrusions 104 protruding from the main body of the fixing auxiliary member 100 in the direction of the support flange 13 are arranged such that the two rows of the displacement fixing protrusions 104 are both protruding from the overhanging openings 44. Is formed so as to always engage with the fixed receiving portion 14 formed at the bottom. That is, this firing handle H 4 Then, each firing handle H described so far 1 ~ H 3 Unlike this, the rotation lever 20 is configured to be in a fixed state in a natural state in which no manual operation is performed.
[0080]
Therefore, the operation lever portion 102 disposed outside the first finger hook portion 22a through the lever port 62 is located at the fixed position in this natural state. The player pushes down the operation lever portion 102 in the direction of arrow F in FIG. 14 to cause the fixing auxiliary member 100 to elastically deform, thereby causing the displacement fixing protrusion 104 to swing and retract upward, thereby causing the transition fixing protrusion 104 to retract. The engagement between the fixed receiving portion 104 and the fixed receiving portion 14 can be released (disengaged position), whereby the rotating lever 20 can be freely rotated to adjust the firing intensity.
[0081]
When the player releases the pressing force to the operation lever portion 102 in a state where the firing intensity is adjusted to a desired value, the elastically deformed fixing auxiliary member 100 returns to a natural state by self-return, and the displacement fixing protrusion 104 Projecting from the overhanging opening 44, elastically engages with the fixed receiving portion 14 of the support flange portion, and is locked in a crimped state.
[0082]
Thus, the rotation lever 20 is fixed at the rotation angle position against the urging force of the torsion spring, and is maintained at a constant firing intensity adjusted by the player. The player has a firing handle H 4 The player can play the game with a light touch on the hand, and the player does not feel pain in the hand and the gripping force does not decrease for a long time in the game. Further, for the gaming facility, damage to the firing handle due to insertion and removal of a hard object such as a coin or a game ball can be avoided, and the number of inspection steps and replacement steps can be reduced.
[0083]
In addition, firing handle H 4 In this embodiment, a plurality of rows (two rows in the embodiment) of the shift fixing projections 104 are engaged with and fixed to the groove-shaped fixing receiving portions 14, so that the frictional engagement between the surfaces and the one-row engagement The rotation lever 20 can be fixedly held with a weaker pressing force. Further, since both the shift fixing protrusion 104 and the fixing receiving portion 14 are arc-shaped, the turning lever 20 can be turned with a gentle resistance even when the operation lever portion 102 is in the fixed position. Therefore, it is possible to provide a firing handle that is easy to handle even for a player who does not know the fixing operation of the rotating lever 20.
[0084]
And the firing handle H described above 4 Then, the launch handle H already described 1 ~ H 3 Similarly to the above, since the rotation lever is fixed by engaging the elastic member, the rotation lever can be stably fixed and held without applying an excessive load to the related parts. In addition, when the fixing and holding force is reduced due to wear, aging, etc., the fixing and holding function can be easily restored simply by attaching and detaching and replacing the fixing auxiliary member 100. Can be suppressed. Further, since the operation lever portion 102 is integrally molded with the fixing auxiliary member 100, the fixing and holding mechanism can be configured with an extremely small number of components.
[0085]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the present invention, the auxiliary member accommodating portion for detachably accommodating and holding the elastically deformable fixing auxiliary member is provided inside the finger hook portion of the rotating lever, and the fixing auxiliary member is provided in the auxiliary member accommodating portion. An opening is formed that can protrude in the inner circumferential direction of the rotating lever. When the fixing auxiliary member is elastically deformed by receiving an external force, the fixing auxiliary member protruding from the opening engages with the support flange to rotate the rotating lever. The handle device is configured so that is fixed. That is, in the handle device of the present configuration, the turning base is fixed by deforming the elastically deformable fixing auxiliary member elastically and engaging with the support flange portion instead of bending and deforming the handle base and the turning lever. In addition, each member constituting the firing handle is hardly damaged, and the fixing function of the rotating lever can be maintained for a long time. Further, since the fixing auxiliary member is detachably accommodated and held in the auxiliary member accommodating portion, the fixing auxiliary member is worn by long-term use, or the fixing auxiliary member is deteriorated due to aging and the fixing function has been reduced. However, the function can be restored simply by attaching and detaching and replacing the fixing auxiliary member, and the function can be simply and inexpensively restored.
[0086]
According to another aspect of the present invention, an auxiliary member accommodating portion for detachably accommodating and holding an elastically deformable fixing auxiliary member is provided inside the finger hook portion of the rotating lever, and the rotating lever is fixed to the auxiliary member accommodating portion. A fixing operation member which can be shifted to a fixing position for releasing the fixing operation and a release position for releasing the fixing, and an opening for projecting the fixing auxiliary member to the inner peripheral side when the fixing operation member is at the fixing position; A fixing support member protruding from the opening is provided with a fixable receiving portion that can be disengaged from the opening. When the fixing operation member is located at the fixing position and the fixing auxiliary member protrudes from the opening, the protruding fixing auxiliary member is provided. The handle device is configured such that the rotating lever is fixed by engagement of the handle and the fixed receiving portion. For this reason, similarly to the above-mentioned invention, each component of the firing handle is extremely unlikely to be damaged, and the function of fixing the rotating lever can be maintained for a long period of time. Further, even if the fixing function is deteriorated due to aging or the like, the function can be restored only by attaching and detaching the fixing auxiliary member, and the function can be simply and inexpensively restored.
